We had an amazing time. Would love to book again! Our family (all adults) had plenty of room to themselves. Beautiful upper deck and view of water. Just steps from the beach. Fenced yard was great for our dog! Excellent communication with property manager. I’m bummed the dates we need for next year aren’t available. But manager sent me other properties in the area to view. We hope to be back. Loved it!!

The house was awesome! Location to the beach was perfect. Totally enjoyed our stay!

This house was amazing for our family of 9 and our Aussie! Plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run around in. We made just about every meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The walk over to the private beach was easy and once over there we pretty much had the whole beach to ourself. The beach is dog friendly and there is bags at the entrance of the walkover to take for doggie cleanup. Washington Oaks Garden state park was less than a 2 min drive and has beautiful walking trails on the bay side and beach side of the park at low tide has amazing rock that you can walk out on. Every morning I would take our dog for her morning walks to Moody drive back to Ocean
St and everyone that lives in the neighborhood showed southern hospitality always waving or saying hello. My husband found a large gopher tortoise walking through the next door neighbor’s yard and she was standing outside and was nice enough to let him walk up to take a picture and told us to enjoy our vacation. The house is stocked with plenty of shower/beach towels. We will definitely be coming back to this house in the future. We have been to many beaches and cruises and this was by far the most relaxing vacation we have taken.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Cinnamon Beach. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located for a fabulous vacation. The entire process from reservation to check out was easy.

This is our second time renting this beautiful home. Our family with 4 adult children and 2 spouses had plenty of room to spread out and also perfect places to gather together. It feels like an oceanfront home and it’s so easy to go back and forth from the house to the beach. Alina is so easy to work with and check in and out is a breeze! We will return soon!

Absolutely perfect. Such a short walk to the beach! BEAUTIFUL house. Loved the screened in porch for rainy mornings, upper deck for breezy evenings looking out at the ocean. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard! Lots of extras in the kitchen! Had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to return! Thought it was too good to be true….let me tell ya…IT IS TRUE.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed it very much. When we first stumbled upon this house it seemed almost too good to be true. It was available for the holiday weekend! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online.
Kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. I particularly loved the coffee bar area.
This house is closer to the beach than it appears. It was great! There’s an outdoor shower to rinse off when you come back from the beach too! There’s a fenced in backyard for our pups.
It is so close to grocery stores and just a 25 min scenic drive to Saint Augustine. We loved it and would definitely recommend.

The best little hidden gem vacation spot we've ever been too!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS HOUSE
This was our 2nd year visiting and plan on coming back for many more. The beach, the sunsets, the view, the smell of the ocean and being surrounded by your family

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The location was great and felt like you had the beach to yourself. The house had everything you could need, including a high chair that we used for my daughter! Would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

The property was spacious and close to the beach. Although it is accessible for handicap to the screened porch, the porch to house transition is too high to clear safely in a motorized wheelchair. Aside from that the house was excellent and fit our needs perfectly.

We enjoyed the house, which was more than big enough for our family of 6 adults and one dog. Lots of dishes, pots and pans. The house was very clean but something’s just didn’t work such as the masterbath tub was missing all but one of the jets, again not why we rented but would had enjoyed a soak. The fire pit was great and we enjoyed s’mores and sitting around the fire just relaxing at night. The hot tub was really nice after the long drive and the full day of sightseeing. I loved that there was more than a single roll of toilet paper in the house and plenty of beach towels. The beach was close by, as pictured, however there was only a steep walk way over the dunes, no steps and difficult to manage at times. This didn’t keep us from the beach but it should be noted somewhere. The check in was supper easy and getting ahold of Alena was easy also, she offered more than once to visit if we had any issues, but vacation is all about rolling with the flow and relaxing. Which is exactly what we did here and chilling out in a great place like this house was easy. We loved the location, lots to do in the area, wish we knew about the St Augustine night time lighthouse tour also if you brought your dog there is an awesome daycare center called Pet Palace which has everything to make it your dogs favorite vacation spot also. This was a great vacation house and hope we are lucky enough to get back here again.

Plenty of room and well appointed. Few steps over the dunes to the beach. Ongoing construction along the street makes for a dusty drive but otherwise "non-invasive".

This property did NOT disappoint!
All the kitchen amenities we needed. Enough space, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Love this house! 10/10 would stay here again. The 20 steps it takes to get to the beach and the sights from the patio are well worth every single cent spent on this property!

This was our third time returning as snowbirds to Alina's property. Huge house, nice yard, 50 yards to the Atlantic, can't beat that. New pizza place and other restaurant were nice additions to 386, JT's Fish, Publix (2 mi away!), BBQ place, AIA Fisheries. Highly recommend going to town for Mamaling Asian Fusion. Great stay and daughter/beau came to enjoy a weekend here as well. Armadillo loved the back yard, as did our dogs.

Had a great time hosting my mother's birthday. The house was a perfect size for this. Wonderful kitchen! Local fresh sea food about a mile away. Nice being so close to the beach. The view of the ocean is from the second floor. Even got to see a rocket launch. We had a great time.

A great home with great owners !
As VRBO owners ourselves, we appreciate the immediate (1 hour)assistance we received in restoring the lack of internet due to road construction in the area.
A home that makes the "rent it again" list for sure.

