Aerie is the most competitively priced 7 bedroom home along Ocean Blvd- " Millionaire's Row" Anytime is a perfect time to spend at the beach with breezes 24/7 and warm ocean temps.... ...Lots of beautiful spaces to spread out. Committed to thorough cleaning/disinfected of all surfaces before each rental..... Go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean and the 24/7 sea breeze. Located on a 'sleepy' beach road nicknamed 'Millionaire's Row', Aerie sits on the quiet, convenient end of the island. You'll see more bikes than autos and enjoy easier access to Sullivan's Island, Mount Pleasant, Charleston, the plantations, and other attractions. Located two blocks from the IOP promenade with shopping, restaurants, ice cream, and the famous Windjammer Club. There is a deep-water marina on the island and tennis courts at the island recreation center. Six excellent, public-access golf courses are within a twenty minute drive to include the world-class Wild Dunes courses. Beach access is just 20 yards away. The open kitchen/dining/living room floor plan creates flow and space for all. The six foot round dining table for 12, custom-made and painted, guarantees that you will spend hours around it visiting with family and friends alike. The large kitchen has seating for nine at two spacious islands. It is fully stocked with utensils and dish ware for 20 and boasts premiere appliances with an under-counter ice-maker and extra full-sized refrigerator located in the laundry room. The outside grounds and garage feature a private pool( Available for heating with fee/advanced notice) with carved tikis standing watch, outdoor shower, gas grille at outdoor kitchen, and a fenced back yard. Sleep with the cyprus-wood dolphin sculpture suspended above you in the 'Dolphin Suite' and revel in the rain shower cascading over you in its spacious custom shower. The top porch has private access from the two second floor master suites. Downstairs add three queen suites/bedrooms; one with a dedicated custom bath, another with a shared, custom bath, and a third with a detached bath. The 'Dormitory' and the nautically styled 'Bunk Room', with its 42 inch flat screen TV and extra HMDI cable supplied for game sets, are just two of the many nooks and crannies for kids, and grown-ups alike, to hide-out. All-cotton linens, towels, are included. Hair dryers are provided in all bathrooms. A Sonos-driven stereo system with strategically placed speakers wafts music throughout the house and all three porches with separate area volume controls for piped-in beach music. 42' flat screen TVs with surround sound are in the living room, TV room, and the Dolphin Suite. There is Netflix capability in the den, Dolphin Suite, second upper master bedroom, Bunk Room, and living room. High definition TVs reside in the Dolphin Suite, living room, TV room, and Bunk Room. Alll access to "Youtube TV". Out of the sun for awhile or escaping a summer shower? Enjoy a spirited ping pong match or shuffleboard tournament under the house. The dedicated all-sand horse shoe pits are for the most discriminant of players, and shuffleboard under house for fun during rainstorms! New 2020 Outdoor kitchen makes meal prep all inclusive at poolside. Beach towels provided and are requested to be cleaned/folded at departure for incoming guests to enjoy. NO charge for beach towels but cleaning charges will be assessed for unclean/wet towels at departure. Laundry pods provided for this request. Dedication to 'green' building options include a metal roof with 100% sprayed foam insulation, energy-efficient, impact-resistant windows, energy-efficient, new heating and air conditioning systems, on-demand hot water heaters, and dedication to exterior and interior LED lighting technology. With respect to environmental concerns we lock our thermostats at 72 degrees A/C. Please be advised. Add to the above, a complete 21st century audio/visual upgrade with digital cable, WIFI, and and high definition capability. Include in the behind the scenes work, major structural upgrades to include restructured and rebuilt top and bottom porches .Absolutely NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS/ SOCIAL GROUPS allowed. This was an overall great property. Location and house both beautiful. However, the pool was dirty upon arrival. The thermostat did not go below 72, making the upstairs bedrooms very difficult to sleep in (my cousin had to sleep on the couch downstairs, due to the heat). The master bedroom’s sheets were full of sand so we had to wash them ourselves and make the bed before sleeping in it. Finally, I’ve never seen such intense checkout instructions. Aside from taking out the trash, guests are expected to strip used bedding, and wash and fold towels - it makes me question what the cleaning fee is for, as we spent two hours cleaning the morning of checkout. But again, overall great property aside from these nuances.

