Hotel idílico pero lleno de mosquitos.

Las instalaciones, el buffet, piscinas.

La habitación plagada de mosquitos, tendrían que poner medidas, ya que una estancia de 10 se fastidia por ir plagada de picotazos.

dovolená s dětmi

Byla jsem zde s rodinou na začátku května, takže ještě mimo hlavní sezónu. Hotel je skvělý pro rodiny s dětmi, v hotelu jich bylo plno, je zde prima dětský bazén se skluzavkami (30 cm hluboký) a pak větší bazén (max. 130 cm hloubka). Výběr jídla byl super, snídaně fantastické, obědy a večeře také super, každý si vybere, byl tu i "bezlepkový koutek". Pro děti je zde menší pult, kde si mohou sami nabrat jídlo. My jsme přijeli na hotel o půlnoci, a protože jsme měli v ceně ubytování i večeři, kterou jsme nestihli, měli jsme na pokoji připravené obložené talíře, saláty, pečivo, ovoce, vodu. Hotel nemá parkoviště, ale v blízkosti je kostel s menším parkovištěm, tam jsme zaparkovali vždy. Pláž je velká, s jemným bílým pískem, mírný vstup do moře. Když bych chtěla s dětmi opět do této oblasti, vybrala bych si zase tento hotel, můžu jen doporučit.

Nic mě nenapadá, vše bylo perfektní.

Séjour agréables avec de bons souvenir malgré tout et très bon hôtel pour les familles

L’hôtel est propre et l’infrastructure est plaisante et bien agencée. L’aire de jeux est à côté de la piscine pour enfants et du terrain de foot ce qui regroupe pas mal le coin famille pour laisser aussi majoritairement de la tranquillité dans la grande piscine pour les adultes sans enfants. Il y a également 2 mini club pour 2 tranche d’âge différente, un espace jeu pour les tout petits bien agencé et un espace lounge pour bébé pour d’éventuelles sieste etc. Les literies sont confortables. Le personnel est majoritairement très sympathique, il y a une réceptionniste Française ce qui aide pour les personnes qui ne serait pas à l’aise avec l’anglais. Le buffet était bon, sans être exceptionnel, mais il y a de très bons restaurants dans les alentours.

L’isolation phonique des chambres est catastrophique, il y a un jour de 2 cm en dessous de chaque porte alors ça cumulé à une isolation murale assez légère ça peut vite être un enfer en pleine saison, en cette période il y avait peu de monde c’était moins embêtant. Autre point négatif la température des piscines, très froide, j’ai envie de dire qu’idéalement il vaut mieux séjourner en pleine saison pour avoir une température de l’eau agréable mais l’aspect isolation phonique des chambres sera alors le problème car on entend vraiment tout j’ai donc difficile à dire ce qui est mieux une eau plus chaude ou un sommeil paisible… Je penses également que le all in ne doit pas être très avantageux dans cet hôtel, nous avons séjourné avec une formule petit déjeuner, je prendrai tout au plus un demi pension si j’y retourne car j’ai vu pas mal d’éléments non compris dans le all in sur les cartes.

Hotel był bardzo czysty, mieliśmy wykupione tylko śniadania duży wybór i dla dzieci coś się znalazło jak i dla starszych. Plac zabaw baseny super choć nie podgrzewane na zewnątrz ale w środku basen ciepły. Codziennie sprzątany pokój oprócz poniedziałku kiedy personel ma wolne. Obsługa uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Parking przy hotelu wzdłuż ulic zawsze gdzieś się coś znalazło choć my byliśmy nie w szczycie sezonu . Lokalizacja super dookoła pobliskie restauracje plaża 2min . Autem można zwiedzić dodatkowo inne okolice wyspy dla dzieci pobyt był idealny polecam gorąco

1. Gavome apartamentus su vaizdu į gatvę (matėsi ir šiek tiek jūra), bet problema ta, kad apačioje po langais kas vakarą veikdavo karaoke baras, ir nuo 20 iki 2h nakties labai garsiai grodavo muzika. 2. Vonioje atėjo "į svečius" didelis tarakonas 3. Pats kambarys smirdėjo, toks jausmas, kad jis prirūkytas, ir grįžus iš lauko ypač jaučiasi tas nemalonus kvapas.

Estancia en familia

Hemos pasado 4 maravillosos días en este hotel, y sinceramente, casi todo ha sido impecable. Las instalaciones son de primer nivel, otorgándoles un merecido 10. La piscina y el parque infantil han sido geniales, y los espectáculos y entretenimientos no se quedan atrás. Sin embargo, una incidencia pudo haber convertido nuestras perfectas vacaciones en una verdadera tragedia. Un camarero cometió el error de traernos un cóctel con alcohol, a pesar de que pedimos uno “virgin” para nuestra hija de 7 años. Aunque reconozco que nos cambiaron la bebida inmediatamente después de reconocer el error, la situación podría haber sido mucho peor. Especialmente preocupante fue que, incluso después de preguntar sobre el contenido alcohólico debido a un sabor raro que notamos, el camarero aseguró que era sin alcohol. Afortunadamente, el error se corrigió antes de que nuestra hija lo consumiera. Es una pena que un fallo tan grave empañe una experiencia que, de otro modo, habría sido perfecta. Esperamos que el hotel tome las medidas necesarias para asegurar que algo así no vuelva a ocurrir.

