Fijne locatie direct aan de boulevard met mooi uitzicht op dak
Faciliteiten van hotel zijn niet gemaakt voor hoeveelheid kamers. Zwembad, eetzaal, liften en kofferruimte te klein. Weinig keuze bij ontbijt, bijna geen lactose- of glutenvrije opties. Kamer groot, maar douche dan onevenredig klein en onpraktisch. Stortdouche en douchekop konden niet zonder de andere aan, kapstokhangers aan muur vallen er af bij meer dan 1 trui. Kamerschoonmaak vond elke dag in onze kamer tussen 15-18 plaats, maar op dag van vertrek stond opeens schoonmaker om 8:45 in onze kamer. Personeel behandeld iedereen volgens standaard riedeltje.

La localisation de l’hôtel avec un arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel et de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Le personnel du restaurant très gentil. Le buffet du petit déjeuner bien fourni. La vue du roof top.
La porte d’entrée de la chambre à fermeture par carte qui ne fonctionne pas comme elle le devrait et pour laquelle il a été nécessaire de faire réinitialiser les cartes à 3 reprises (La porte à même été retrouvée ouverte alors que nous l’avions correctement fermée). La mauvaise insonorisation de la porte fenêtre donnant sur la rue et les restaurants en dessous, laquelle ferme mal et laisse de plus passer l’air. Le réfrigérateur trop petit ne pouvant pas recevoir une bouteille d’un litre et demi. Le lavabo bouché dont l’écoulement s’effectue très mal. La piscine intérieure qui est annoncée comme chauffée et ne l’était pas et qui n’est pas éclairée en fin d’après-midi (aucun employé n’a pu être trouvé pour la faire éclairer). Le buffet du petit déjeuner qui ne varie pas de la semaine. La navette aéroport gratuite a l’arrivée annoncée par booking sur la réservation et pour laquelle aucun message ou document nécessaire ne nous est jamais parvenu nous ayant obligé à payer le bus.

El personal era amable. La ubicación del hotel era muy buena (cerca del ferry y próximo a los sitios en los que quería estar). El desayuno, aunque poco variado, era de calidad adecuada.

Lokalizacja rewelacyjna! Zaraz pod hotelem jest przystanek autobusowy, z którego można dotrzeć praktycznie w każde miejsce na wyspie (bezpośrednio lub z przesiadką). W okolicy dużo barów, restauracji i sklepów. Do pobliskich miejscowości takich jak Sliema czy St. Julian's można z łatwością dojść pieszo - trasa bardzo przyjemna i z pięknymi widokami. Równie dobre połączenie do Valetty czy na lotnisko.
W hotelu bardzo miła obsługa, wszyscy zawsze uśmiechnięci i chętni do pomocy. Pokój był dość spory i czysty, codzienny serwis sprzątający również na plus ;)
Śniadania były bardzo monotonne i mało urozmaicone. Bardzo mało warzyw, więc jeśli ktoś nie je mięsa to wybór jest niewielki.

Pulizia della camera scarsa con peli e capelli sui pavimenti. Muffa sulle pareti del bagno. Cuscini macchiati. Ascensori spesso bloccati o talmente lenti da indisporre. Sauna con panca sfondata e chiodi sporgenti.Idromassaggio con vista della muffa sul soffitto. Colazione abbastanza scarsa. Personale alla reception poco preparata e che fornisce poco supporto; a volte addirittura dando info errate .

Gute Lage, die Tür ist 24 Stunden offen. Nettes Personal. Unkomplizierte check in. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großem Balkon und schöner Aussicht. Frühstück war okey. Sehr sauber.
- die Dusche ist komisch gebaut, das ganze Wasser läuft beim Duschen aus der Kabine raus, alles im Badezimmer war danach nass.
- die Zimmertüren sind so dünn, man hört alles was in dem Flur gesprochen wird und dafür diese Türen schließen sich so laut, man kann nicht ausschlafen. Ich hatte Gefühl dass ab 8 Uhr alle mit den Türen zu spielen beginnen. Unglaublich laut.

Subito dopo aver pagato l’intero soggiorno in anticipo e fatto il check-in, siamo entrati in stanza dove abbiamo subito notato che la biancheria da letto era sporca e macchiata (abbiamo fatto foto di tutto). Abbiamo chiesto il cambio immediato delle lenzuola. Il mattino seguente, ossia ieri 30 ottobre, abbiamo scritto un form dove lamentavamo che due materassi su tre fossero rotti e inutilizzabili, nonché le lenzuola avessero evidenti macchie di sangue e capelli ovunque. Abbiamo quindi lasciato l’albergo alle 10 per uscire in città e abbiamo fatto ritorno alle 4 dove era ancora in corso la pulizia della camera. Abbiamo chiesto di poter utilizzare l’area wellness nel frattempo, ma non c’era personale, né asciugamani (non presenti neanche in camera) per poter usufruire della piscina. Abbiamo chiesto ripetutamente asciugamani ma nessuno del personale ha dato spiegazioni, alcuni di loro hanno anche risposto in maniera maleducata che non era un loro problema. Siamo rimasti senza stanza e senza la possibilità di usufruire degli altri servizi (da notare che nulla di quello pubblicizzato sul sito è corrispondente al vero, come la palestra totalmente impraticabile). In attesa nella hall chiedendo di parlare con un manager fino alle 7, quando abbiamo deciso di andare via attese tre ore senza che nessuno risolvesse il problema. Siamo stati costretti a prenotare in fretta un’altra sistemazione in analoga categoria nelle vicinanze.