The house is colorful and comfortable, as if you are "going home." The location is IDEAL, away from the noise and almost like you are on the beach itself. The walking path to the beach was newly sanded. Cleanest house we've ever stayed in, even the baseboards were dusted. Lots of room for multi-generations. Owners go above and beyond to anticipate your needs and were pleasant to communicate with and rent from. We loved The Aerie!

The house was simply beautiful. Our family of 15 had a great time. There is plenty of space and it is equipped with everything. The beach walk is very short which made our older folks very happy.
The owners were very easy to communicate with.

The house is perfect for a multigenerational family reunion. The family room, dining room, and kitchen are spacious and well equipped. There are lots of smaller spaces for people to have some private time as well. The beach is lovely, and perfect for smaller children.

Aerie is an amazing home in the perfect location. Our family especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach and restaurants as well as the beautiful pool. The second story porch was a favorite with all ages and the whole house is in incredible shape. The best statement came from our 9 year old grandson who said as he and the family pulled into the driveway the first time : "How lucky are we !!!" That's how we felt all week. We hope to return for another wonderful stay at Aerie in the future.

We had family travel from different states to celebrate my father’s 90th. The weather was the worst but the house was perfect for our crowd. Everyone could escape if they wanted and our meals together were so easy in the spacious kitchen and large dining area. Really fantastic home. Location was amazing. Mark was so accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend Aerie for a large group.

We needed a place for our family of 5+ the 7 groomsmen from our son’s wedding. Aerie was the perfect fit for us. The house was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable for our large group. The house is decorated with beautiful artwork, and. loaded with amenities galore. The pool, grill area was an added bonus, along with horse shoes, shuffle board and ping pong. With the beach just across the street, we were very happy with our stay and location. I highly recommend Aerie!

Aerie was an excellent home base for our summer family trip! Easy to Charleston to explore, lovely beach right across the street. We enjoyed sitting on the upper deck watching the offshore lightning.

The location and house were just perfect for our big family. The owners were very responsive to our questions , and the accommodations were top notch. Fully equipped house ,clean and beautiful. Pool was a good size, and easy access to the beach. We would recommend this house to all!!

Magical place for family reunion
Wonderful location with quick access to the beach and with a pool and plenty of amenities for sunny or rainy weather. The house has a great layout for extended family gatherings with multiple generations. Kitchen and dining areas easily accommodate large groups.

IOP long weekend Family break
Wonderful home, fantastic location, and we love Isle of Palms itself, and it's proximity to Charleston as well. This is our 2nd family vacation on IOP and we'll be back. Our 2 daughters, both son-in-laws, and 1 year old grandson all had a blast doing things together, and on our own as well. Jill and Mark are great hosts, and live near-know the area well!

IOP Home
My friends and I had a fantastic time staying at the property. However I was contacted by the owner with many complaints about our cleanup that left a sour taste in my mouth and the owner will leave a bad review on your profile. Things the owner was upset about: checked in 15 min before I told her we would arrive, accidentally included pillow shams and blanket for one of the 7 bedrooms when leaving the property (I guess the owner does not clean blankets?), owner will go through every single trash bag and recycle bag thrown in the trash and recycle bins (she informed me that pizza boxes in recycle bins still had pizza crusts left in them), refrigerator had one egg crack spill in it, she was upset the cleaners took multiple hours to clean home- her home is over 5,000 sq ft and she allows up to 16 people to stay in it. Why wouldn’t cleanup take multiple hours? I started 2 loads of laundry and the dishwasher before I departed the home as a courtesy to the cleaning crew and this is still not enough for the owner. Be prepared to have the owner check through trash, and sit lookout when you arrive to the home (she also arrived at the home 5 min before 10 am check out just to make sure you’re leaving). These complaints do not warrant a black eye to my VRBO account! No damages and just minor cleanup for 14 guests should not warrant a tongue lashing in my messages and a black eye review on my account. Renter beware!

From check in to check out we all had a great time. The property was more than what I had anticipated. Very spacious and well equipped. It had everything you can think of for a vacation house. Even down to a cabinet full of games for all ages.
The owners were very responsive to our needs and overall great to work with.

Perfect for groups!
We loved our stay at Aerie! We visited IOP for my husband’s 40th birthday & had the best time! All of our guests enjoyed having private bathrooms (all adults). We’re looking forward to coming back with our kids. So much space, you don’t feel cramped at all! Super short walk across the street to the beach, and you can be at Papi’s for tacos within minutes! We drove to Charleston a few times and it was less than a 30 minute trip. This is a great location for everything the area has to offer, at an even better price.
