Muy buena ubicación, calle tranquila y cerca de muchos lugares de interés

Las camas incómodas, el baño compartía ventilacion con un baño común del pasillo, por lo que se escuchaba todo, muy incómodo. El desayuno pésimo, si bien era buffet, en los dos días que estuve siempre faltaba o huevo o queso o pan o hasta mantequilla!

Constrangedor

Houve um fato bastante desconfortável com um dos integrantes do meu grupo de 13 pessoas , o supracitado foi bastante constrangido pela recepcionista do referido hotel , dentre as acusações há indícios de racismo. o Sr Adriano foi até a recepção e fez a pergunta se aceitava Dólar onde a resposta foi “ NÃO” ao vermos na frente do hotel se vê que aceitava , em continuação informo que estávamos perdido do grupo e solicitamos a senha do Wi-Fi e a resposta foi : só podemos fornecer a hóspedes e por muitas tentativas tentarmos acessar a senha do Wi-Fi para que pudéssemos se comunicar com a equipe, onde não tivemos sucesso, e só fomos ingressar às dependências do hotel quase 17:30 por meio do aplicativo booking.com , sendo que chegamos 15:00 horas da tarde, o processo de admissão foi muito constrangedor pelo motivo que tivemos que fazer todo esse processo fora do recinto pelo motivo da tal recepcionista não permitir a permanência nas dependências . Por fim , após o outro recepcionista discutir com colega de trabalho , foi possível ingressar pela o aplicativo e somente após o pagamento por volta de 17:50 o mesmo forneceu a senha sem burocracia e tivemos acesso ao hotel e todos os serviços oferecidos , ao preenchemos o formulário o Sr Adriano novamente foi submetido ao constrangimento novamente pela recepcionista , ele foi informado de forma grosseira que tinha câmeras e ele não poderia continuar preenchendo no balcão da recepção, houve uma discursão e após todo esse constrangimento ela foi embora e finalizamos o atendimento. OBS : estávamos com crianças de 3 pacientes bariatricos .

Potencial desperdiciado!! - Potential wasted!!

¡El Hotel es lindo, con muy buena ubicación, zona de bares y restaurantes buenos, la cochera estaba disponible, la atención de los recepcionistas excelente!!!! The Hotel is nice, with very good location, area of good bars and restaurants, the garage was available, the attention of the receptionists excellent!!!!

Puntos muy flojos, 1 jabón chico por habitación, no importa si es un pasajero o dos, ¡¡¡no reponen todos los días!!! Pésimo el desayuno, realmente una vergüenza, una fuente con dos fetas de jamón cortadas en 4, otra fuente con dos fetas de queso cortadas en cuatro, pan duro y seco. El domingo 17 de septiembre solicitamos café con leche y la respuesta de la señorita que estaba allí fue, no se hacerlo. Una empleada que llego de nombre Paola muy atenta se encargó de hacerlo. El lunes solicitamos nuevamente y la misma señorita repitió que no sabía hacerlo, lamentablemente Paola no estaba para salvar el honor. Solicitamos leche y resulto que tampoco tenían, salieron a comprar. Very loose points, 1 soap boy per room, no matter if it is a passenger or two, do not replenish every day!!! Bad breakfast, really a shame, a fountain with two fetas of ham cut into 4, another fountain with two fetas of cheese cut into four, hard and dry bread. On Sunday, September 17, we asked for coffee and milk and the answer from the lady who was there was, don't do it. An employee who came by the name Paola very attentive took care of it. On Monday we applied again and the same lady repeated that she did not know how to do it, unfortunately Paola was not to save the honor. We asked for milk and money they didn't have, they went out to buy.

Good value but not super comfortable.

The location is good. Breakfast decent. Staff was friendly. Room was good size and had a nice table to work. The Wi-Fi was good and stable.

No noise insulation. You could hear everything that was happening in other rooms. guests leaving at 5 am didn’t let me sleep as you can hear everything. Bathroom windows face hallways, very odd.

Nice hotel but room without windows

Attention was good, the spa area was the best part of the hotel, since it had a jacuzzi with hydromassage.

Room and bathroom had no windows, so the room was very dark. When I called to ask for the check out time the receptionist told me we could stay untill 14:30 without extra charge, but when we were at the last day of our stay we were told that we had to go out at 12:00.

Ok to sleep, good location

We were allowed to change rooms to a bigger one with windows to the outside after asking repeatedly! It was quite clean.

- breakfast: the staff was just standing there while everything was empty - rooms with no daylight/windows only to the hallway - fitnessroom doesn't deserve the name - 60s decor, run down

Hotel is very well located

The shower provides few drops of water, materials that they used to build the hotel were too cheap, the sink had a leak, the faucet spells water, the heater handle was broken, the toilet has a sound, I think they were scammed by the builders.

No good hotel

Nothing went well. People dragging and bumping the stairs with their suitcases (no elevator) they would just let their suitcase fall from one stair to the other. Lights going on at 3am Terrible, don’t stay here
