Perfect location. I love this place and try to pick it every trip. It’s my favorite! I will add that the place is in desperate need of deep cleaning. One bedroom is missing screen.

This was perfect for my friend and I to stay as we visited my sister. I’m glad we found this 2 BR with 2 queen beds. A lot of vacation rentals have twin beds and we didn’t want that. We didn’t do any cooking at the cottage, but it appeared to be equipped with all one would need in the kitchen. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The A/C worked well. We were close to the Beach access across Gulf Blvd and an easy walk for half a block. There were folding chairs at the cottage, but we found it easier to rent an umbrella and lounge chairs at the beach. I didn’t realize this until later in our stay, but there were a few games, books and playing cards in one of the cabinets. It was an all around great place to stay!

Great location, loved access to the beach. The outside chairs could use an update. Highly recommend Sweet Brunette for breakfast and Middle Grounds for dinner

I'm not one to complain but Its what you would expect from a place that is right on the beach. My family enjoyed it and I would diffently recommend to others and everywhere you want to go is walking distance.

Great location. Beautiful apartment! Few broken items like leaking ice maker and screen door that would not close and a few termites by the window. But all in all great place to stay! I would book again

Location is the name of the game! Steps away from just about everything! The cottage was clean and had everything that we needed! Would definitely stay again!

The place is so much easier to check in. Clean and location is accessible to the beach. It’s 3-5 mins slow walk to the beach. You have your own parking infront of the house. You don’t need to bring your car to the beach and pay parking space. House is nice, comfortable and affordable too. We will come back again ! Thank you!

Location! Location! Location! Great, adorable, comfy 2BR house with the beach a few minutes walk away, and plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. also within walking distance (highly recommend The Reef). Area is very easily navigated, with safe crosswalks over busy street. Accommodations provided everything we needed other than the groceries, and were very quickly responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again and are already thinking about when!

We didn’t have any issues and enjoyed our stay. The property is as advertised and the management company was responsive. I didn’t need them for any problems but they responded immediately to any questions I have.

My fiancé & I went down for a friends wedding & immediately fell in love with the property & location! Amazing restaurants just steps away & the beach was just as close. The home was clean & extremely comfortable! Will definitely be back next trip to FL!

1st the negative.
Looking at the online description, I expected the beach to be across a large parking lot not a busy street. That’s on my not knowing the area.
The place was a great weekend spot. Any perceived issue they took care of quickly. Centrally located. Only suggestion would be to eothwr have non-stick pans or supply Pam spray.

We loved the location, visiting with our daughter who lives in the area. Enjoyed the beach and really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels.

My family and I stayed her for my daughter's 15th birthday. It was great! The cottage is cute and cozy and literally right across from the beach. Tons of good food and shopping all around.

My adult daughter and I stayed at this location over mother's day. The appartment was charming, sunny, clean and nicely laid out. We decided not to rent a car and were pleased with that decision. Many of the amenities were walking distance as of course, was the gorgeous beach. Trolleys and free drivers handled the rest.

Beds were really hard. I had to go out and buy a pillow. Pillows were very uncomfortable. A lot of people parking where they had signs that said No Parking.
Location was great. Just cross the street and there’s the beach.

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay! The size of the condo was perfect for myself, husband and our baby. We loved that everything was walkable and we could easily get back and forth from the beach. Several great restaurants and a coffee shop just up the street too. We would definitely rent again!
