Situated in Miramar Beach, this charming house for $466 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Explore the best that Destin has to offer at the Starfish Chateau. The Starfish Chateau is a new four-bedroom / 4.5-bath luxury home occupying one of the most tranquil beach streets in the area. Only 400 meters from our world-famous beach, where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Experience award-winning golf at nearby Seascape or The Links Golf Club. Enjoy a scenic walk or run along the beach boardwalk. Take the golf cart to the beach, shopping, or restaurants located just a block away. The large heated pool is warmed from Nov - March and is adjacent to a cornhole field and picnic tables. Starfish Chateau is near Destin, Florida’s main attractions, including nightlife, golfing, fishing, shopping, and more. The luxurious appointments flowing through the home will renew your senses. Enjoy the open concept living area, 3 King Beds, wood plank tile flooring, crown molding, 8' interior doors, Quartz countertops, custom cabinets, large tiled showers, a brick paver driveway, designer furniture, two covered balconies, and a back patio with a privacy fence. All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc. Spa quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to purchase more items if needed. Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest! Home Layout: Level 1: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Twin bunk bed alcove (sleeps 2) | Laundry Room, Garage, Large Rear Patio With Propane Grill. Level 2: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Living Room with sofa sleeper (sleeps 2), ½ bath and kitchen. Level 3: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Two sets of twin bunks with bathroom (sleeps 4). You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's. 4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience. The home is provided with one golf cart. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver) $300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. 1-2 pets max. 50 lbs max. No aggressive breeds. Be sure to notify us if bringing a pet before you travel! Reminder- The pool is heated from Nov - March. The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed. Our concierge can help you arrange golf, dining, water sports, fishing trips, and other services before your visit or during your stay. *Check-In – 4 PM (Central) *Check Out – 10 AM (Central) Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Please note there is a ring doorbell camera in front of the entrance. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.

The property was perfect for our family; the convenience of the golf cart put it over the top. Mirmar Beach is a beautiful family friendly area. Our only suggestion would be salt and pepper for the kitchen.

The condo is in a great location and the golf cart was a great addition! The cons was the dryer upstairs did not dry the clothes, there was not enough comfortable seating in the living area for the 12 ppl it sleeps and not enough kitchen utensils/essentials for that amount of ppl either. The condo was clean upon arrival, we did have a good time despite the cons.

Amazing house, amazing location, golf cart was perfect. House was clean and organized! Admin was quick to respond to all questions! Worked with us on hurricane evacuation/refund. Definitely would love to come back! Roy, the maintenance worker was also VERY helpful! Will certainly be back next year!

Check was at 4 but the place wasn’t cleaned and they charge a cleaning fee for what??! We cleaned up once we arrived it was literally dirt all over the floor! Other than that we had a good stay everyone had ample enough space and they were comfortable!

End of summer trip
House is lovely. We enjoyed the beautiful decorating & fine finishes. Be warned: if you don’t like stairs, do not rent this house! We loved that we were allowed to bring our pups along.
We really don’t have anything negative to say about the home. Some suggestions would be: a Keurig coffee maker, a new wine opener (the one provided was broken), nicer wine glasses, a wireless speaker, counter spray to wipe off counters. Other than that the home is really well stocked and the golf cart is a wonderful extra.

Nice family vacation house
My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay here during our visit to destin beaches .
The space is definitely perfect for multiple families. You are fairly close to the beach and having the use of the golf cart makes it nice . The pool is very small but we didn’t mind since we stayed at the beach mostly . If you enjoy sleeping in but have younger kids who get up early , the pitter patter of feet up and down the stairs is extremely loud and the walls seem pretty thin so keep that in mind . I do feel what we payed was overpriced considering the location of the house and amenities. All in all , it was a very nice place to vacation and my family enjoyed it during our stay in Destin .

The golf cart was very useful for a quick zip to the beach. Near lots of great eating places. We had such a great stay with PLENTY of room for our whole extended family. Easily slept our party of 10. Thanks for everything! The ONLY thing I wish was different was having more seating in the main living area other than at the dining table area. Not enough room to have everyone sit around and chat...but you can use the dining chairs which is what we ended up doing.

Perfect home for a large family
We had a wonderful during our stay. This home is spacious and extremely comfy! The house is equipped with everything you need for your stay, the golf cart is a plus and so convenient. Nice Big House w/ Golfcart
The house was overall very clean and spacious. The golfcart was an awesome bonus! The place definitely fit our needs, although you could definitely tell it was still pretty new and lacked a few extra touches. Bring extra blankets. There were many extra pillows, but only one set of extra sheets and a blanket for the pullout couch. The neighborhood pool is also on the smaller side, so we never made use of it being such a large party. The proximity to the beach is stellar! Only a 10-14 minute walk or 5 minute golf cart ride and you'll pass an Alvin's Island on the way! The house provided 3-5 beach chairs which was also very nice! The only other thing we spotted were some ants in the garage and kitchen, so that's why we gave it a 4 star overall rating.

Great layout for family, great location!
The layout of this house was perfect for our family and my kids friends. With each bedroom having a bathroom plus all the bunks it would be perfect for multiple families. Location is great, and the golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and around the strip.
The beach towel and washer situation is a bit strange. You can not use their washers for beach towels. Which I get. Sand and heavy oversized towels can’t be good for a machine. We found the laundry mat Destin’s Total Laundry to be nice while we ran errands to get them clean. Or just bring lots extra! Not a put down on this beautiful place, I just wasn’t prepared for that.
Overall this place was great.

First Family Vacation
Staying here was amazing! The kids loved riding in the golf cart everywhere we went! The pool was great for the days we weren’t really feeling beachy. The house was super clean, fresh scent, great decoration and many many others things. The rooms were just right, plenty of space for everyone! All in all, loved staying here, we will most definitely come back!

Nice place close to the beach
Upon arriving, the cleaning crew was still in the house working. It was obvious that the cleaning crew needed more time than they spent due to the fact that several dishes were found dirty, sand on several surfaces, and even some linens were not clean. I believe the renters before us left a huge mess as the cleaning crew did not finish until 4:45 PM and the place still needed additional cleaning. Overall the place was pretty nice. The front facing bedroom seriously needs some blackout blinds!

Absolutely Beautiful
The property pictures do not do it justice. The place is well planned and accommodates everyone. The golf cart is an extra bonus!!! Overall a great place to stay for multiple families or just a group of people. Will absolutely book again.
