Uncomfortable

I have stayed at the Title many times, but this apartment was my least favorite. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, there was not one comfortable chair to sit on in the apartment. The couch was tiny and supposedly pulled out to a bed, but I can't imagine what it would be like to sleep on it. While someone with children might enjoy all the stuff , ie small chairs, stools for kids to reach the sink, I found an already small apartment cluttered. Every other place I have rented at the Title has supplied start up amenities like a few bottles of water. Garbage bags, laundry detergent, but this one had nothing. Also, beware that during this time of year( January/February) the complex is extremely crowded and there are hordes of children. The pools were almost unusable.

Nice place to linger

A comfortable apartment. A pool and a gym. Good location. Proximity to the airport. Two conditioners for a small apartment, which is super.

The kitchen in the apartment could really be better. No hot water in the kitchen, both tap inlets are connected to the same cold outlet. No dish dryer. The electric hob is terrible. Few deck chairs at the pool, sometimes there's no any free left. The gym is tiny.

Cozy homey apartment

Fully equipped kitchen and wash machine with hanger for laundry. Provide hairdryer basically everything we need. With helpful staff, and the security in the residence seems really good, make us feel safe to stay here.

Tv setting in Russian. With fully equipped kitchen but need to prepare your own kitchen towels, oils and seasonings. As other reviews informed, there’s only one roll of toilet paper provided.

Great apartment, rude manager

The apartment itself is great - quite close to the beach, the complex has several swimming pools and lush greenery

I would recommend booking literally any other apartment in the complex - the manager running this particular apartment is unbelievably rude. We had a very trivial request to file our booking confirmation with Thai authorities so that we could apply for visa extension (pretty standard situation for travelers in Thailand) and when I wanted to politely ask for some clarifications, the manager bursted, saying "Ok, I have done a great favor to you, and now you're bothering me with questions, I could just withdraw the confirmation now and don't help you with anything further since I'm under no obligation to do that, go figure yourself what to do with your visa". Considering that we were about a week from our scheduled extension, this was extremely unprofessional and the threat to make us look for another apartment with a more cooperating manager was simply unacceptable.

Perfect place to wind down after a month on a smaller island!

The place is perfect to wind down after a long stay on the small islands, it's in a quiet area with plenty of pools to relax in/at during the day. The beach is a quick 5-minute walk away as well as a plethora of restaurants and places to buy groceries from. The internet was incredible, the area for kids to swim and enjoy themselves was great!

The only silly complaint is no real place to hang your clothes to dry, but really we made do with what we had.

This apartment is best for a family with young kids. Rooms and facilities are clean and new, and swimming pools are great. Beach is also reasonably close.

I heard that the Title Residencies (building) are run by multiple agencies. Rooms of the same size are being sold differently by several agencies. I reserved a room advertised for 4 adults but the same room is sold for 2 adults and 1 kid by a different agency (they simply change a sofa bed). Anyways my reserved room had no such sofa bed (my agency's fault) and instead the agency offed me two identical rooms in two different building, which is generous but inconvenient. Each room is small and no reasonable man would claim that one room is for 4 adults.
