Loved every minute.

We stayed in a very comfortable and clean two bedroom apartment in the centre of Old Nice. Despite being in the middle of the action, the apartment was quiet.

It needed a toaster.

Lovely apartment, perfect location, accommodations, facilities. Home from home in Nice

We couldn't have chosen better for our first visit to Nice. A €1.50/person tram ride to Pl Garibaldi and a 5 minute walk down the road to the apartment just off Pl Rossetti. Less than a 5 minute walk takes you to a fabulous selection of local restaurants and bars and you're right in the centre of the Vielle Ville to visit most of the tourist sites. We had a great time and if we return to Nice, we'll definitely try to get back into this property.

First time we've stayed in an apartment as opposed to a serviced apartment. The latter usually has a reception which services several apartments and has space for incoming guests to drop bags. Not a real problem - lots of businesses in Nice will hold your luggage if there's a gap between arrival and check-in/check-out and departure. Just an extra step to think about. I think the best one we found was The Bag Guys diagonally across Pl Rossetti from the apartment

fantastic location. cosy , homely apartment with everything that you needed. 2 big sofas in lounge which meant we could spread out & be comfortable.

Great Property with super location

We stayed at this Apt for 3 nights. The Apt is located in the old town of Nice and is surrounded with restaurants and bars. We just loved the location. If you come from the train station, tram 1 takes you to the outskirts of the old town (stop Cathedral) and you have to walk down the stairs and walk a bit (less than 3 mins) to get to the Apt. From the airport tram 2 takes you to near the old city and you can change over to tram 1 to get to the Apt. The massive wooden entry door is reminiscent of 17th century Nice. The Apt is on the 4th floor (USA standard) or 3rd floor (European). The staircase is a reminder of how the architecture use to be, then. The inside of the Apt is very tastefully done. One room has two single beds and the other a full bed (USA standard). All the beds very very comfortable and enough extra pillows & blankets are provided (if needed). The Apt comes with a washing machine. Clothes can be dried by using the tie lines outside the two living room windows. The bathroom is small, as expected but well designed. The lack of counter space is made up by space provided on a wooden trunk outside the bathroom. Each room also has enough closet space. The kitchen is well appointed with all necessary items like refrigerator, oven and microwave. The space does not allow a dishwasher as that space is better utilized to add a washing machine. All Nice attractions are within walking distance. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the charm and beauty of old Nice.

Great stay in a quality apartment in a brilliant location.

Cool place, well presented in a brilliant location for exploring the old town. Very clean. Livia met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. Generously left a bottle of wine upon arrival.

Wonderful flat centrally located in Nice Old Town

The location in the middle of the Old Town is unbeatable. We went to a lovely bakery just around the corner every morning for freshly baked bread. The flat itself is clean and well decorated and stocked. We particularly loved the Christmas tree and decorations as well as a complimentary bottle of wine! We also enjoyed day trips to Eze Village, Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, etc (easily accessible by bus), and the wonderful Christmas market in Nice.

The three flights of stairs are quite wide and we had no issues, but could be challenging if you have trouble lifting your suitcase!

An awesome apartment in a perfect location. Loved it.

First of all, the location - this is right in the middle of the old town, and there are lots of cafes, bakeries, and gelato shops nearby. Also very convenient for the excellent public transport - the tram is nearby We loved having the nesspresso coffee maker and frother for our own latte's

No complaints - the apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. However, we expected this and it was not a problem, just a bit more exercise.

Lovely little 2 bed apartment.

The apartment was in a great location. Very comfortable. Can get a little noisy at night, but nothing ear plugs can't sort and having the windows shut. Bed was so comfortable and the kitchen living area was such a lovely space to chill out in.

There was no toaster.

Perfect location next to the central square of Old Town. You could hear the street performers with windows open from sitting room / kitchen. Spacious apartment (by Nice standards!), comfy bed and v good shower. Surprisingly quiet at night with windows closed too.

Having to leave! There is a washer dryer in the kitchen but no washing liquid capsules provided.

Grat location. Everything we needed.

Great location. The apartment had everything we needed. Great place to come back to after a day exploring old town and environs. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants so plenty of choice. Le Barbecue Rue du Four was excellent.

Best stay of our trip

Apartment is clean and charming, yet modern. Very comfortable for four people to relax with two sofas, which is normally my biggest complaint about most apartments that sleep four. Check in was very easy to arrange and it is close to the Cathedral tram stop. Right in the heart of old town Nice. I can’t think of a single thing we didn’t like. We’d definitely stay here again. outstanding location, nice apartment and also good if you are travelling with friends. The communication and recommendations has just been great. Can only give my best recommendation to this place. Walking out of the building you are just walking in the heart of Old town, Nice, which is close to almost everything. I love the small authentic French restaurant in the area.
