New nice apartment next to the center

The owner was really nice and helpful. He picked us up at the port by car (for free), if you want to go by foot, it's only 7min. The apartment was really clean, new, quiet, fully equipped. We used also the sofa-bed and it was comfortable. The apartment is 3 min from the center and 10 min walking from Estoril beach (all the city is safe). Also the owner let us leave our luggage in his own house after the check-out.

Cleanliness is 10 from 10

Absolutely clean apartment where you can find what you need, the kitchen is modern. The owner tries to do the best for his guests. The shop is very near.

The area where this apartment is located did not look safe for us. And if you want to go to the Estoril beach, it is far away.

Very nice flat in Sal Rei

Very nice flat in Sal Rei! The owner was very nice, the flat quite huge and very comfortable bed! There is a supermarket, a bar, a club and also a bakery nearby

Would definitely recommend!

The host is super nice and accommodating, he is downstairs hence available. The apartment is sooooo clean, well equiped, comfy and spacious. You've got AC in the hall and hot water. Approx. 10 minutes walk from the center and Esquoril beach.

A little tiny thing : a fan in the room would be a plus

Nice place, owner v unfriendly

The location and the cosiness of the house.

The owner living at the floor below always on alert to what we were doing. Something very negative happened the last day. Owner and wife checked if anything was missing in the apartment. Opening drawings and cupboards very rapidly as if we had surely stole their things.

Great holidays stay!

The Flat is newly refurbished, kitchen is basically new and the shower is confortable. The owners Carlos and Isabela are very warm and they were avaiable for everything we asked for. The location is very central, next to the biggest supermarket of Sal Rei... by walk you can reach the fresh fish market and some beaches as well!

Due to the conditions of the island especially the wind, the furnitures in the bedroom and the curtains are very dusty.

This was our best accommodation in Cabo Verde so far. The apartment is owned by a lovely family that lives downstairs, they were extremely friendly and super helpful with everything. The communication was easy and nice and we always felt very welcomed. As to the apartment, I would say that pictures do not do any justice and it is much better in real life. If in details — (1) the apartment is located in a very safe area within max 5 minutes walk to the center and to the beach, there is a Chinese supermarket on the ground floor and a big supermarket with quite a good selection of products just 2 blocks from the apartment; (2) the apartment is quite spacious, sparkling clean, nicely decorated and very neat, (3) we had extra pillows, blankets and towels; (4) the bed was very comfortable; (5) the shower is hot and the bathroom has all the necessary toiletries, including the hair dryer; (6) the kitchen has all the appliances that you may think of - we cooked almost every day and I felt as if I was at my own place, did not feel shortage of anything. Overall, we totally loved it and would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Clean appartement, nice location

Clean appartement on the first floor of a family run residence. The owner is on the ground floor and is there to help with everything you might need. He organised for us a pick up taxi from the airport for a reasonable price of 7€. The location is good, quite central and yet quiet. Praia de Cabral beach is at 5 minutes walk as is the city centre. There's a Chinese supermarket few steps away and a nice local restaurant Cá Nixa just around the corner. The shower is good, the bed is fine and we had a cleaning service every second day of our stay.

The internet got very slow during our stay but it was resolved once we spoke about it to the owner.

Very nice!

Everything we needed was available at the apartment and worked. Staff was very friendly

We had some trouble finding the location, since on booking the location was actually two streets off from the actual location. We discussed it with the owner and she said she had already discussed it with booking but it hadn’t been changed yet.
