We love our beach home and hope you do too! Approximately 1200 sq ft delightful home on Harbour Island, with water views of Point Judith Salt Pond. The home boasts beautiful gardens and lawns as well as a custom built tongue-and-groove cedar wood outdoor shower! The home is conveniently located and is a short drive to Town Pier beach, the Block Island ferry, Point Judith Country Club and the Salt Pond Shopping Center . Enjoy having a cuppa while sitting out front in the Adirondack chairs overlooking beautiful gardens of rosebushes, hydrangeas, peonies, irises and other flowering plants. All while taking in views of the Point Judith Salt Pond. Enter the one-story living space that’s tastefully decorated, has central air and is well appointed. Enjoy relaxing in the living room or the great room, both with views of the salt pond! Bring your SUP or kayak and it’s a short walk to the pond. This beach home is exactly as outlined in the description. Everything was neat and tidy and welcoming. Close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Love the outdoor shopping. Perfect house for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location on Harbour Island is wonderful. It's a nice quiet neighborhood but very close to several beaches and restaurants, and also has a grocery store nearby. The host of the property, Lynne, was very responsive to any questions we had. The house is fine and we loved the outdoor shower and grill.

We arrived for a week in August as a family during a hurricane! Such a rarity in Rhode Island!! Lynne was amazing throughout the entire process and refunded us for 2 nights without power due to weather (without us even having to ask). The home itself is just as pictured. There are 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms and the 3rd bed is a pullout bed in the living room. The outdoor shower was great and the backyard was perfect for our puppies! The kitchen was stocked and we were greeted with a very nice basket of snacks coffee and rose :) beautiful neighborhood to walk around and explore. Had to drive to the public beaches but aside from that such a little gem of a place! Would definitely recommend! Thanks again Lynne

The house is in a perfect location, spotless, well equipped and stocked, and has an awesome outdoor shower. The owner was extremely thoughtful and included a very generous bag of doggie treats as she knew we would be bringing my partner's dog along this time, which was a very welcome surprise!

Nice, private backyard with view of salt pond. Street was busy and it was difficult for us to back out of driveway at times. Our host, Lynne, was gracious and attentive to our needs. Overall, a great week.

My family (mother, age 70, husband, kiddos 6 and 9) and I enjoyed our week at this lovely home. Gorgeous backyard, comfortable beds, very well-equipped kitchen. There are two sitting rooms as depicted in the listing, so we were able to have the kids sleep on the pull out sofa in one sitting room. This is a great option if you are looking for a quiet, calming spot in Narragansett. Thanks Lynne!

We stayed for a week and we were very comfortable and loved the location. The house was spotless, had mostly everything we needed (next time will bring my good cooking knives as we like to cook a lot) and Lynne left lots of coffee and goodies for us - even treats for our pup! My 5 friends and I stayed here for the weekend. Its a very cozy home with enough space for us all to spread out. We didnt spend much time in the house as the weather was really nice but it was a great place to come back to and catch some ZZZ's. Its on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle but very convenient to get to restaurants and the ferry to Block Island. Lynne was very attentive, and checked in with us for check-in and check out to make sure everything went smoothly. I would stay here again in the future. Thanks!

As neat, clean, and well-stocked as my previous mini-beach vacation. This time was with my sons, who (TMI alert...) are in their never-take a shower phase. After the beach I ordered them into the outdoor shower to clean up, and my youngest's face was positiviely glowing with glee when he came out. My oldest went next, and came out with "that was the most amazing shower ever!" The icing on the cake was to see him the next morning go out in his towel the next morning, because "this is the last time I'll get to use this shower!" Two showers barely 12 hours apart, whod'a thunk it?

Pleasantly surprised to find lots extra towels (including beach towels), a Keurig with cups, tea bags, kitchen staples (butter, olive oil, ketchup, etc), laundry pods, shampoo and shower gels, you name it. Everything was spotless, and the central air warded off the ocean humidity so it was quite comfortable inside. Ran into a snag with the DVD player, but after calling the owner to explain the issue, less than an hour later there was a new one bought and paid for waiting to be picked up at a local appliance store a mere 15 minutes away. Owner was pleasant and easy to interact with throughout. Location is a nice compromise between the grocery/retail area and the beaches. I've stayed in properties closer to the the beaches, but it was at the cost of feeling like you were wandering off the reservation if you needed to pick up more supplies. Here the beaches and retail amenities felt equally convenient. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Lynn's. The home was spotless and just as described. Very lovely. Lynn was awesome! She responded to all my questions, offered suggestions, and even brought over a new outdoor game for us to play. We loved the location. It was close to everything we needed and easy to get to yet not in a busy area. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended! Excellent location, beautiful views, comfortable, tastefully decorated with lots of amenities. Attention to details such as sheets, towels, coffee, soaps and more provided. This property was amazing. Nice gift left in the fridge for your arrival—great touch!! Plenty of towels and linens. Everything was organized and easily accessible. We needed the extra space for family visiting during the 4th and will always come here first for future needs.
