Nestled in Ocean Isle Beach, this charming condo for $905 per night is a great option for your next break. Come enjoy this unique penthouse with panoramic oceanfront views from the front two decks and colorful sunsets from the rear covered deck facing the sound. This top story penthouse encompasses the corner of the complex, with ocean views from five of the six bedrooms. You will enjoy the luxury of having an elevator , flat screened TV's in each bedroom and one of the largest swimming pools at Ocean Isle Beach at your disposal. The complex has a private walkway to the beach, and showers to wash your feet and chairs when you return. There is a private beach level storage closet for you to store your chairs, umbrellas and toys for each day. And we provide 10+ chairs. No more lugging beach equipment on your journey to Ocean Isle. This two story condo is equipped with new appliances and comfortable mattresses. The kitchen has new cabinets and is fully equipped. The LVT floored family and dining area has plenty of seating for your family and features a 55 inch Samsung flat screen TV . The first level also includes four bedrooms, all with their private baths. The bedrooms have beds as follows: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen and one twin,1 Queen and 1 Twin. The oceanfront covered deck is the perfect place to watch dolphins or dine. Upstairs, there is an ocean front King and a second bedroom with a Queen and a twin, also with their private baths. The second story has an ocean front sunbathing deck and rear covered porch and Tiki Bar facing the Intracoastal Waterway and lovely sunsets. This property sleeps 15. Some renters ask- are our pictures accurate? Yes! Since we use this property exclusively on the off season, as owners we update when we see a need. In 2106 we updated our kitchen cabinets and put granite counter tops in the six bathrooms. New LVT installed throughout in 2021. While this property is not structured for handicap wheelchair access in the bathrooms, you may have a relative who has issues walking to the beach. You can reserve a beach wheelchair from the city at no charge. The OIB has the following information: Beach Wheelchairs are available at no charge on a first come first serve basis. They can be picked up and returned at the OIB Planning and Inspections Department (8am-4:30pm). On weekends and holidays they can be picked up at the OIB Police Department. For additional information contact the OIB Planning and Inspections Department. Ocean Isle Beach has much to explore. Young children enjoy home made ice cream from the Ocean Isle Creamery and mini golf across the street. Fine ocean front dining and tiki bar at the Isles Restaurant is a 5 minute beach walk away. Numerous golf courses are within minutes and during the summer Friday evenings you can enjoy great bands at no charge, at the museum. On Sundays you can attend church on the beach. Just bring your chair. Nestled between a 45 minute drive to Myrtle Beach or to Wilmington, you can enjoy the shopping and entertainment ranging from The House of Blues and The Hard Rock Cafe to the Civil War Museum and USS NC Battleship Memorial. In the evenings, you can watch the sun set with 180 degree views from the ocean to the Sunset Beach bridge. Enjoy your nightcap at our custom tiki bar on the back deck. It's a great place to cap off your evening.

The Condo was exactly what we needed. It was equipped with everything we needed. Loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom. The owner was so nice and helpful if we had any questions. Will not hesitate to rent this condo again. You will not be disappointed.

We do a family vacation every year and this time we decided to try a different area. it was our first trip to Ocean Isle beach and everyone really enjoyed the area. We have stayed in many properties through the 20+ years and have dealt with VRBO owners several times. This was by far the best experience with an owner we have ever had, Laura was helpful and attentive and communicated with us promptly throughout the whole process. The property was amazing and served all of our needs well. I was particularly impressed by the kitchen which was fully stocked with pans and dish ware which is not something we usually encounter on these trips. This was the largest group we have ever had with 13 people ranging in age from 10-78 so the 6 bedrooms and six bathrooms really came in handy. We will certainly be returning to this area and will be interested in this property again.

Family Paradise
Laura, the owner, was fantastic. She promptly replied to my questions. The condo was well appointed. Plenty of room in all of the bedrooms. The bathrooms have all been updated. The kitchen was fully stocked. Laura even provided beach chairs and beach toys. The comment heard repeatedly from our family was that we wish this was our full-time residence. We will definitely return!

The condo was in great shape, with awesome views! Laura was exceptionally good with communication, and very understanding and responsive when we reported a minor maintenance issue. This is a great choice for a large extended family gathering, I recommend it highly!

Beautiful, comfortable condo with great views!
We visited with extended family in various age groups. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture and taking in the gorgeous views. The great balcony space allowed the senior members of our group to enjoy the beach without having to make the trip down. We really liked that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. There was also ample living space to allow everyone to relax without feeling crowded. We will definitely be back!

