Location is top attractive - in the middle of the Old Town. Everything with this hotel was just between fine and perfect. If you need you may contact them to reserve a place in their internal parking along with permit to go through the ZTL inside the old town - just follow their instructions. Breakfast was above excellent - just fantastic - I have seen such only in top class 4 and 5 star hotels.
Wi Fi is a bit slower for me - but I am Bulgarian and we are spoiled - internet at home is among the best and fastest in the world, in the hotel was just OK

I abosulutely loved this place. We had the opportunity to get a room with view to the lake and it was lovely. Everything was perfect, from the room, the view, the cleanliness, the breakfast and, of course, the staff. Will definitely come back. Thank you for making my birthday celebration special!
