Another fab stay at Osamas place Thank you !

Everything was perfect ! Great place , Used before and booked again :)

There was nothing to dislike ! great views of the ballons in the morning . the farmers working in the fields at the back of the property .. for me a perfect stay , Unobtrusive host but Osama and Yasser were there If you needed anything :)

Agréable séjour

Le logement est situé au calme sur la West bank. Il est grand avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Climatisation dans chaque pièces et des balcons partout. Le rooftop est super ainsi que la piscine. C'est agréable de pouvoir se rafraîchir après avoir marché quelques heures sous le soleil de l'Égypte. Il y a également ce qu'il faut en vaisselle pour pouvoir faire à manger. C'est rudimentaire mais efficace. Notre semaine au sein de l'établissement était vraiment génial.

Huge apartment with balcony

Great size apartment and a massive balcony. swimming pool was perfect. Good location and great value for money.

great value for money. Very friendly staff

first of, i had no idea of east and west bank, and the implications of that. The west bank is not as developed as the east, so roads, houses and the over all atmosphere are very different. A good rhing about that is that the noise levels are very very low compared to if we were in the middle of the city. this property is located very close to the harbor, where for as little as 50egp you can cross the Nile in 5 minutes- Very suitable for us. Then there was the people, the owner and Yassir who welcomed us and made sure we had what we needed, were very sweet and accommodating. Yassir recommend where to eat, showed us the way, and overall made us feel safe and at home. As we decided to go to Luxor on one of the hottest months, the pool at the property was the perfect escape from the heat, with sun beds, parasols and beautiful shade from the many trees (some really nice mango trees too). On the top you will find a super cozy rooftop, with sunbeds, chairs, tables, sun covers, grill and a magnificent view, perfect for a bit cooler nights ☺️ the AC worked flawlessly and so did the wi-fi ❤️ the only issue we had was a water shortage that lasted less than we could worry about ☺️ definitely good value for the money and we hope to come back - now that we know it, we see it as a pearl. thank you Luxor VIP apartments (specially Yassir) for everything.

Beautiful views and friendly staff

The staff was very friendly and helped us settle in upon arrival. Our room exceeded our expectations and had beautiful views of the west bank and Nile. The facilities in the room were clean and the apartment was quite spacious

The location was good, but a little difficult to find as it was tucked away past the west bank. While we had wonderful views there were many stairs to reach our apartment on the 4th floor with no lift available. It is a bit of a walk from the ferry, but if you take a private motorboat across to the east bank we found that to be very convenient.

We will definitely return . If you don't need a hotel service , this is a great place to stay !!

We had a great stay in Osamas place ! It has everything that we needed . Even a washer in the building, that we used for a small fee ! It has a great private balcony and the front , and small balconies to the rear on each bedroom . Bed are very comfortable . Its in a quiet street , and was only a few minutes walk away from the Nile . It has a nice roof terrace to relax on . We didn't use the pool area but it looked well kept .

There was nothing to dislike !

Superb

The location is perfect, very close to restaurants and boats that can take you to the other side of the Nile river, but also very quiet and safe. It's a very nice place to stay with a lot of space. They also offer a tasty breakfast for a small extra fee. Communication was super easy, we absolutely reccommend staying here if you want to visit Luxor :)

West side peace and quiet

The pool was awesome, there is a huge balcony to use, and there were two bathrooms! Also, the wifi was pretty solid. Also the west side of the river is quiet, and the rooftop patio has a view of the Nile and Hatschepsut temple! Also, the flat is HUGE, lots of room to spread out. Overall this is a great place for your family for a few nights.

We always struggle to discuss the level of cleanliness in Egypt, but for us, having all surfaces cleaned is critical and our apartment was lacking in this aspect. Also, in the kitchen there is no frying pan and two pots that cannot be used because they cannot be cleaned due to burning.

A wonderful apartment!

Everything was perfect in the apartment. It was an amazing apartment mit all necessary things. The attendant Mr. Yasser was very kind and helpful all the time. we enjoyed our stay in the luxor vip apartment. Luxor VIP is highly recommendable.

Good location for price point, very pretty roof top, nice pool.

Management was difficult to work with in scheduling a time to check-in, rooms weren’t as clean as desired, soap dispenser didn’t work.

Great location on the West Bank, huge front and back balconies, close proximity to anything you need (restaurants, market, ferry to east bank). Perfect place for 3 friends to explore Luxor without having to cram in one hotel room.

Shower in the main bathroom was leaky and had low pressure, soap dispenser was broken

Superb

Great quiet location on the West Bank. Huge room with balconies facing both East and West with a superb rooftop. Well equipped kitchen for some cooking. Yasser was super friendly and helpful in arranging things we needed. Very comfortable stay overall.

A great self-catering option on Luxor's quiet West Bank!

The WiFi was a little slow and patchy at times (but this is normal on the West Bank) and the neighbours dogs were occasionally very vocal at night!!!

Very good place to Stay in luxor

The hotel is located in West Bank. Better to Stay here than east Bank. The apartment is great, very clean, great 360 views. The host is helpful and can Help you with tours and anything you need to get a better experience. The pool is a must in luxor.

Perfect place for a family in Luxor!

Excellent host, apartment and location! We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Luxor! The owner (a former dive master) Osama was kind and very helpful in coordinating activities. The rooms were very clean and modern. The roof view was incredible at sunset!

The apartement is large with 3 balconies ..on the front side you can see the nile and sunrise And from the back balconies you can watch hot air balloons flying over the fields at dawn and the sun setting over the mountain of dead . The pool is very nice ..the place is very quiet - well except if the stray dogs started a barking fight😂

The roof needs a bit of cleaning and maintenance

Perfect

Perfect and great value for money. Views both to the Nile and the western moutain (beautifully lit at night) from the terrace and the appartement. Very modern and comfy appartement. Location on western bank is perfect : more historical sites reachable by bike, and only 20/30 LE to cross the Nile to visit Luxor and Karnak. Many nice restaurant nearby. We spent 4 perfect nights / days in the appartment and could have stay mich longer.

First night we got beers at the hotel for 50LE each + 50 for tuktuk to bring them, later the same night we paid 40 at a nearby restaurant where they also helped the next days to provide beers to take away for 40LE only.
