We had a wonderful week visiting Watercolor, and staying at the beautiful Aqua Breeze. Our family has had an emotionally draining 2 years with close family passing away and ill. It was so nice to just relax, ride bikes, go to the beach, or oe of the pools close by. Only issues were that the main TV didn't work-- the property management company did come a few days after reporting it. After not being able to fix it-- replaced it on the 5th day. Overall... wonderful day

Overall the property was great. There was a small amount of mold on the ceiling in the primary bathroom and it was further back in the Watercolor neighborhood than we realized, but beds were super comfortable and the house was well appointed. Communication was great and we were able to check in early which was wonderful given our early arrival to town. We would stay again.

AquaBreeze is a beautifully decorated and appointed home. We had a wonderful week. It’d be nice to have a few staples—foil, plastic wrap, spices but we understand that the stocking of a pantry could go awry. We had a wonderful week! Golf cart was a fun plus.

The house was perfect for two families of four. It is walking distance to Publix and a couple of restaurants. There is no beach equipment in the house. I recommend a storage box for families to leave their beach chairs for future families.
There is a number to call to get rides within Watercolor. They will not drop you outside of Watercolor. We went to the lazy river once, which was a total bust as there were no chairs and the lazy river was closed.
The house felt a little far from Seaside. It would be a 30 minute walk to the Seaside area.
Overall, if you plan on cooking at the house primarily and eating local, it is a great house.

We always have a great experience through you guys. The house was nice but there were some issues... pet urin smell was strong when we arrived, dog hair pretty evident, etc. someone really needs to look at the golf cart ......it pulls hard to the left when you brake and the steering column wavers all over the road, seems like a safety hazard you should check into? We had a hard time with the stove/oven a bit with the pilot light staying ignited on the front of the stove top and the oven was hard to get to stay on but that could have been user error. The home is lovely, just might want to look at these areas and I would keep plastic cups in the house so you don’t lose your good ones to the beach!! We were super careful but just a heads up ;)

House was clean and close to dragonfly pool. The check in and out process was very easy and staff were helpful during the booking process. The only issues we had with the house was the grill did not work which we did not know until after we bought several things to grill and there were a few lights and fans that did not work in the house. Overall a great experience for our vacation. Glad the homeowners provide bikes and golf cart to get around as the beach and the beach club would be a long walk.

Our kids rode bikes everyday and loved having the golf cart. The house was perfect and we love water color property. Close to Publix and Seagrove Market one of our favorites to eat. We have been coming to Watercolor for over 15 years. Working with Exclusive30A was by far one of the best experiences we have had to date! Not only was the home perfectly appointed and clean, but the communication prior to and during our visit was top notch. They put our amenity wrist bands under the mat so we were able to access the pools for a few hours before check in. Additionally, when we had an issue with the garage opener, they promptly fixed it. We only had to communicate via text the entire trip and it was painless and easy.
We will absolutely book with this company next time. It made for an amazing trip!

We loved our stay at Aqua Breeze. Everything about this house is nice including the comfy is a beautifully decorated house (better than the photos even) with a nicely stocked kitchen. We also loved the location being near Dragonfly Pool and not far from Camp Watercolor. It was also very conveniently located close to Publix which was nice. The golf cart was a huge bonus and the bikes were like new and in great shape. So often the bikes that come with a beach house are old and rusty - not these. Our granddaughter also loved the outdoor shower. We loved the house being on the corner for privacy and also a nice breeze when on the front porch. Richard at Exclusive 30A was delightful to work with and very helpful when we had a date snafu. I would use Exclusive 30A and stay at Aqua Breeze again in a heartbeat!

Looking for a vacation home
We wanted to stay in Watercolor because we wanted to experience everything in Watercolor as we look for our second home. Having the bicycles was great so we could ride to breakfast and the beach. We even took the golf cart around to look for homes and explore the area. Beautiful home which was quite comfy as we reflected on our day.

Almost perfect
The place was great, clean, so well decorated, everything about check in was easy. Golf Cart was a GREAT amenity and much needed for the location. You have to cross a busy street but there is a great back path we found to avoid having to drive on it with the littles.
Things to know to prepare if you have kids:
1. This place doesn't come with any beach towels which is a total pain. The Watercolor resorts don't provide towels due to covid. The store charges 10 bucks per towel...and flying with beach towels is a pain.
2. This place does NOT come stocked with the basics like Olive Oil and Salt...which would be so helpful and has always been included in VRBOs.
3. There is no plastic cups or serving dishes...which is fine but not ideal with kiddos.
4. No extra sheets or towels for bathing. Kid pees through his diaper at night...no way to change the sheets.
5. Lastly, they charge you 350 for cleaning and make you essentially clean everything. The fees here are excessive. You have to have all the dishes clean garbage take out, refrigerator cleaned out...what exactly does 350 cover?
These little things would make such a big difference for families with little kids.

Aqua Breeze is a beautiful cottage with high end touches. The decor is picture perfect and SO VERY CLEAN! Pantry is stocked with all appliances and a top of the line keurig in the kitchen. Having the golf cart & bikes included is a big plus. This was first visit to 30A. While Watercolor is a lovely area (better than Seaside), you must understand that getting to the beach is not easy & requires lots of hauling of stuff to Watercolor Inn to access beach.
