About this house rental
Located in Pensacola Beach, this lovely house for $1,531 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. ** New pool heater in place mid-November 2023, $75 a day for pool heat option ** This is a beautiful property located at 1315 Ariola Drive is a house with unrestricted beach view and access to Pensacola Beach, just steps from driveway! The layout is kitchen, dining, living and Master BR with full bath on the main floor. This bedroom has a king bed. This floor has the screened in porch off the backside of the kitchen and the wrap around huge gulf front deck with propane grill and outdoor seating and dining. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and additional screened in porch. The first bedroom is the 'master' bunkroom with ensuite bathroom and gulf views. It has two queen and two twins so it sleeps 6. The next bedroom has a king bed and shares the hallway full bathroom and has gulf views. The 4th bedroom is another bunk room with a queen platform bed and two twin built in bunks! Booking now for Spring 2024 with great prices, and all dates thru 2024! This unit is well loved by guests, has return guests each year! Reserve your preferred dates, this property sells out in peak seasons and Holidays!

We loved staying here. There was a lot of room and the beds were so comfortable. The views of the beach were incredible. Even though it was cool outside we went and sat by the pool and enjoyed the sunshine. We will definitely try and stay here again in the future.

12 adults fit nicely in this home. 22 capacity would be a stretch. Home was clean and nice. 2 refrigerators were great. We found pool and beach toys/ chairs in garage to borrow that was a great help. Down side was landscaping …. There were weeds that had small burrs around pool that stuck in skin and were very painful. - these should be eliminated to prevent people from getting hurt when walking around pool. Also lights around pool would be nice.

Our family of 17 had a wonderful week in Villa Segunda - there were plenty of beds for everyone and we really appreciated having 5 bathrooms. The den off the kitchen was perfect for those who needed to work during the week. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach as well as having a pool - no need to bring floats, beach toys, etc. as there were plenty in the garage. We thought the kitchen was very well stocked although we could have used a couple more casserole type dishes and some plastic storage containers. We had to call maintenance and they responded immediately and had the issue resolved within the hour. The two bedrooms in the addition could benefit from fans. We would definitely return!

This property was true to its advertisement. It fit our family perfectly and no one felt overcrowded. The location was amazing with its close beach access. There was not a bad view in any room from this property.

We stayed here with family. 10 adults and 3 babies. The house is large with enough room for all comfortably. Right across from the beach was ideal with the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items we needed. Linens were plentiful and great quality. The outside of the house does not compare to the inside. First item that needs addressed is the outside shower. There is no drain or working hose to spray off the green slime that forms on the concrete creating a slipping hazard which happened several times during our stay. More pool chairs are needed. Only 4 for a house that sleeps many more. The gates and door locks need tightened or repaired. The yard it still full of construction debris from the hurricane including a large window frame sticking out of the sand. Sand needs shovels from the driveway and walkways. We had a great time but the house needs some extra care outside to match the comfort of the inside.

However, the home is in need of a wall-to-wall cleaning as well as an update to two bathrooms, some appliances and a re-organization of the kitchen. We had daily maintenance issues and were challenged to actually cook in the kitchen because it was missing Items and dishes/pots were dirty. The pool could benefit from a heater as the water is still too cold this time of year to use. Management company was responsive and very easy to work with but the vacation was not relaxing because we had daily home/maintenance issues. The home is in need of an interior paint job, including trim and doors as well as exterior cleanup. A little bit of sprucing up would go a really long way with this beautiful beach front property. There was also a lot of roofing construction in the neighborhood that started at 8 AM. The bridge from Pensacola Beach airport is out of commission which turned a 20 minute drive into over an hour.
