About this condo rental

Located in Hollywood Beach, this charming condo for $206 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Oceanfront building with direct access to the beach. Resort style amenities. Pool / partial ocean view ( see the picture) Family friendly one bedroom condo with queen bed and full size bunk bed in the bedroom ( imagine all the fun those kids would have!) The brand new sofa bed in the living room extends into a queen size bed as well 2 TV sets, fully equipped kitchen, large walk in closet. Free WIFI. Parking $75/week, registration fee $30 per 2 adults ( will give you a key fob) The unit has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the beach. You have to register and you will have access to the GYM and all resort amenities. Kitchen has all large appliances as well as toaster, kettle and a drip coffee maker. Trash can with the starter bags will be provided. Bathroom: hair dryer, towels, hand soap and starter toilet paper rolls will be provided The queen bed and the lower bunk bed will be made and if you need the sets for the upper bunk and for the living room sofa - we will provide those upon request Iron and ironing board will be provided 3 beach chairs will be provided Laundry is on the floor and its' $1.85 for either washer or dryer. Close to all area amenities, shops, restaurants, public transportation and right on the beach. *note: the building requires a $20 refundable CASH deposit, in exchange for a self-parking gate-opener for your car. * Parking fees are subject to change. * The maximum number of occupants I’d two adults and three children When making your reservation please make sure to include the correct number of people and provide everyone's name to be preregistered with the vacation office. Only people preregistered will be able to check in and use the building's amenities. Here are the condominium rules: EVERYONE must wear masks at all times when in the building. OWNERS MUST KNOW AND COMPLY WITH ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTENDING THEM TO THEIR TENANTS OR GUESTS. Only family or groups traveling together are allowed in elevator and must maintain social distancing. No noise inside your units or on the balcony between 10 pm and 8am Guests are not allowed to bring pets. All guests must be registered by first and last name and be prepared to show ID. Guests will not be able to enter or remain in the building if they are not in possession of the unit. Luggage’s can only be entered by the main lobby when it is one suitcase per person, the Luggage are not allowed through the front door, they must use the service access, and use the service elevator. Appropriate clothing is mandatory in public areas and sand is removed before entering the building. Unit Occupancy limit- The occupancy limit per unit must be strictly respected according to condominium rules. The over-occupancy penalty will be $ 100 per day and per person exceeding the allowed capacity.

This property was clean and nice. The only issue was the smoke detector going off for no reason. The bedroom detector went off 2 mornings in a row at 6 am. The pillows could be better. Owner was very nice and helpful with concerns and question.

The condo was in perfect location for beach and pool. It offered all basic needs if you wanted to cook. It was great to have beach umbrella chairs and even some sand toys for the toddler. It was very physically clean however there was a musty odor that never dissappeared and was a little challenging to tolerate. The mattresses need desperate upgrading and made sleep extremely difficult.The gym was adequate with basic equipment and the Cafe was nice for a quick lunch. You needed a card to wash your laundry which was not available. You had to purchase a non refundable card at the front desk in order to use the washer and dry. Also you are charged a non refundable large fee for a fob that is ridiculous that it's not refunded if it's returned. We were charged 75 for parking and they did not have any fobs left for us to get in or out of the locked gates. This left us at the mercy of the valet attendant to eventually leave us in. It is conveniently located close to supermarkets for groceries.

Nice condo...roomy. Nice balcony and lots of pots and pans in kitchen. Nice pool. Walk out gate to beach. Beds were just OK and could use an update along with pillows. Enjoyed our stay here.

The condo was more spacious than staying in a hotel and had a well supplied kitchen which we used for breakfast and a couple of dinners. Getting to the beach was so convenient since the beach was visible from the condo through the palm trees. My husband and I enjoyed drinking our coffee on the balcony in the morning. There are also chairs provided by the owner and lounging chairs with an umbrella to rent if you want to enjoy basking in the sun. Our son loved the fishing pier that was only about 4 miles from where we stayed. He fished daily and was a very content young man. Our daughter really enjoyed the alligator park we visited on Christmas. We participated in the Animal Adventure and purchased pictures of us holding a boa constrictor and baby alligator. There was an airboat ride and gator show with the regular admission. We all enjoyed going out to dinner and eating on the water. It was hard to leave because we all love the beautiful Florida ocean shores.
