Absolutely clean and organised. Very helpful owner, our flight was delayed but she was still available at 2 AM to make sure we are in comfortably.

Luogo piacevole e accogliente, gli spazi sono grandi e ben tenuti, c’è tutto l’occorrente per sentirsi a casa.

Lagre und Parkplatz. Sauberkeit war teilweise ok.
Ganz schlim war es dass Bettüberzug komplett kaputt war, Handtücher genauso. Die Matratze sehr hart und über die Breite habe ich eine falsche Info von Besitzerin bekommen. Anstatt 180cm. Breite war die Matratze nur 160cm. breit. Kein Duschgel, keine Kosmetikprodukte außer flussige Seife. Ich finde auch dass extrem wichtig ist das Wettex und Waschschwämme regelmässug zu wechseln da sie ansonsten zum stinken anfangen. Treppengang gefährlich - einige Treppen brechen stückweise ab. In Wohnzimmer hat es unangenehm gerochen. Es ist neu renoviert aber nicht si genau und hochwertig gearbwitet Also, wir waren gar nicht begeistert.

Lage war super. Ausstattung war gut.
Schaut in einen Innenhof in dem nonstop (recht laute) Personen sind. Steckdosen waren locker aber das sind Kleinigkeiten die man schnell ausbessern kann.

Ovo nam je drugi put da boravimo u ovom apartmanu.
Ivana je izvrstan domacin i komunikacija je lagana. Stan je u samom centru grada sa besplatnim parkirinim mjestom.

Jedno sjajno iskustvo u Zagrebu sa porodicom ! Domacini su izuzetno ljubazni, sjajan tim. Apartman je prelijep , komforan na sjajnoj lokaciji na samo 300 od glavnog Trge Bana Jelacica. Marketi su u blizini, tramvaji takodje , koji vas voze brzo do bilo kod odredista, kao i lijepe prodavnice sa suvenirima i novogodisnjim ukrasima.
Topla preporuka za sve koji bi isli sa djecom, jer domacini zaista izlaze susret i daju sve potrebne informacije.
Siguran sam da cu se opet vratiti u Zagreb i to u bas ovaj apartman.

Sve je išlo glatko i perfektno. Apartman je toliko čist, topao i ugodan, da se uvijek od sada tamo vraćamo. Dala sam preporuke i prijateljima. Vlasnica je divna, ljubazna i odlična.

We liked the location it was very central, also the fact myself and friends could share one place. Facilities where great, it had everything you needed.
One bathroom amount 5 friends, also if the double bed could be made into two singles when the need arises

Our apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is very central, and Ivana was welcoming and friendly.
Some maintenance items needed addressing (freezer did not work, front door handle was only loosely attached. Trams run just outside, so some earplugs were helpful for sleeping (we were on the top floor, so it wasn’t too bad).

Bathroom needs some renovating and coach side not very comfortable to sleep on.

It’s clean & modern. But the best part is the *location*; it’s fantastic. And I’d stay here again. We stayed here twice - when we arrived in CR & just before we left, so we had two different apartments. If noise bothers you, try to stay in an apartment backing onto parking lot in the rear of the building. Apartments at the front are LOUD from the streetcars. The price & location however, made it worth it to me to stay here.

Location and size of apartment was great. Only few steps to the centre of town. Lady was waiting for me to hand me the keys and even gave me her own umbrella to use while in town.

Perfect apartment in the centre of Zagreb. Few steps from main square and other tourist places. Warm and cosy with great amenities. Ivana also provided us with a crib for the baby. Highly recommend.

there was no elevator, getting 3 big suitcases to 2nd floor was really a challenge. in fact two suitcases we left to 1st floor since it was really a difficult task for us to pull it on to 2nd floor.

The location of the room was great, close to the main square and a short stroll to all the main Advent events.
The hosts made it very simple and easy to check in, were able to take our bags in early as we arrived in the early hours of the morning.
The room was comfortable, the bed was great and the room was bigger than we expected.
Seemed to be recently renovated and really looked great.
We had a small issue during the stay. Our bathroom shower had a sewer smell coming our from the drain which really bothered us during the stay. The hosts had tried to fix it 2/3 of the nights we stayed there however it would come back the next day. This was the only downfall of the room.
