Consisting of 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, ensuite, large kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, lounge room & laundry, you can comfortably sleep 8 people. Whilst you are sitting & relaxing on the large deck you can watch the ever changing bay outlook or even catch a glimpse of dolphins as they swim by. The views take in Avalon Airport, The You Yangs, Melbourne skyline & more. The beach is across the road and an ideal swimming spot for young children or the keen snorkeller/skin diver. Located on a corner block there's ample room for off street parking & an area where you can securely park your boat/jetski. A small jetty (Steel's Rock) is about 500 metres away so access to the water is convenient. Walking/bike path is across the road. Just a short stroll to the main street where bakeries, retail outlets, supermarket & other shops can be found. Famous for the Celtic Festival & Mussel Festival, Portarlington is also becoming well known for its wineries. Feel like a quick trip to Melbourne? Why not catch the Ferry. Less than an hour & you're there. Please note that there is a self contained unit attached which is often occupied by the owner. All linen & towels supplied.
