Great location, nice room, nice property but not safe. Too ghetto.Make Sand castle look more official again by implement

The room and the property were clean and nice.

I didn’t feel safe at night mostly. There were a lot of Guys just walking in on the property at night trying to sell us weed. Trying to talk to us when we at the pool side when I just want to chill and have a piece of mind. They weren’t wearing a band. One of them pulled out a knife at a security because he ask him for his band but a lot of them wasn’t wearing any. I was told that when checking in that you must wear a band to use the bar and pool. I didn’t go back to the pool side after my first night. I understand that different people operate different areas of the property but people just walk in as they please. I have been their few years ago and it wasn’t like that. That’s why I booked that location. I see no smoking sign and those guys would just walk and smoke there in the day when we using the pool and I watch the security just walk by and said nothing. If they want to do that at night at the bar then fine but not all over the pool side. If people is coming in to support the bar, security should always be around that area at night. That wasn’t the case.

The location, however; the housekeeping didn't show up at all (7 days). Beautiful apartment! Ac work well in bedroom and main area. Nice kitchen with all appliances. Wrote this review in hopes they can care for they quest at a higher standard.

Housekeeping service none: Called the number provided in the room, housekeeping didn't answer, 6 to 10th contact straight to messager. Housekeeping service didn't answer nor respond! I had to get my friend staying in the same block to contact housekeeping. LAST DAY I RECEIVED CLEAN TOWELS.

Disappointed

The swimming pool was nice and the apartment was basic but clean.

If the reservation wasn't prepaid, I would have cancelled upon arrival since the lady at the reception desk was very unprofessional and arrogant. Reception was often unattended and the apartment wasn't ready despite having mentioned number of guests in the reservation.

The toilet was leaking ... House keepers left early without leaving bathroom soap for us so we had to wait till next day

We love the room it was beautifully presented and clean. Checking in was quick and easy and the receptionist was very pleasant. We had a little problem with the hot water which the main host got taken care of promptly. We will definitely be going back.

I really really enjoy every aspect of this place although we couldn't go on the beach on the holidays, but we still have fun. The food, staff, the selector , the bartender and the life guard was the best love them.....

The staff.

Only a small mirror in the bathroom no sofa no microwave and soft pillows needed. A broom would be handy.

Superb

Love this suite room A13 clean and well updated.

I was concern about extra sheet and extra towels on our stay for 7 days. Hopefully next visit need extra amenities. But all in all I will rate it 9 star.

Could of been better

Good central location for what I needed cleaning service excellent

Inside of Fridge was dirty had no kettle or toaster when arrived kettle supplied the next day and the toaster 4 days later
