Good value for money

Hotel was clean, food at meal times was good, selection of drinks was good and varied. Entertainment was pretty good. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

The snack bar was really poor which meant you really had to plan to eat in the main restaurant when it was open. The public toilets ran out of soap and toilet paper regularly and took a while to be restocked.

A great stay for our friends hen!

Great location, so close to the beach and town. The rooms were fresh and clean, powerful shower and beds made daily. Comfortable beds and newly renovated room. The reception and bar staff were super friendly. We enjoyed our stay here for my best friends hen.

The food could have been better, both the quality and choice. The entertainment could also do with being updated!

The food destroys anything!

The hotel is near to the beach. We had a balcony room with view on the pool and some palms. The rooms are modern and bright.

The food was very very bad. Sometimes it was raw, sometimes without taste. Most times nothing for vegetarian. The coffee comes out of an catastrophical machine. One of the badest cofee I drunk. In our shower there was a hole in the ceiling.

Good

I liked the check-in and the staff. The room was cozy and cleaned up. There was great atmosphere during the evenings.

Maybe the food could be a bit more Spanish rather than English style.

Definitely a pleasant stay!

We asked for an early check-in and our request was kindly satisfied, the reception was very helpful. The room was big, with comfortable beds and everything needed. The buffet was abundant, we appreciated especially the breakfast. Recommended!

Excellent value for money & friendly staff lovely room

The reception team were so friendly & helpful arrived before check in and the lovley lady made sure we went and got some lunch as she could see the children were hungry they had water in the lobby that was topped up Daily and all the staff we’re so friendly wherever you went in the hotel the hotel was so clean everywhere as well

Worst all inclusive

Sa coma is beautiful, nothing else good about this hotel,

The worst food in Spanish hotels that I've stayed in, bad quality, small variety and all fried, drinks are not drinkable and u have to pay for using a plastic cup in all inclusive! It was dirty as well when we arrived and the glasses were always dirty in the restaurant. It was rather cheap but it wasn't worth the money, I wouldn't recommend

The air con doesn’t work, it was hotter in the room than outside. Food was dreadful, inedible. Only 6 umbrellas for the whole pool area.

We booked last minute to go on holiday. We all really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

It’s acceptable.

The food was atrocious. The drinks were served so small you were up every two minutes to get another. Pool closed early.

Disappointing

Pools,animation team.

management don't care about anything,unable to organize a comfortable stay at the hotel for guests. The food is poor and the similar , choice of fruit were poor!!! Dishes and glasses in the restaurant are dirty. The number of sun loungers by the pool does not correspond to the number of guests.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Was a guy calld Tony with he's crew very nice people

Food was not real wow they do there best but they have to change little bit sistym of food becouse everything was cookd by steaming and no salt and spices

Try to think about other people who dont eat pork or red meat and children under 2years. Rice was always not good try to cook them till end and try other way of cooking not evrything with steaming and without salt. not every body is diabets

Nice once, never again.

There are two good sized pools, lilos for everyone, plenty of food and drink. the location was excellent and the property was very clean.

The rooms only have aircon when you are in them, so turn into a little furnace room when you’re out. The bar queue is often long at night and you wait as if you were in a club. The food was hit and miss; sometimes you’d have a lovely meal and other times you’d rather eat out (which we did). The nightly entertainment was flat with one particular show completely distasteful, sexist, racist, prejudiced, misogynist and simply inappropriate. The show consisted of a series of skits representing countries across the world and saw the actors dress as Geishas, Jamaican people smoking weed (and wearing hula skirts?), a blind woman unaware that she was being courted by three men, men asking women to get bigger breasts and an adult male flashed his bare backside to a crowd full of children. Absolutely not on.

Better than normal

A lot of alcohol drinks included, only local drinks, but it’s enough (gin, rum..). Normal food. Great staff, helped us with all problem we had. They cancelled reservation for free, when my parents can’t go there. Clean room.

Food was the same (in the end of our holidays it was bothered).

Everything was fine, good renovation, friendly staff, good location not far from the see. Good fruits in the restaurant.

I would like to have more meat or fish dishes, because as usual it was only one meet and one fish dish every meal.

Place, Staff, Animation program during the day, Very good food - variety of salads, meat, fruits. Even the junk food nation had their complete cuisine there - canned beans, disgusting burnt bacon, fish and chips 😃 Reseption ladies were always smiling (naturally) and helpful in case if needed.

Lot of english creatures without elementary education that smoked anywhere despite it was forbidden in a whole area, made a mess with taking food to the pool area, tapping a watter to the 1.5l bottles in a buffet restaurant,... and nobody from hotel staff was doing anything with that / them. Next time we will choose a higher rated star hotel in order to eliminate at least a bit the presence of such irritating degenerated lowlives.
