Petit déjeuner, très bien présenté; complet, fruits frais et pressés, quatre sorte de confiture "maison", gâteau également fait maison, enfin, un super petit déjeuner ...

Tout était très bien ... accueil, très chaleureux, cadre très agréable, décor du logement raffiné, propriétaires très accueillants, enfin, une adresse à conseiller ...

Beau lieu, agréablement habité

Hôtes très accueillants, agréables, aux petits soins, lieu magnifiquement décoré avec beaucoup de goût, suite immense avec chambre, salle de bain et petit salon attenants. Petit déjeuner très copieux, fait maison, sans gluten sur demande, servi sur une immense table de monastère très ancienne. Nous avons même pu recharger notre voiture électrique et stationner devant la maison. Le tout à 20 mn à pied du centre d'Aix. Merci. Liliane et Jean.

L'accueil vraiment chaleureux des hôtes, des échanges très intéressants, très belle chambre, petit déjeuner parfait, stationnement sur place, nous recommandons cette chambre d'hôte.

Séjour parfait

Une adresse à retenir sur Aix en Provence. Un accueil très chaleureux, une chambre spacieuse et propre. De belles attentions des hôtes et un petit déjeuner incroyable. Je suis ravie de mon séjour ! Je reviendrai en été pour profiter de l’extérieur aussi prometteur que l’intérieur !

Highly recommended! Great place to stay

It is a perfect place! Lovely hosts, so nice to meet such warm hearted people. We felt like going home to our grandparents. Big room with clean and comfortable bathroom and a separate room for tea 👌 very comfortable bed and well picked pillows. The whole house's design is typical Provence, every corner and piece is well choosen. The host packed a snack for is for the day, such a kind move. Thanks for having us! Maybe one thing. We would love to have an egg or a yoghurt for the breakfast. But have to tell, whatever we got were delicious 👌 the cake is so yummy

У нас лучшие впечатления от Lousoan. Вы останавливаетесь не в гостинице, а в самом настоящем прованском доме. Сам дом очень красивый в тихом месте с верандой. Такого опыта вы не получите нигде. Весь дом очень украшен и создает атмосферу уюта. Кажется, что над украшением дома работал профессиональный дизайнер, но много вещей сделано мамой (или бабушкой, я не запомнил) хозяйки дома. Сама комната для проживания просторная, кровать удобная, отдельная большая ванная комната, и даже отдельная комната, где можно попить чай. К сожалению мы смогли забронировать только одну ночь, а так бы остались на дольше. Французский завтра очень вкусный с домашним вареньем. Отличный кофе. Нам даже дали йогурт, о чем мы просили, когда бронировали проживание. Большое спасибо Liliane and Jean за гостеприимство.

Всё замечательно. Возможно, это место не подойдет тем, кто предпочитает гостиницы. И оно расположено немного далековато от центра, но мы, наоборот, наслаждались прогулкой.

An ideal stay. We were very well looked after

Bright, spacious, comfortable and with a lovely view. Jean and Lilian were very welcoming and provided us with a delicious breakfast. They sent us away with the breakfast cake we hadn’t eaten too!

Friendly B&B in Aix-en-Provence

A perfect stay, with the most wonderful people, in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s a pleasant walk into town.

The most enjoyable and comfortable stay. Very highly recommended.

For anyone looking for a stay near Aix-en-Provence it is impossible to do better than Lousoan. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, the room is excellent and the bed very comfortable, whilst the breakfast is superb. I hope to be able to stay again next time I am in Aix. I cannot recommend Lousoan too highly.

Everything was wonderful! There was nothing that we didn't like.

Beautiful decorated room, with lovely hosts.

Our hosts were very friendly and the room in the house is very charming and beautiful decorated. The breakfast was great with lovely, home baked cake.

The location of the property is a bit far from the main tourist attractions.

The hosts were absolutely lovely! Lillian and Jean were very accommodating and friendly. We felt so at home and loved getting to know them and their adorable Maltese. The breakfasts were incredible with home made cakes and jams and freshly brewed coffee. The room was super comfortable, clean and spacious.

