The Bahamian Club Beach Cottage townhome, 2 bedrooms, 21/2 bath condo has been updated with the amenities you are looking for your relaxing Vacation. there are 3 TVs through out the Beach Cottage to include a 55” HDTV, all with Roku. An electric fireplace with heat will give that special cozy feel. An assigned parking spot directly in front of the Beach Cottage makes it easy to unload your car. Visitor parking available in the unmarked parking spaces. The new updated kitchen is designed with a beach feel and has all your cooking needs. The stainless-steel appliances are all new with white quartz counter tops with added sparkle and ready for a fully-equipped meal preparation. The dining island is large and for all your family needs and seats 5. Additional seating at the serving area. The Livingroom will seat 6 with a sofa, loveseat and chair to view your 55-inch wall-mounted HDTV complete with Spectrum cable and Direct TV channels and Roku that will stream all your needs. WiFi is available free. An electric fireplace gives a finished decorated look. The porch is open to a sunny view of our tropical trees and is enclosed with glass windows and access to the kitchen and living room. A half bath with new full size stainless washer and dryer is available. You will find many original art pieces throughout the Beach Cottage. The master bedroom located upstairs features a queen-size bed with a Roku TV, walk in closet and newly renovated master ensuite large glass enclosed shower with seat, double sinks and an entrance to the sunning deck. Slider doors opens to your sunning deck. Need to do laundry? A state-of-the-art, front load full-sized washer/dryer located on the 1st floor in the half bath. Want to spend the day at the beach? We spent 4 nights at Linda’s beach townhouse cottage and had a great time. Our only regret is that we didn’t have longer to stay. The cottage is just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. We liked that this part of the beach does not allow vehicles and not so crowded. After a long walk on the beach the community pool was a great way to cool off. Linda has her place set up for families with games in the living room for kids/families and an outdoor storage unit that is full of beach toys. The cottage has everything you could need for meals and relaxation. We will definitely be back. Thank you Linda

Great cozy cottage right across from beach. Beach wasn’t too crowded at all even on a holiday weekend. Had everything we needed inside in kitchen and bathrooms and for the beach like umbrellas wagons toys etc. Very cutely decorated. Only complaint is we didn’t find the beds to be very comfortable and the doors to the bedrooms have slats so there isn’t much privacy as far as noise goes. Linda was great and answered all of my questions very quickly!

Absolutely everything provided needed, then some. Such a beautiful home. Quiet, peaceful and not too far from anything you may want to see and do. I had difficulty at first in booking, however Ms.Linda called me personally and we verified everything was correct. This was a memorable time for my adult children and myself. Plenty of room for everyone. Decorated so pretty, very clean. Inviting in a word. Cant wait to go back another time and hope to stay here again. Thank you so very much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo. It was very clean and organized. Everything you need is already there!! The big bin of beach chairs and umbrellas were so helpful! There are beach wagons in the closet also. The pool was nice and the area was quiet and safe. The condo is decorated beautifully and you feel immediately right at home. The payment process from the beginning to check out at the end was problem free! Very nice people to communicate with! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in NSB!

If your familiar with new Smyrna, this is located on the north end of the beach right past the last drive on ramp, The closest ramp to walk on beach was out due to the hurricane damage but there are others fairly near by. We never walked to one though, if you come here often you know driving on the beach is the way to go so walking on across the street was never something we would do anyway. When we first arrived the owners wer having their dryer replaced and it was no inconvenience to us but they bought us dinner at a nearby Italian restaurant since we couldn’t use the kitchen area right away, that was above and beyond kind (however we don’t recommend Little Italt Restaurant😳). This place was so comfortable and HAS EVERYTHING. There is a storage area inside and out, 5 chairs, goggles, umbrella, and more. Also a wagon and cooler if need d, There was bug spray which was great because the first night we got ate up with No See Um Bites on the upstairs deck, we used the bug spray the rest of the week and didn’t get any. She had spare toothbrushes, a cabinet full of seasonings, paper plates, high end shampoos and soaps. Even special makeup cloths for us girls! Truly she has a true spirit to be a host. It’s a great price and so spacious. One thing we didn’t know is golf carts aren’t allowed on property and had rented one to drive on the beach and got a warning from the grounds, but they gave us 48 hours to return it so no biggie! Pickle ball and pool were a bonus!

