For some quiet time, relax in the covered hot tub on the mid-level deck, and enjoy a great ocean view. Enjoy a cool evening playing pool in the rec room or just relax on one of the ample oceanfront decks and enjoy a good book and the ocean breezes. There are direct steps from the dune top deck to the beach, so you're just steps away from the sun and surf. Top-Level: Great Room with TV/DVD, Stereo, Gas Fireplace, Dining Table seats 14, Bar seats 4, Wet Bar, Kitchen with Granite Countertops, King Master Bedroom with Deck Access and TV; Half Bathroom on landing between levels. Mid-Level: King Master Bedroom with Deck Access with Ocean View and direct access to ramp leading to Dune Top Deck; King Master Bedroom with TV and Deck Access with Ocean View; Queen Bedroom with TV and Deck Access; King Master Bedroom with TV and Deck Access; Hall Bathroom, Washer Dryer on landing between levels, Hot tub. Ground-Level: Rec Room with TV, Pool Table, Kitchenette with Full size Refrigerator, Microwave, and sink. Bedroom with Duo Bunk; Bedroom with Duo Bunk; Hall Bathroom. Extras: 2024 Beach Gear Credit, Private Pool (12 x 24; Heat Optional Seasonally), Hot Tub (6), Elevator, Wireless Internet Access, DVD players, Pool Table, 2 Wet Bars, 3 Refrigerators, 2 Microwaves, Dogs Allowed, Parking: 6 Cars, Milepost 17. Additional amenity details: Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is an available option in this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. Our May 30, 2020 stay was great. Easy check in. Great views of ocean from living room and 2 mid-level bedrooms. For the price, house should have come with some necessities like salt/ pepper or coffee filters that fit its coffee maker. Overall, it was a clean house with great ocean views where we enjoyed having a relaxing week!

We had a great week staying in this house. There was a lot of space for everyone and the location was excellent. We could see Jennette's Pier from the house and even walked there along the beach one afternoon. The views were great and the house was warm and welcoming. Sunrise views were amazing and there were even dolphins feeding along the shore most mornings. In the off season it was quiet and peaceful. There is a public beach access right next to the house, which could lead to a lot of traffic during the busy months. A couple things to be aware of before you rent... The hot tub is NOT located on the middle deck as pictured. This was a huge selling point for us to be able to sit in the hot tub and see the ocean. It was actually a huge selling feature when we made our house rental pick - my husband and I were hoping we could walk out our bedroom door to the hot tub and the ocean, but when we arrived, the hot tub was actually on the ground floor near the pool. It was still nice, but not what we were expecting. The photos should be updated. The listing also said there was a fully stocked kitchen. We have rented houses from VRBO several times. When a house is listed like this it has always included paper towel, dish soap, napkins, tissues, etc. We were very disappointed when we arrived to find there was one roll of paper towel and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, and that was it. On our 2nd day we needed to make a grocery store run to get paper towel, napkins, dish soap, dish washer detergent, facial tissues, tin foil, and garbage bags. Had I known the house did not have these items I could have brought some from home instead of needing to disrupt our vacation with a store run. Other than those two things, everything was great! I would rent this house again if we were traveling to OBX in the off season!