This is a great value for your money if you plan on visiting Aix en Provence for a few days.

Our stay was at Lousoan bed and breakfast was perfect, it had everything we needed - a spacious accommodations ( a large bedroom, spacious bathroom and an additional sitting room with a selection of tea/coffee), it is in a close proximity to Aix old city district, has great parking, wifi and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty (French style) and the hosts are very nice, caring and welcoming people that speak perfect English.

Lovely hosts, lovely property, highly recommend !

The hosts were so very lovely and sweet. Homemade baked goods and homemade jams for breakfast and they were gracious to accommodate my request for some yogurt and fruit. The bathroom was very spacious as was the bedroom and extra sitting room. Everything was so clean as well. We loved the fact that is was away from the city center, but it was only a few minutes away by car.

Spacious room in warm and welcoming home

This is a private room with en-suite in a beautiful house outside of Aix-en-Provence. Location is great: a lovely quiet neighbourhood about 30min walk from the centre of Aix, and only a short walk from Cezanne’s studio. The room was large, light and clean with a large bathroom. The shower-bath combo did not have a wall Mount for the hand shower so it was a bit awkward, but totally manageable. we were equipped with plenty of towels, toiletries and blankets for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and gracious! When we brought home some snacks for lunch from the Saturday market, they hurried to make sure we had everything we needed to lunch outside on the patio. The breakfast included was absolutely delicious: homemade jams, cakes, breads with the classic pastries and fruit. Everything was perfect; we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Aix again!

Real traditional B&B style with the most hospitable hosts in quiet, lovely, comfortable surroundings

We really enjoyed our 4days with home-made cakes/breads served every morning for breakfast. The best part of our stay was definitely the hosts: kind, available, made us feel so at home. Parking was free and excellent. Good wifi, huge lovely ensuite bathroom, and quiet lovely surroundings. The hosts met us right from the start and received us so kindly with very helpful suggestions. Definitely would stay again. Thank you so much!

Just a little too far from centre of town to walk, but very good if you have a car. We will return here the next time we are in Aix.

Unique experience!

Beautiful house, amazing hosts. You will feel like you are welcomed by friends. Big room, very clean and really comfortable bed. Safe parking and homemade breakfast cooked with bio products. I would go back to Aix-en-Provence just to enjoy this amazing accommodation again.

We had such a fantastic time staying at Lousoan, and would love to come back again.

Our stay at Lousoan was so enjoyable! Jean and Lillian were the perfect hosts, so welcoming, kind, attentive and made us feel at home. Their house was lovely, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was so delicious with delectable home-made cake by Lillian. We would absolutely recommend staying at Lousoan if you are thinking about visiting Aix en Provence. The location is very close to a nearby bus stop and a convenient walk to the town centre. They also have a very adorable little dog! If we come back to Aix en Provence, we would love to stay here again. Thank you Jean and Lillian!!

we loved everything about our stay here. the room, the breakfast, the hosts - they will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. we loved sitting by the endless pool, drinking Rose one afternoon during our stay.

A wonderful summer hideaway.

Lovely house in a very smart area of AIX owned by Lillian and Jean who were the perfect hosts. Very relaxed atmosphere. House was kept lovely and cool whilst hot outside and bedroom included separate sitting room in addition to the en- suite. Outside there is a dipping pool with decking making for a comfortable rest/sunbathing area and a covered table where outdoor meals were possible.

Nothing really. The walk into AIX was easy and downhill but the return journey was of necessity uphill.

Lilian and Jean were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. The breakfast was great, with lots on offer and home baked treats. They were very helpful for gluten free options too.

The location is a fair walk into and back from town and didn't feel that safe in the dark, so think you do need a car or taxi if coming back late. The dog was sweet but quite barky!

Great place in Aix

Lovely welcoming hosts who couldn’t make you feel more welcome. Breakfast was outstanding and Lilian’s cakes were fantastic. The room was large and the lounge was an extra bonus. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again.