We had a wonderdful time. The owners have thought of everything. All you need to bring are clothes and food! Everything else is furnished. All you need for the beach.. Location is very good. Spent our time at the beach in the National Forest Park. Like haaving our own private beach. Not crowded at all. Canal Street and Flagler Ave. were fun for a day. Eat out at Corkscrew Bar and Grill VERY GOOD. Also dinner at SoNapa which was very close and delicious.
I HIGHLY recommend this Beach Cottage. Very comfortable has nice pool and pickleball courts too.

We came to NSB to visit friends and this place was perfect for our group of 4! I was surprised with the amount of space we had, the pictures don’t do this place justice. The house was equipped with everything you would need from beach accessories to board games to spices for cooking, which I was pleased by. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

This property for our needs well. We are a family of four and it was very comfortable. Linda has everything you would need ! We used the pool and pickleball courts a lot. Beach is 5 minute walk. The beach is very pretty and a great beach for bikes !

I booked a trip for my mom, me and my daughter. We ended our week trip in New Smyrna renting this condo for 3 nights. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we could imagine in the house to use to make suppers and take to the beach. There was a pool and games in the complex. The place was clean and very homey. We had a great time and would rent again!

The Beach Cottage was above and beyond other places we have stayed. The cleanliness was exceptional, the bed very comfortable, great decorating and everything we needed was provided. The neighborhood was quiet, well kept and easy to look at.
The communication from the owner and the manager was better than expected. We hope to return for a longer stay.

This gorgeous condo, located in proximity to the beach, is perfect for either a vacation or as in our case, a work-vacation. It is spacious and offers an organized, well-stocked kitchen. Linda is a superb hostess. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail made us feel less like guests and more like family. If (or when) we return to New Smyrna Beach, we will stay with Linda and Pat.

Trip to NSB
We greatly enjoyed our trip. It was nice to stay at a condo that had the comforts of home. There were extra towels, cleaning supplies, extra pillows/blankets, and a kitchen filled with useful items. I am a cook and I enjoy cooking for my family on vacation. I was happy to find spices, pots/pans, and other necities. When we ran into a problem the owners were accomodating. There was easy access to the beach across the street, beautiful local church, and a pool in the complex. I have been traveling to NSB since 2003 and have stayed in numerous condos. This was by far our best stay! If you are used to Hiltons and other such accomodations then you will be happy at this rental.

The perfect beach condo
We absolutely loved this beach condo! The place looked better than it does online and was very clean and cozy. We arrived late Saturday night after rental office hours but check in was super easy. When we entered the condo we had a bottle of wine waiting for us. It was so thoughtful of Linda & Pat. We had everything we needed and more. Kitchen was fully equipped, bathrooms were supplied with towels, shampoo & soap. The bedrooms had extra clean sheets, blankets & pillows.. It was only a 6 minute walk to the beach, and 2 minute walk to the pool. There were many restaurants around the area, Publix and Walgreens were only a 5 minute drive. I highly recommend this beach condo and we will definitely book with Linda & Pat again for our next beach vacation.

This place was so wonderful! She had everything you needed plus things you didn’t know you would need! Literally, everything but the food for the week was supplied! Our first impression was that the house was clean and cozy. The pictures of the home were very accurate. The owner left a nice welcome package that we greatly appreciated. Especially the candied pralines. The master bed was very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony. There is always a nice breeze to cool you during the warm nights. The home is located close to the beach so you could walk or take a short car ride to get there. The main strip on Flagler Ave. is just minutes away and has shopping, restaurants, bars and of course the beach.I would highly recommend this home for your next stay.

Fall at NSB Cottage
The cottage was delightful, had everything and more. I highly recommend this cozy cottage by the sea, great location for going to beach or main attractions. We even received a Welcome gift of wine, snacks homemade and safety toiletries, I have never had this thoughtfulness before. We did have one mishap and I reached out to owner as it was the weekend, Linda was accommodating and issue wa

As we entered the property, the first word was, "wow, this is beautiful!" It's obvious the owner takes pride in every detail.
The condo was very clean, and the comfortable furnishings were exceptional. We felt at home right away. This condo lacked nothing. From pots/pans and dishes/glassware, to bath and beach towels...everything was there. It's just a 2 - 3 minute walk to the beach. And when we weren't at the beach, we were enjoying the crystal clear on-site pool. Everyone we spoke to on property was friendly, including the staff. We really enjoyed the quiet surroundings and felt at times as if we were the only ones there. It truly is a place to rest and recharge. Our week went by too quickly, and we were sad to leave. However, we've already booked for 2022, and we're looking forward to returning. It's the first time we've ever rebooked a property before leaving. It truly is perfect! Hats off to our hosts -- your beach cottage is the best!
