* Welcome to Sea Mist! -Loads of space in this beach-side condo. Just a short walk down the ocean boardwalk gets you to the gorgeous 'no-drive' beach of New Smyrna Beach. ****Please note that we only rent for a minimum of 2 months January through March*** Three large bedrooms and an open-concept living area makes this condo a terrific space for your larger group. Master bedroom has has a king bed and ensuite, guest room has a full queen bed and shares an ensuite with the third bedroom which has two twins.
A play pen and high chair are in the hallway closet for your use.
Sea Woods complex boasts three swimming pools, tennis courts, work-out room, saunas and walking paths throughout. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation awaits you including, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, etc.

We enjoyed our stay…mainly because it’s close enough to the beach to walk over. This is our 2nd time to book this rental in the last few years. Parking was good. If you have 2 vehicles, visitor parking fills up fast but is usually empty by nightfall. The rooms were clean. I like how the washer/dryer combo was moved out of the kitchen area.

We had a great visit! The condo was the perfect size for our family of 6! We definitely recommend booking a stay!

Should have cleaning Refund......found beds dirty and full of sand. had to wash all of the bedding and comforters. also had to wash all silverware and dishes as had dried food on them. texted Owner says he was not aware of condition...property had large amt of heavy equipment for cable updates....parking a problem
