Terrible. Host unresponsive to construction. Had to leave early. Awaiting refund.

Awful.

Toilet seat needs changing. Plates were dirty. Handle falling off kitchen cubpard.

It was a good. Location perfect. Staff was good. Night life was great. I would definitely book it again.

The toilet seat was rocky. Needs to be fixed. I saw two roaches. Suite needs to be sprayed occasionally.

It was cozy air worked well shower was nice, easy to access

I emailed about the toilet first night and still haven't gotten any response...we figured out how to make it work for us.....also I request toilet paper and garbage bag and they never showed up...not many things to cook with

The location was great

The sofa was dirty and possibly had bed bugs as I woke up each morning with a new bite (which was not from mosquitoes). My mum sat on the sofa for a while and afterwards found the same kind of bites on her body. There were times I was sat on the sofa and it felt like there were something on my skin crawling. When you open up the sofabed underneath, it is very dirty so it doesn’t surprise me that there were bed bugs. The sofa definitely needs an upgrade as it’s not clean and the mechanism for opening and closing the bed is old, it is squeaky and the mattress in the sofa is lumpy and uneven. The chairs around the counter were very uncomfortable and uneven legs. The property has a kitchen and you’d expect some sort of table cloth or dish cloth but we only had sponges and wasn’t offered table cloth until the last weekend of the trip which meant we wasted money on buying kitchen towels as there was nothing to clean the counters.

Great stay in a great location.

Very good location, keyless entry to the room was great. Smart TV in room was great for relaxing in the evenings.

Hot water in the shower ran out quite quickly during showers. Staff begged us for tips, staff we didn’t know and hadn’t interacted with during the stay. No beach towels although description said beach towels provided.

I was somewhat happy with my stay. had no issues upon checking in.

didn’t get to explore the property but the apartment was comfortable.

toilet was giving a little trouble to flush, air condition wasn’t functioning at its full potential. got locked out of the bathroom and four hours later found out all we needed was a coin to open the door. that was the most horrid part.

Secure, comfortable, great location, right next to the pool area, so great access for the children.

Would have been great if the bedroom had a small en-suite. Did not like that you had to ask for your room to be cleaned. I’m used to cleaners coming every 2/3 days and changing towels etc

This location is perfect right in the town it was our second time staying here , everything you'll need in terms of amenities the owner is receptive and respectful

The check in we had to wait awhile to get into the apartment this was due to a new girl working at front desk

Price is right. Close to the beach and beach admission included. The restaurant upstairs had good food at reasonable prices.

The cleanliness of property could be improved quite a bit.

Location was central

It didn't match the describe or photos at all, we left after just one night of our 4 night nonrefundable stay. It was that bad! Staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was dark and musty. The air con leaked all over the floor. Shower was leaking. There were no windows, only wooden blinds which let mosquitoes into the room. The room, pool and beach area all in need of refurbishment, did not match photos. Locals continually walked through the complex despite the being a security gate.

the location was great and the apartment comfortable.

The AC unit in the living room wasn't working properly. Everytime we turn it on it leaks water and cleaning it up was a pain. Left it on for a couple hrs and went out and the living room floor was covered in water when we got back .

Wifi was good Room smelled amazing and looked well cleaned Air conditioning and TV worked great Location to beach, beach and pool were great! Staff friendly and helpful Food at the restaurant and bar was amazing!

Not soundproof at all. Coffee maker in cabinet is moldy Toilet roll holder falling off Shower soaks the entire bathroom bc curtain rod is too low? Bedding (pillow shams are torn)

The perfect place for a couple in Ocho Rios.

Huge bed, very clean, great location, all amenities including beach towels. Much more comfortable than any hotel. Great parking, but also great location to go out on foot to restaurants, shops and the beach.

The room was comfortable and in a good location.

There was no room service for my entire 5 night stay. We spoke to the front desk as well as Paul. I had to call Paul for toilet paper and towels because of this. I was overcharged and still waiting for a credit to be refunded.

Well it wasn’t actually A20 it was C5 as I extended my stay from 2 -3 nights I loved it it was great Quality Location to beach

No entertainment in or out of the hotel No good food on the premises Extortionate ( Fries and veg $800 JMD) prices for bad food in the restaurant upstairs forcing us to go out on the Main Street

I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay at this particular property again.

I could open the windows in the morning and see the ships sailing in. Beautiful scenery.

This property was okay in comparison to other properties inside this building which was very noisy.

I liked the decor of the room and definitely the location!

I didnt like that I had to ask for things like fresh towels and toilet paper. I didnt like that no one came to clean my room until the day it was time to check out

Great location, access to beaches, apartment is well kept and clean.

I did not have breakfast, the location was great to which made it easy to get around in the city.

I did not like the fact that we were rushed out of the apartment even though we went over a few minutes. Staff/ housekeeping we’re standing outside waiting for us to leave.