Nice house. The fireplace didn’t work and the road is unfinished. But other than that a nice experience and the host is responsive and easy to communicate with.

Two storms in five weeks. Water seeping out of walls or foundation on porch and garage. Very slippery. Plastic chairs outside are dangerously falling apart Sand was stacked in beach access with tractors working limiting access. House was damp and fire place didn’t work. The man said a part had been ordered even tho we were told two days earlier everything works. We are all oldies and had a hard time working the t v s. It’s a grand house but was not comfortable to sit and watch tv. Weather was bad so we stayed in a lot.

We were very pleased with this home and would definitely stay here again. Yes, there were a few things that need attention (light bulbs out, rust on vents, etc) , but nothing that ruined our stay. The walk to the beach is perfect. Bedrooms were perfect. Weather was very windy so we didn't use any of the provided outdoor activities (volleyball net, fire pit, etc). Owner was very quick to respond through messages and helped us out when needed.

We stayed at this property for 6 days with my family and 2 infants. The house was easy to find and had all the amenities you could ask for. Very close to the beach and felt private even though it was in a neighborhood. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay here again!

My family and I came down for our yearly beach trip. This house was the closest to the beach compared to any other house we have had. Plenty of room for 4 families to have their own space. Great house and easy check in process!

The location of the property is 5++, the street wasn't paved and there was continual earth moving equipment while we were there, but that is the only negative that I have with the neighborhood and the home. The home is very spacious and comfortable, it had all the amenities we needed just as was stated in our welcome package. The agent was very responsive to all our request. I would go back for sure. Great place for families with kids who love playing in the ocean.

Family Vacation
We were blown away at this vacation home and its location. It is conveniently located close to the beach which was never crowded. The house had just about everything we could need to make our meals and to enjoy the beach.
Some of the kitchen items were older and could use replacement. The property manager was quick to respond to any of my inquiries prior to arrival and during our stay.
The house is conveniently located between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine.

Interior of house was clean. Good response to problems by property manager. Property upkeep needs attention. Had to contact property manager about general maintenance items like broken screens on porch, leaking hot tub, outdoor table cushions that were molded. Repairs and replacements were made but inconvenience when you are renting a high priced property and trying to have a vacation.

We had a great beach vacation in a wonderful house minus a few inconveniences: the roads tore up and work every day, the hot tub was in poor shape, some screens were ripped, the ice maker didn’t work and the living room carpet rolling up in the edge is a real tripping hazard - noting these minor things so you can make some adjustments/ repairs for your next guests AND OUR NEXT VISIT

Massive public works project in progress on street
While the location, beach access, and quiet beach area are perfect, be aware of the massive public works project underway on the street. This looks to be a long project that will affect renters for months to come. We were not made aware of this project by the property owners prior to our arrival.
On our first (Monday) morning (5:30am by our home time zone), a worker came to the door asking us to move our vehicle while they. worked in the driveway. They proceeded to cut out about 1/3 of the concrete driveway out and dig a trench about 6 feet deep. The driveway was not accessible for the first day. This made coming and going from the property by car or by foot (walk to beach) very difficult and dangerous as well. They also cut a line which disrupted internet access from Monday morning thru Wednesday evening. There was no water at the property on Tuesday morning. On Thurday evening we had a door tag on the front door saying the "boil water advisory" was rescinded. We had never been notified of the advisory and had been in the property since Sunday evening. There is heavy equipment all up and down this street along with all the noise and mess that a project of this scope brings. It is slow and difficult to get to the highway as you must wait for multiple pieces of equipment to move on the narrow street.
Probably under more normal circumstances the house would be great. It was difficult to enjoy as it is now. There was noise everyday from very early in the morning through the afternoon. There are lots of things in the garage to help make beach days fun--chairs, sand toys, a boogie board. The fireplace in the house doesn't currently work (we had a couple of chilly days). But the furnace, ac, w/d, kitchen appliances, hot tub are all in working order.

Where do I start. The positives, it’s near the beach, it is clean, the neighborhood is quiet and had quick replies from the property manager.
The negatives, we were unaware of road work taking place on the sand road leading to and in front of the house. We had rented the house for bike week and had trailered our bikes from PA to FL. On Friday afternoon, 2 days prior to our checkout, the construction workers wanted us to move our vehicles and bikes off the property so they could dig up the driveway and the road in front of the house. They would not give us a timeframe of how long it would be dug up and told us to park in someone else’s driveway! Motorcycles cannot be parked on sand especially after multiple days of rain. We ended up leaving early.
On the first night we decided to open the hot tub. There was entirely too much chlorine. Now, I understand the need for cleanliness and killing germs, however, we were in for less than hour and started with burning of the nose, sinuses and eyes and could not tolerate the chlorine. The next day I noticed two of my silver rings were black. I have had these rings for at least 5 years, spent time in other chlorinated pools and hot tubs and never had an issue. These rings cannot be fixed.
The Wi-Fi was spotty at best and it wasn’t working properly until halfway in to our trip. Without Wi-Fi, we could not access Netflix or Hulu.
My advice to any future renters: take the cover off the hot tub and add water to balance the chlorine, don’t wear any jewelry in unless you don’t care if it is ruined and wear an old bathing suit because it will be bleached several shades lighter; if you are planning on riding a motorcycle, find out if there is construction going on; and read and reread the contract, especially the small print.
