Séjour parfait, hôtel impeccable

Le personnel était très accueillant et à l écoute. Chambre très propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner impeccable et varié. Hôtel bien placé en face des thermes et d un parc. Chouette terrasse au calme. Très pratique et cadre très agréable ! La literie était très bien. J y retournerai certainement 😉

Localização ótima mas muito difícil de chegar com o carro.

Ótima localização - bem no centro da cidade histórica.

O acesso, de carro é muito difícil. Leva-se muito tempo para atravessar a cidade histórica, com muitos turistas em ruas muito estreitas e com horários pré-definidos de entrada. Não se pode entrar com o carro de dia, à exceção de 2 horas após o almoço e 2 horas de noite.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was perfect too 🙂 we also had a great view of the lake !

An Outstanding Hotel in the very heart of Sirmione

A spectacular hotel located right in the very historic centre of Sirmione, across the street from the biggest spa. The room was very nice and functional with free water bottles provided daily. The best thing about the stay for the insane breakfast, easily best breakfast I have ever had in any 3 star hotel. An incredible selection of fresh fruits, an option to make a fresh orange juice, homemade cakes which could not be compared to the typical supermarket cakes and simple croissants, selection of nuts and juices etc etc.

Wonderful stay in a great location.

Great breakfast. Excellent location. Room was airy with large balcony. Bathroom and bedroom very clean.

My only issue was the hairdryer was terrible - should be updated.

Lake view was heavily obstructed, think twice before booking lake view unless you want to mainly look at a wall

good location within sirmione. In the centre but not too noisy at night. Very good breakfast with scrambled eggs, fresh cakes, fresh orange juice and fresh strawberries and blueberries. Had a coffee machine. Espresso coffee to order would have elevated it to be excellent

I booked a “lake view” room. I would describe it as an obstructed or partial lake view at best. The pictures only showed their rooms with the best views. So it was a bit deceptive. I wouldn’t have paid the price I did for a partial lake view. I expected the room to match the pictures. Staff member explained that apparently all the rooms on the lake side of the hotel are considered “lake view” despite some of them hardly being able to see the lake and others have outstanding views of the lake. So booking a lake view room is a gamble whether you’re a lucky one (get what you paid for in the pictures) or a dud. Staff member also told me they can’t control whether other hotels are built in front of them obstructing their view of the lake…but these hotels looked like they’d been there decades. What a ridiculous argument. I booked the lake view room which had a complimentary upgrade as part of my genius account on booking. So they tried to tell me I hadn’t actually booked a lake view and that it was just a free upgrade. So should I not expect to receive what I have booked because you’ve offered a promotion? In the end they wouldn’t admit it wasn’t a lake view as advertised but did allow me to reduce my nights of stay. I think they need to introduce different room types on the lake side of the property: “full lake view” and “partial or obstructed lake view”. Otherwise guests should book with caution! Lobby and rooms were a bit tired as well. Place appeared to have almost no money put into it in a long time. Nothing to do with the hotel, but sirmione is sooo crowded, touristy and expensive. Go to lake Como for a more romantic experience

Excellent location on the edge of the historic centre. lovely room with air conditioning, balcony with lake view and recently refurbished bathroom. very good choice at breakfast. lovely staff on reception - always friendly and helpful.

Extremely enjoyable stay .

The breakfast was excellent with a vast choice to choose from. All aided by the excellent ever attentive breakfast ladies who work to a very high standard. The location could not be better, close to everything, yet very quiet to enable a noise free sleep. The staff at reception were very helpful and always there if you needed them. The cleaning staff did a great job and were in every day. The owner should be congratulated on running this excellent establishment and for first class recruitment of super staff. .

I would have liked a bar but I knew there wasn't one before I booked.

Perfect location, helpful staff, good breakfast.

Location is excellent, behind the castle walls the hotel is situated at the end of the shopping/restaurants area, and before the parks and beaches. The breakfast was a very good selection, this included cold meats and cheeses, a wide variety of fresh fruit, bread and jam, pastries, homemade cakes and even a few cooked breakfast options and more. The coffee machine was very good and the orange juicing machine provided delicious juice as fresh as you can get! I also enjoyed the option of eating breakfast on the outside terrace. The staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming and helpful throughout. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well!

Personally I would have liked to have had some teabags/ instant coffee to go with the kettle in the room. Overall in my opinion the value for money was excellent so I wouldn’t have expected much more from the property :)

Great Family Hotel, small but fine.

It was just perfect. We extended our stay. The staff is very friendly, they did everything for us to feel at home long before we arrived and during our stay. A big thank you to Besmir, Silvia and Andrea for their hospitality, Mercedes and Orjona, they made breakfast an experience. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all!

Such a lovely location, very close to Thermal baths! Friendly, help fans professional personnel, everyone was very welcoming and warm. and the breakfast was delicious. We’ll go back for sure!

Loved my stay here! Close to all the big spots and had a comfortable stay

I thought breakfast was great and I loved my lake view room. I got to choose between two rooms and chose the one with the larger bathroom. Great location too.

Nothing! The rest of the hotel is a bit dated looking but the room was lovely.
