Convenient and comfortable

It was cosy and the room was dark once the shutters were drawn. With it being in the top floor it was hot but there was a fan to cool the room down.

Its Ok for a short time

If you don't have big needs this accommodation is perfect because it is in a very good location ! 3min from Basel Sbb

the hall is not the prettiest but everything else is fine ! I really missed the air conditioning the fan is not enough in this high summer hot🥵

Exceptional

Best value for money, great location 5 minutes from train station and 10 minutes from city centre. The apartment was very comfortable and with a nice balcony. Host was excellent with communication whenever it was needed and very kind to arrange picking up the keys despite that I arrived late at night.

i liked everithing

She let us check in earlier, we arrived at the apartment where they waited for us, with a friendly and charismatic murmur, where we found a very nice and comfortable place, in conclusion. Perfect! He left us enough towels and, above all, extra sheets and pillows. In addition, the day of departure we had a flight a little late and he let us stay the necessary time to wait for the flight. nothing more to say, everything perfect

awful

the room was smelling like mold and I’m allergic, it’s not that safe because it’s an apartment that leaves the keys in the mail box. I just got in the appartament and got out in the same minute. I told honestly and kind to the lady and she was mad at me and gave me no refund. there’s hotels close to this place that are better and honest than this one. don’t recommend!

Pay with cash, be ready to some road noize and don't expect it to be too clean

The building is near the central station, everything in the city is quite available from there. There is a lot of useful stuff in the apartment, very airbnb style, the view was nice, blinders give you complete darkness during the night.

The payment was weird and felt like a scam, you have to actually enter the card number despite physically being present at the property and my bank sees the payment as a recurring one. Quite a noisy location: a large road is less than 100 meters away. A lot of surfaces were dirty and sticky, including floors and light switches, not the bathroom and the bed though. Photos in the description are the view from the terrace, not the building, where the flat is located: not a biggie, but I have troubles finding the place because of that.

Location Self-catering Balcony Flexible about check-in and check-out times

Rather shabby, could do with a face-lift. The main issue was that we should have received a Basel Pass for transport and museums when we checked in, as all tourists staying one or more nights and paying city tax are entitled to. This was not provided, and when we asked our hosts for it, it seemed like it was a big problem and gave an unconvincing excuse. Hosts asked us to send photos of our passports, which we tried to do, but it is not possible to include attachments on messages via booking.com and they did not provide an alternative method. This caused us quite a lot of hassle, when we only had a short time to see the city, and we never did get the passes, which meant we had to pay for transport and museum entry

Good

Great location, very flexible and nice host. Only 1 room that serves as bedromm and living room, so with a child it is not very convenient. Small kitchen but with all cooking furnitures. Apartment in medium state, cleanleaness okay but not great.

Exceptional

It is a great little escape for either short or longer term stay. We were there for a week and I have felt at home in this apartment from the very first minute. As that’s what this place actually is: a home while being away from home. Thank you 😊

Surprisingly spacious and equipped apartment only a few minutes by foot from the station

For the location, you cannot beat the price for an apartment with a full kitchen and large balcony. The person who organized the key drop off was very kind to allow me to keep my suitcase there until the afternoon.

Awful and i felt disrespected from the part of the owner.

It is close to the train station.

It was dirty, had a spider nest, kitchen utensils were old, the freezer was full of ice and i was not able to store my icecream there. The owner tried to make me feel bad just for daring to complain about these conditions. I took a video and sent it to Booking so that they are aware of these conditions.

the apartment is ok instead the host is terrible. you have no privacy at all. the host comes to the door. after you check out it looks in the trash, you pay the cleaning fee but you have to leave it absolutely clean. he still asks you for money if something doesn't suit him

The bed was good and comfortable. Receiving was good.

The location is very good dan easy near to the main train station. Then easy access to shops and transportation.
