Food and Beverage definitely needs attention. Menu is too extensive with a lot of items not available. Breakfast pricing doesn't make sense and most items were not available. It is better to offer a few items and do them well. Same with the drinks selection.

False advertising

The property is not as advertised, swimming pool has got tiles missing and water slide is out of order. We wanted to cancel our future booking after seeing the property as we had two weekends but they refused to refund us. Communication was very difficult as manager was unavailable at all time. Lovely ladies at the housekeeping team but I wouldnt recommend it for anyone. I am 750 FJ dollars short as they refused to refund the money but I wouldn't go back there.

It is a false advertising so please avoid. Two towels between 4 guests. Eventually we got another 2 after visiting reception 3 times, 8hrs later. WiFi didn't work and TV had 4channels. Fire alarm/electrical ox completely smashed, alarm sound has been going off...

Probably wouldn’t stay there again

The reception and restaurant staff and the help with arranging a rental car

Location is middle of nowhere, cleanliness was an issue as I had to wipe my feet before getting into bed, no bath mats, no hand towels only one towel each, nothing is near it so you would need a rental, slide was broken, road to resort is a gravel pit hole road

Would not recommend for families.

Location is perfect with beach views, but that's it.

No dining options other than restaurant on site (unless you have hired a car to go elsewhere or want to pay $30 for a return trip every time you need to eat). Food is overpriced for the quality being received. No other local activities to do, only good to lounge around the pool or stroll along the beach. Property had no hot water for showers any of the days we stayed there. Ending up cutting our stay short to go elsewhere.

Locatiion by the sea . Restaurant on premises. Friendly staff.

Restaurant didn't have red wine, seems they ran out. Location bit further out of way to Sigatoka and shopping mall

Isolated, need a car

Very clean, good ventilation

We paid full price due to our booking but the same rooms were actually on special at half price. Restaurant not open for lunch and didn’t open to 6 pm. We arrived mid afternoon very hungry and there was nowhere to go as so isolated

clean large room. great pool and good view. safe parking

nothing to do. no snorkeling, swimming in ocean. not much interest from the staff

2 night stay, our privacy as a family was respected and rooms were clean.

Affordable and tasty food. Friendly staffs with great car parks that are just close to our rooms.

No access to the sea, the beachfront is a private property and the only leisure activity possible for a toddler was to play with sand

Great price, lovely view of the ocean. Excellent pool for adults and kids. Great value!

Beautiful view. Pool was great for the kids. Room was good and very comfortable. Friendly staff. Price was excellent. Restaurant available on site. Food is great!

Very slow internet. Not surprising for an island but could not get connected in our room. Only one out of three slides in the pool were working. But pool was very nice, lounge chairs were excellent and comfortable.

clean, friendly staff, yet uninspired. Good budget stay for families with children

room spacious, clean, great mattresses, rainwater shower, hot water and air-conditioning working fine. staff very friendly and do the best they can. When I asked, the chef even made me a salad with chicken although this was not on the extensive menu.

1. communication especially about prices in a message upfront, I was told the taxi to Sigatoka is 10FJD. When booking from the hotel is was 15. Organizing my own taxi the meter showed 9 FJD both Sigatoka to the hotel and for the pickup from the hotel. The menu said the basic breakfast was included. I asked and the waitress confirmed it's included. At check out I was charged 15 FJD for it. 2. communication / service: Wine is sold by the bottle for 39 FJD. Asking about what wine it is, the waitress doesn't know, but brings the bottles. Turns out they have 2 different red wines, one is a really poor brand for 14FJD in the shop, the other somewhat better shop price 19 FJD. If you order, you are not asked which wine you would like but get any of these two very different options. 3. atmosphere The whole place looks uninspired. No decoration in the rooms, the furniture worn. The restaurant is a big hall. The pool is outside the restaurant on a concrete platform with sun beds. No shade, no sun umbrellas, nowhere a table where you could sit outside. 4. food: average

Its a two star … perhaps Covid has knocked it about but most people where not happy …

Where to begin … yes we stayed in one of the villas and yes it was raining heavily … but … honestly … there wasn’t a huge amount to like about the site … Massage was nice the Fijian hosts where nice but the Indian staff where all business and rude at times …

water damage to walls and ceiling of the villa we stayed insect and cockroach problem, no hot water, scary electrical issues, very noisy, dirty guests I suspect causes a lot of the issues with glass and mess around the premises and staff doing best they can … but honestly wouldn’t class the site a three star it would barely bring in a two star food was expensive … the breakfast was poor … anything like the usual eggs or such was extra … towels are guarded like they are gold … and … to top it all off the roof had holes so was getting drops of rain on me all night … beds where low and very uncomfortable.. showers and toilet situation was small and … uncomfortable air conditioning a building with Louvres that don’t fit or close seems like a waste of time but thankful 3/10 honestly …

Good

Loved the fact that you could either swim in the pool or at the beach which was very close by.

The kitchen/restaurant. Waited over an hour for our lunch to be ready. At dinner we couldn't even put in an order so we had to go to Sigatoka just to find something to eat.

Bad experience, unclean room, not a standard food

Location - close to town

* Limited selection of breakfast. * A piece of the fruit comes with breakfast. We were not advised of the fruit/additional food - had allergic requirement. * Cockroaches crawled on our bed. * Bathroom flooded as soon as opened our shower. Water sipped underneath the shower box across to the other side of the toilet.

only the smell of bathroom and the animals on road could have better road. Breakfast variety not much and food price is little dear

Quiet, nice pool

We had breakfast included. One tip is ask for the cereal you want first and tell them to wait before they bring the cooked breakfast otherwise everything comes at once. The Pools is kept well and is a decent size.

It was a premium room which was lovely but there is a design flaw that the roof of the restaurant is so high that it blocks the sea view in certain rooms. Some Kayaks would have been nice to go along the coral coast in, it's hard to walk on the small beach and unless you snorkel you disturb the coral.

The view was beautiful (close to the beach) The staff was really polite The facilities was great The kids enjoyed swimming,the pool was so clean and clear

There were a lot of flies where the restaurant area Our room was a bit smelly as we checked in We didn't have any hand towel and bathmat in our room Wifi was really slow in our rooms

Good value for money for a short stay

Resort is rather isolated and therefore suited for a relaxing holiday. Its close to the Sigatoka sand dunes. Room was spacious. Nice pool. Good snorkeling off the beach.

No WiFi at the rooms and no bottled water.