Too crowded, too noisy

The most disappointment is that the hotel is located near a busy road. Buses are travelling every 5-10 minutes, all through the night. On top of that, there is a loud disco running every day till midnight. One of the beds was squeaky. The breakfasts/dinners are OK, but other hotels in the area offer better choices. The pools are small, considering the number of guests. The area is crowded with the rows of sunbeds.

Celkové mohu jen doporučit.

Krásný, čistý rodinný hotel, vstřícný personál, vynikající jídla.

Občas byla v jídelně zima, klimatizace na 23 a venku bylo přes 30 stupňů, velký teplotní rozdíl.

Hôtel très agréable pour des familles avec de jeunes enfants.

Hôtel bien placé a proximité de la plage, la piscine est très bien, animations au top, le personnel est très accueillant. (Mis à part les responsables du bar et du buffet) C'est le paradis pour les enfants.

Très proches des bars, notamment un qui met la musique jusqu'à point d'heure. Pour les couples sans enfants, attention cela ne sera pas du tout reposant pour vous.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Piscine pour les enfants top ! L’emplacement !

Le all inclusive pas si avantageux. Beaucoup de cocktails et de glaces payants. Très peu de choix nourriture au bars de la piscine (que sandwich ou fruits). La carte de plage tout était payant. Restaurant extrêmement bruyant, ils ferment une partie du restaurant pour qu’on soit tous à la même place mais du coup on a plus l’impression d être dans une cantine.

Ist die Sterne definitiv nicht wert.

Die Lage des Hotels ist an sich nicht so schlecht.

Die Betten sind einfach nur miserabel das Schlafsofa ist ebenfalls ein Desaster. Der Pool ist an sich nicht schlecht, ich denke nur dass die Filteranlage kaputt ist. Das Wasser ist sehr schmutzig. Wir haben 1 x am Mittag das Buffet versucht, das war ein riesen Fehler denn das Essen war nicht gut. Das Personal ist auch begrenzt freundlich, bei einfachen Fragen waren diese schon überfordert und sichtlich genervt.

Bien para pasar un par de días, pero no más

Las instalaciones para los niños. La comida y cócteles estaban muy buenos. La terraza y la falda de estar del apartamento eran amplios.

Animación muy pobre, esperaba un todo incluido con actividades y animación y por ejemplo el domingo no hay nada de animación, ni shows por lo que el hotel era un desierto. Mientras los hoteles de alrededor se escuchaba la música, en el nuestro no había ni música de fondo por lo que le terraza del bar estaba completamente desierta. La habitación era demasiado pequeña y casi no se podía pasar a uno de los lados de la cama.

Superb

Great location - close to the beach and large parking, where we were leaving our rented car. A lot of shops nearby, even big supermarkets, where you could buy everything you need. We've had a small kitchen to cook, which was sufficient. Moreover, the pools in the hotel were amazing for our kid, he had so much fun he reminds us "a pool in Mallorca" :D We also got the highest floor, which had a great view from the balcony. Overall, a very good stay.

Bad sheets felt a little rough, especially for our 2yo son, who got mosquito bite on his cheek, and every day he got up more itchy than before. WiFi was not working.

Family friendly hotel but disappointing kids club

Room worked well for family of 4 (younger children), entertainment in the evening was great for kids. There was a good variety of food each day and all the staff were all very friendly.

The kids club was a huge disappointment. I booked this particular hotel as it was advertised with a kids club. When we arrived, there was a schedule for the club with hours 10:30-12:45 and then 2-4pm, which was fine. However, on day one of sending our 2 kids who were excited to go play with other kids, they were there to simply colour for half an hour before parents had to join in the activities just as a treasure hunt or face painting. There was no opportunity for the kids to just free play with supervision which is what they needed. The times on schedule were also not followed (starting later, finishing earlier) therefore there was no point of using it all. Just to point out, this isn't on the staff, they worked hard, especially on the evening entertainment but just very misleading advertising as it is more 'family activities' than 'kids club'.

Lovely stay in a family friendly hotel

Clean, spacious, different entertainment for kids, very good breakfast. Very good location, near the beach.

Some rooms look a bit old now, aircon didn’t work very well (almost no cold air).

Superb

What can I say about this resort. It had everything you needed in one place. From the big pool, the kids pool and play area. The bay and all the sitting areas. The wellness centre and the daily workouts and adult activities. The kids club and evening entertainment. The list is endless. I was part of a party of 9 and we all had a great stay.

There is nothing I would change or improve..
