Nestled in Raleigh, this lovely house for $275 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This renovated home is well appointed with everything you would need during your getaway, family gathering, or business trip. Due to the corona virus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect all touched surfaces between reservations. - No parties or events permitted. - Maximum family gathering 13 total, including guests. - No pets - Briefly tell us what brings you to beautiful Raleigh! Thank you! Although the property is nestled in a beautiful heavily wooded neighborhood and feels like you are miles away from everything, it is conveniently and centrally located to everything. It is 20-25 minutes from all the colleges: UNC, NC State, & Duke. Only a short 15 minute drive to downtown Raleigh, 3.5 miles to Crabtree Valley Mall, and 2.5 miles to Brier Creek shopping. Umstead State Park, with its beautiful lakes, walking and biking trails, is only 1 mile away. RDU International Airport is only 10 minutes away. It is warm and comfortable with many amenities, including a wood burning fireplace, large flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer/ dryer, lovely screened in porch with an adjacent open deck and a Weber gas grill. Sit around the fire pit to sit and enjoy the cool evenings. Included with your stay are: - Luxurious soft linens and towels will be provided during your stay. - Fully stocked kitchen with appliances and cooking & eating utensils - Coffee & Tea - Stocked pantry with spices & condiments. - Board games The Master Bedroom (upstairs) with its own bathroom and walk-in closet is beautifully decorated and has an inviting settee to enjoy a good book. Across from the master bedroom is a second bedroom with a cozy queen bed and chair. The adjacent third bedroom has two quality twin size beds - perfect for adults or kids. I loved this house! we seemed to be in the woods but it was 10 minutes to our events. great meeting places all around, on the deck, in the back yard, and in the living room. loved it.
i have spoken to the owner about possibly getting more comfortable bed and pillow in guest room, but other than that it was great.

My sister and I spent five memorable days in this wonderful home. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms all located on the second floor. We didn't get a chance to utilize cooking in the kitchen, but it was well stocked with everything one would need to do so. There was a lovely dining room with plenty of seating for family meals and additional outdoor areas. We spent every morning and evening on the screened in porch surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. The home is in a perfect location about 10 minutes from RDU airport and minutes from shopping, movie theaters, etc. Also in a very quiet, safe neighborhood.
We had excellent communication with our hosts who were always quick to reply to any emails/questions. The check/in-out process was effortless and we were very appreciative to find some starter grocery items in the fridge upon our arrival. We would highly recommend this home for couples, a family or a girls trip and look forward to staying again if back in the area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Can’t say enough about how much we loved this house. Adorable inside and out. Amazing, tranquil neighborhood. Perfect temperature control, comfy beds and pillows, a recliner my husband wanted to take home with us and a screened in patio that was a perfect oasis. Lovely welcoming items in the fridge and a well supplied kitchen. If we could give it 6 stars we would. We will definitely return.

Everything about this property was wonderful! The pictures posted with the listing do not do the home justice. It is a well furnished, well cared for, stunning home.
Their hospitality was top notch; Lights were left on for our evening check-in, goodies were left for us to enjoy, and it felt so much like a home. The soft, comfortable bedding, plush bath towels, & air conditioning were delightful after long, hot July days out & about in the area.
Miriam & David should hold sessions for other VRBO property owners on how to manage/care for homes. The pride that they have in this property is exceptional; nothing is overlooked. Such a wonderful stay! We are looking forward to returning to the area & their home during a cooler season.

It's 15 minutes from RDU airport but far enough away so you hardly hear any planes. Very clean. Easy to find. And it was centrally located for us. We'll probably come back next year.

We had the most lovely stay in this charming house in the trees! the hosts are so wonderful, they left coffee and breakfast for us (bagels, cream cheese, and boiled eggs in the fridge with a cute little sign letting us know it was for us) along with a "guest supplies" closet in case you forgot a toiletry item. And best of all, they left a bottle of prosecco and little basket of treats for us. Best VRBO hosts EVER!!! The house is immaculate and cozy. The screened-in patio is my favorite part! And the back yard, with the pretty patio lights and the fire pit (we made a fire--they have the firewood in a little shelter in the yard). The birds were singing away and we felt like we were deep in a forest--and yet, Publix grocery store and the main roads and restaurants were right around the corner. We did UberEats and Instacart while there. It was quiet and secluded yet close to everything we needed. I loved it and can't wait to come back!

This home was everything they described and more. There were drinks, eggs, bagels etc waiting for us on arrival which was especially nice since we got there late and didn't have time to run to the store. The back yard is lovely and everything was clean and where you would expect to find it. The only thing I needed that I couldn't find was an iron and ironing board. If you happen to fly or drive in with small children and didn't bring all the little things you will find them in the master closet. There were plenty of clean towels and toilet paper and even little toiletries in case you forgot anything. I would say they went above what was necessary and that this was one of the best kept homes I've stayed in. Thank you Miriam for all you provided.

The host was very sweet and responsive. My family was in love with this home. It was so large that we all had our own space. The backyard was very lovely and relaxing. The screened porch was another bonus. We would definitely book again.

This was the most well-equipped, homey rental I have ever experienced! We especially loved the screened in porch for reading and chatting while watching the family of deer graze in the yard. We 100% recommend this location. We would love to stay here again if the opportunity were to arise.

(The very nearby restaurant). Close to the airport, too, but you don't hear planes. Feels secluded despite the location. Highly recommend for your city stay.

Cozy Home with a Great Location
The single AC seemed to do an adequate job, though it did feel a tad bit too warm on our second night. Otherwise, we had no problems and were comfortable. WIFI upstairs can be a little spotty and the internet went out briefly (< 2 hours) while we were there. When I asked the owner about this, they answered quickly even though it was later at night. Ultimately this seemed like an ISP issued it resolved itself.

Felt like HOME!
This house was perfect for our week get away in April to see some NC Universities with our oldest son. The listing was spot on and the amenities as described. Miriam and David made you feel like an extension of their own family. Little details and surprises throughout the house to make our stay even sweeter. The house was clean and the yard was perfect for sitting and enjoying a meal outside. Our favorite spot in the house was the screened in porch for coffee, breakfast and late night board gaming. We WILL be back to enjoy this home away from home!

Incredible Stay!
A group of friends and I stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect! We spent so many hours in the backyard and in the screened in porch. The bedrooms were all comfortable and spacious. Anything we may have forgotten was in the guest supply closet and the kitchen was great for cooking our meals! Communication between the hosts and myself was easy, fast and helpful. Would definitely recommend this home!

Miriam and David’s property was one of the best I have ever stayed at - they did extra touches that only enhanced an already perfect property! We have already recommended to others! This will definitely be our go to spot whenever we visit my niece in Raleigh!!!
