Hanna's house is the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of the Rainbow River and all the other nearby natural attractions in that area of Florida. It's a great location to stay and take the short drives to Crystal River, Silver Springs, and Weeki Wachi Springs. The town of Dunnellon is just a couple minutes away and has every convenience. The house was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. We loved sitting on the dock with our morning coffee, watching the mist rise off the Rainbow River.

Great stay. The house is a house, no big deal, had all the amenities but could use a little updating. But that yard!! AMAZING! Just perfect. And what a great spot on the river which is why you stay at this house. It was exactly what we were hoping for and more.

Hanna was great. She was always available if we needed to communicate. The house was very clean. Everything you need is there. We enjoyed sitting on the dock watching other people floating down the river. Swampy’s restaurant is just about a mile and a half away. Plenty of grocery stores nearby. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous home with an amazing location on the Rainbow River. Possibly the largest screened porch of all time! Perfect dock for sunrise paddle board launches upriver and relaxing in the sun throughout the day. We even dropped in our own tubes and floated down to the county park. Fully stocked kitchen made it feel like home. Would return without hesitation.

Beautiful setting. Abundant natural setting. Nature galore….. so many species of birds, fish, turtles, lizards, squirrels, otters…..peaceful, pleasant quietness of the river early at sunrise, fun conversing with the rafters from the dock while sunning and then again the beautiful, peaceful dusk…..need I say more?

If you are hoping for a relaxing vacation, where you can sit outside on the lanai, looking out over a beautiful garden, or spend time on the dock and watch otters play, or visit anyone of numerous waterfront restaurants via boat, or just float. You've found it!!! Such an amazing home, lots of room, and located in a fabulous location. Close to antique shops and beautiful sunflower fields. Highly Recommend

We absolutely loved our stay on the Rainbow River. We can not wait to go back. The property is beautiful , the house was lovely , and the owner provided everything to make you feel right at home. It is the perfect location to enjoy the Rainbow River and the endless miles of the beautiful bike trails at The Blue Run Park just a mile up the road. We biked in the morning, floated in the afternoon and sat on the dock until dark. It was perfect. One of my favorite parts of the trip was to sit on the dock and watch the other kayakers float by. Mornings on the dock were pretty spectacular too . So peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen has everything that you would need beside food to make meals. We also used the grill to cook steaks one night. Everything worked great. I can't say enough about this house. I definitely recommend this home. The check in was flawless and the owner was helpful with any questions that I had. Can't wait to stay again.

So relaxing to stay here and enjoy their dock right on the water. Bed was comfortable and home was very accommodating. Perfect for keeping cool in the springs and people watching as they floated by on tubes, paddle boards and kayaks.

What a beautiful spot on the river. When it was raining, the huge back porch was a great covered and screened spot to hang out and enjoy being outside while staying dry. We kayaked and swam and just relaxed on the dock and watched people float by and especially enjoyed watching a family of otters (3 of them) playing in the water. It was a lovely home and property and I'd go back in a heartbeat. A great way to beat the heat!
The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable and we had absolutely no complaints. We wanted to move in !

Perfect summer getaway
This was our second time renting this property, and we'll be back for a third visit at the end of the summer. We just love it. This time we brought some friends who also fell in love with this little bit of heaven. We floated, paddle-boarded, swam, and just watched the river flow by -- a perfect escape from hectic jobs. The house has everything you need, and the beds are comfy, but the best feature will always be the dock on the river. SUCH a beautiful spot.

We kayaked down to Swampy's 1.6 miles and ate great fried foods, and then went upstream to this perfect little cove beyond KP landing 2miles up called Indian Cove, it was magical.
The house is on the sunset side of the river and delightful to sit on the dock and watch all the boat traffic go by.
It was a little bit hard to find the house, so if you rent ignore the SW on the street address gps gives you that puts you on the opposite side of the river. We learned this the hard way, and wound up on some ATV sand paths. Opps.
Hanna was great to deal with, very responsive.
The house could use some updating of furniture inside, but other than that we loved our stay.