Lovely property in a great location
Our family of twelve had a busy yet relaxing vacation week at this beautifully decorated condo. From the Battleship North Carolina to waiting for sea turtles to hatch, it is a wonderful property in a great location on OIB. We especially enjoyed the two balconies overlooking a perfect beach. It was also a pleasure to work with such wonderful property owners, and we would highly recommend this listing

Fabulous vacation
Condo was beautiful and well stocked in kitchen with needed pots, pans, utensils, etc. Large living and dining space accommodated our large group. Balcony had comfortable and wonderful place to sit and enjoy the view!

GREAT OCEAN FRONT CONDO!
IT WAS SO NICE FOR EACH CHILD AND COUPLE TO HAVE THEIR OWN BEDROOM AND BATHROOM SO EVERYONE HAD THEIR OWN SPACE TO GET AWAY. THE BEACH IS ONLY A FEW FEET AWAY AND SO IS THE POOL IF YOU PREFER. WE ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE OCEAN FRONT BALCONY WITH THE WONDERFUL BREEZE AND COMFORTABLE FURNITURE. A BONUS IS THE OWNER WHO IS VERY ACCOMMODATING ABOUT YOUR EVERY NEED!.

Fantastic condo that's a great value.
This is our second year staying in Laura’s beautiful condo. Quick highlights:
• You can have a lot of folks (we had 13) and not feel like your tripping over each other b/c you have the two decks, tiki bar, pool and of course the beach all right there. Another easy space-maker is walking down two doors to the Isles for a drink and/or meal. Also, each bedroom has a tv and its own bathroom so no sharing that space.
• Meal prep: the kitchen is fully stocked and there are grills by the pool.
• Beautifully decorated (but not “stuffy”).
• Great deal. It’d easily cost between 2-3 times more to get a house with this many bedrooms/baths and amenities this condo has.
• If you need anything or have a problem, Laura is super responsive.
Tip: You can order groceries online from Lowes Food and when you arrive at the beach, pull into the dedicated pick up spot and they’ll run your groceries out to you! It’s about $6 which was fine w me b/c I didn’t want to start my vacation with a 45 min trip to the grocery store. Also, be sure to check out the weekly free beach music concerts at OIB and neighboring beaches.

Lovely condo and area
This was our first trip to OIB (we're used to south Myrtle Beach area), so we had many questions. It also was our first time staying in a condo-we usually stay in a beach house. We weren't quite sure what to expect. Laura answered every question, and quickly. The location is fabulous--the town is beautiful, as are beaches. Beaches are nice and flat, as they are further south. There is a great sandbar to the west, near the inlet, at low tide. The condo is as lovely as it looks in the photos--love the decor. We had plenty of room for our group of 13, and everyone loved it, from kids to grandparents. The condo was nice and clean. The parking level storage area is a great benefit, so you don't need to lug your sandy chairs and surfboards upstairs. There was no noise from neighbors. We loved having the pool option in case jellyfish are abundant, and the elevator was nice for loading and unloading (or for creaky knees), although we did take the stairs quite a bit. The area is quiet, and everyone is friendly. We loved having Lowes deliver our grocery order on the first day. We ate at The Isles (a two-minute walk) for my birthday, which was delicious. We also tried Charlie Grainger's for barbecue and Causeway Gourmet--both great options. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to choose from. All appliances work well, and the kitchen is well stocked if you prefer to cook your own meals. One huge plus for this girl with a spinal condition was comfortable mattresses! I also loved that there were blackout curtains in some bedrooms. We all enjoyed watching the foxes in the dunes, and the men and kids enjoyed fishing on the Intracoastal (we brought a small boat) and the OIB pier. We thought we'd drive to Barefoot Landing in Myrtle Beach, but we enjoyed OIB so much we never did. We absolutely would rent again.

A Great Trip
Our extended family spent the week of the Fourth of July here and what a great trip it was. There were 15 of us ranging in age from 63 to 5 months, but being right on the beach kept everyone plenty entertained. The pictures of the condo were very accurate and no once did we feel cramped (and the bathrooms in each bedroom were nice). The kitchen was very well stocked, making it easy to cook for all. Plus there is a nice grocery store less than 10 minutes away. The beach was great, good waves to play in but also shallow for the little kids. If you come the week of the Fourth, the fireworks from the pier are visible from the deck and the family room. There are plenty of things to do on the island and even more choices nearby. The owner was also great to work with, always got back to me right away when I had questions. We had a great time.
