About this condo rental
Situated in Holmes Beach, this charming condo for $309 per night is a great option for your next break. Just 300 steps from the beach, Harbor Lane Court is a 4 unit resort, with 3 one bedroom, one bath apartments, & one two-bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Look at our photos to see a site plan with all 4 units and their ID numbers & read their reviews. Just newly renovated, all units are ground floor & this little resort has lots of Old Florida charm, with the original 1962 terrazzo floors and cathedral ceilings. Apartment #3 (Sanctuary) is one bedroom one bath and sleeps 4 adults comfortably with our queen size Bellagio Hotel mattress & a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. All units are full apartments & feature new stainless steel appliances: full-size refrigerator with ice maker, natural gas range/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All living and bedrooms have LED Flat Panel TV's. Living Room TV features a Google device that provides access to our FREE You Tube TV account for all live news, sports, movies & more, so you can be confident that you won’t miss a thing. Also, you can use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime TV, Hulu and a lot of other streaming channels. All streaming uses a 500 mbps FREE WiFi which works throughout the property so you can stay connected. Living room also has a blue-ray player. All Bedrooms and living rooms feature LED flat-panel TVs with a powerful HD Direct ClearStream TV Antenna that receives channels from networks like ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CW, PBS, Univision, MeTV & 60+ more in full 1080 HD where available. We have hotel-quality towels and linens, including pool/beach towels, and also have beach chairs, umbrellas, & beach wagons. Our vacation rentals are located 2 short blocks from one of the most beautiful gulf beaches in the US and are within walking distance to food markets, pharmacies, and restaurants. The FREE trolley stop is just 1/2 a block away, and the trolley runs from the Anna Maria City Pier at the north end of the island to Coquina Beach at the south end. It runs every 20 minutes from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm. You really don't even need a car while on the island. The 4 units are Serenity (#1), Tranquility (#2), Sanctuary (#3) and Harmony (#4) and feature a heated swimming pool, courtyard, two gas grills, laundry room, and outdoor showers with hot water. The pool has a small children's area, and also a 28' swim lane. We stop by almost daily to maintain the grounds & make sure your needs are met. This small but upscale resort has a relaxing tropical theme throughout, & just opened in late 2016. Everyone that has stayed here has absolutely loved it, just read our reviews! The owners are locals and will see to it that you have everything you need, and everything is owner maintained for quality assurance. Please come and give Harbor Lane Court the chance to show you what a relaxing island vacation is about. Rent all 4 units for your wedding or family reunion. Please tell us a little about yourself in your booking request, because we don't do an instant booking. We like to vet our guests a little for the safety and tranquility of our other guests. Just give us enough info about yourself and who you are traveling with to make us feel like you will be good neighbors for the other guests, & to assure us that you are over 25. We went fishing in the gulf and caught 7 whiting and a pompano. Too chilly for swimming except for our 87 degree heated pool. Since our daughter lived nearby,we were able to visit with her.

We had a great time in this quaint little spot. Two block walk to the beach right across the street. This is on the main road FYI, and the road was always busy during Spring Break week. Most people will easily stop for you to cross though. The little courtyard area was a plus and loved that it was surrounded by trees to give you a tropical feeling. Fun to have breakfast/lunch there or play cards with friends. So helpful to have chairs and a beach wagon available for our use. Place was very clean and fully stocked. They even provide laundry and dishwasher pods, makeup remover wipes, trash bags, etc. and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Nicely updated place. The pool is small but very cute and tropical ambiance. My girls still had fun swimming.

Check in was easy. Owners contacted us immediately to ask if we needed anything. Even helped us find an open restaurant on our arrival on Thanksgiving. Every thing looked brand new, the kitchen had any utensil you could need. Beach towels and chairs were provided. The pool was a perfect heated temperature. Easy walk or trolley ride to north end of island. Close to the grocery store. We also rode the trolley down to the other beaches and shopping district. You could spend a week on the island without a car easily. But, they had plenty of off street parking for their guests. This is a perfect, cozy place to stay. Oh, and a laundry room included!

Came here to celebrate my wife's and I anniversary and we couldn't have been more pleased. This rental had all the amenities you could ask for and then some. Super clean and comfortable and literally no more than a four minute walk to the beach. The location is centralized to AMI and the free trolley stops are just around the corner which runs between Coquina Beach and the AMI pier. We barely used our car for anything because if it wasn't already in walking distance, the trolley would put you there.
Our hosts were super friendly and accommodating and we never had an issue during our entire stay. The area was spared the worst of Hurricane Ian and I'm so glad as we never had an issue with finding local places to eat or visit and the beaches were absolutely gorgeous. We can't recommend this location more and look forward to returning.

My wife and I stayed at Harbor Lane Court for our 25th Anniversary and it was perfect! The location is ideal (beach is close, amazing and not overcrowded) and the accommodations couldn't have been better (just the right size stocked with everything you need to make your stay perfect). Despite being on a main road it is surprisingly quiet and secluded. The pool was a great way to end the day and the mattress was super comfortable. Will definitely be back.

The Property was Perfect! So glad I found it!This was by far the best getaway we have ever had! Looks exactly like the pictures, very clean and they have everything you could need,the ice maker was a huge help for us and the blow dryer and ironing board and iron were a pleasant suprise, we would absolutely love to stay here forever! 10 stars for sure! We enjoyed our stay at Harbor Lane Court. We stayed Monday to Friday. The property was beautiful and clean not to mention in a great location. Our bungalow was beautiful inside and clean with all the amenities. This was my first time using VRBO and the listing did not disappoint! The property landscape was tropical and inviting. Only a short walk to a beautiful white sandy beach with breathtaking sunsets! We will definitely be back! Thank you Joan and Olga for an unforgettable stay!

It was in a cozy close atmosphere but it felt secluded from the main traffic of other travelers . We enjoyed the beach with easy access. Everything we needed for a day of fun was available (without extra purchases.). we would love to share it again with family

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days. We loved the location, and the VRBO was ideal. We had family transport us from the airport to HLC and we then relied on the free trolley to explore AMI. About halfway through our visit, we met the owner and had a plesant conversation. During the conversation, I asked if it would be possible to get a roll of toilet paper for our unit, as there wasnt much left. We were told that each unit only gets two rolls per stay ( no matter the length of stay) and that we would have to go purchase our own. I mentioned that our unit only had one and a half rolls, and that we were relying on public transportation. Nonetheless, we still had to go buy our own toilet paper, and do our own laundry in order to have enough washcloths and towels to get through our 5 day vacation stay. We would have considered staying here again, however its the little things such as having enough toilet paper and clean washclothes that will cause us to look elsewhere next time. Sadly the owners may have lost a repeat customer over a couple simple items. Items that as a guest, we shouldn't have had to handle ourselves while on vacation. I hope the owners change these things for any future guests.

We had the BEST time! Communication with Joan was easy and she was always there if we needed her, even on the property some days. Everything was clean and up to date and there were no details left unnoticed…from beach wagons, toys, chairs, umbrellas, towels to a completely stocked laundry room, and kitchen. All these sea tails made our trip so easy and less stuff for us to pack. The walk to the beach was short and sweet, just walked right across the street the the most beautiful and not crowded beach. Everything was perfect and we are already looking into a trip back. Thank you so much Joan!!!

Renting unit 3 at Harbor Lane Court was a wonderful experience!! It was super clean and had all the amenities (and then some) you would ever need!! Beautiful location and Joan was more than accommodating!! We plan to come back next year!