struttura comoda vicina lungo mare, per arrivare dall’arreoporto preso autonux x4 fino al caplinea alla Valletta e poi il 13 . fermata accanto a ingresso hotel. ottima colazione e pulizia . se state 3 notti anche ottima la cena a buffet 20 a persona a pasto. consigliamo per muoversi abbonamento pet 1 settimana. giri l’islla e spendi in tutyo 21 euro

Super Lage nahe der Hauptstadt Valletta. Bis zur Fähre nach Valletta sind es 10 min. zu Fuß.
Um das Hotel herum sind viele Restaurants. Da ist für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel was dabei.
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.
Leider hatte das Zimmer nur ein Fenster in einen Lichtschacht.

Les équipements sont un peu vieillissants : jacuzzi et sauna. Certaines chambres ont trop peu de lumière pour être totalement agréables et manquent d'aération. Demandez vue sur mer si vous pouvez !?

We booked this last minute for a one night stay when we had to fly a day early. The location was handy for the airport only 10 mins in a taxi and it was a buzzy little area as we had a quick wander in the morning before heading to Gozo for our booked hotel. We didn't look at the pool area so can't comment on that. The breakfast was decent and staff were friendly. I imagine here you are paying for the location and pool.
The room we stayed in didn't look like the ones in the picture. Pics look nice and bright with furnishings. Ours felt a bit basic. Fair enough we were a late booking, our view was non existent, some internal courtyard or something. We arrived early hours and despite booking a room for a double and two singles there was only one single in the room. They sorted it relatively quickly. I'm not sure our neighbours would have liked the bed being delivered to our room at about 1.30am. About 20 mins later, when we were all in bed, someone else came to deliver us a bed !

Lokalizacja hotelu rewelacyjna. Przystanki autobusowe pod nosem, wszędzie blisko, dookoła bardzo duży wybór punktów gastronomicznych oraz sklepów spożywczych. Dla chętnych cała ulica knajp i barów...pod nosem również przeprawa promowa do Valletty... Basen na dachu hotelu i widoczki rewelacja!!!

The reception staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful in arranging transportation and sightseeing.
The air conditioner lost the temperature settings any time we left the room and took off the key-card.

The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the ferry to Valetta. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice.
I stayed for 3 nights during the hottest summer days and the air conditioner was not working.

The hotel is very good located, bed was super confortable and breakfast was good. However the roof terrace can offer an stunning relaxing atmosphere, the pool pictures were not corresponding to the pictures shown in the web page.

There were loads of restaurants surrounding the hotel and easy access to transport services. The beds themselves were nice however the rooms were quite small, the bathroom door also had a slit down the middle so was never completely closed.
The elevators were exceptionally small, often dirty and smelled. The pools were also unpleasant and often dirty. Breakfast honestly could have been a lot better, it was the worst hotel breakfast I’ve had. Check-in was difficult , subject to long queues and misinformation. We were told there would be ironing services and a phone in the room which there were not.

Great location. Our room was overlooking the water, with a stunning view.
Staff were friendly, especially the female manager we dealt with on our last morning.
False advertising on the photos in regards to the pool, which isn’t even part of the hotel. This was the whole reason I booked this place and there was nothing in the hotel description to say this wasn’t part of the hotel. We arrived and were disappointed to find that there was only a very small pool on the roof top and the indoor pool had no water. Turns out the beautiful pool is abeach club down the road, apparently available to ST guests, but you have to book and pay. We didn’t bother.
The tiny lift was SO slow and had a mind of its own. We were on the 6th floor and it was quicker to walk down than it was for the lift to come up.
Air conditioning was useless. We advised the staff a number of times during our stay, two of which I believe the aircon was looked at. Still, it was nothing amazing afterwards. We were, however, offered a free shuttle to the airport upon our departure to apologise for the inconvenience.

Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the location excellent. Staff was friendly.
The pool looks nothing like the pictures. The WiFi was unavailable at times, I guess due to the high demand.

Great breakfast selection. Overall the staff were friendly. Comfy room with functioning air conditioning. Good location. There is a rooftop pool which has a bar with a wide variety of drinks.
The pool was in need of a clean. Also the cleaners coming to the room either arrived very late (for example we came in from a long day at 5pm and they called to clean at 5:20) or not at all. When they did come, we didn't find the cleaning very efficient.
