The most wonderful little house!! (I say little because it was very “homey”, but actually tons of room!) From the second we walked in, it felt like home to our tired stock show family. Great location, clean, charming, and personal touches were perfect. We will be back for a fun weekend of the zoo and Botanical gardens or a girls weekends with my classmates. Thank you!

Perfect location for TCU graduation activities - just 1 block from TCU. Easy access, well located for restaurants and venues, busy street but very quiet inside; modern Keurig for morning brewing. Our 2nd stay, but won't be the last.

We really loved this house. It was perfectly placed for getting on and off the highway. It's close to TCU, the zoo and just 10-12 minutes to the stockyards.
I had a couple of questions when I arrived and the host got back to me quickly. The house has everything you need and we liked how it was decorated; sort of Texas music, movies and history. We had a really nice time.

The close proximity to TCU was extremely convenient as someone who had to go to/from campus many times. It’s on a busy street so there is road noise until a certain time of night, but it disappears at some point when street gets less busy. Nice little touches: loved that there was a magnifying mirror in bathroom!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a cute house with a lot of character. The location is great for TCU families. We were able to walk to our daughter's dorm. Sharon is an amazing host. She not only provided coffee, but there were snacks and waters also available. She was also extremely responsive and accommodating to our requests. I will definitely stay here on a future TCU trip.

Owner thought of everything. There’s shampoo and coffee and even Keurig with coffee and creamer. Place is old and charming and nostalgic. Very close to campus. I was still glad I had a car bc it was freezing this weekend, but if it weren’t, we could have walked easily. Owner very responsive.

This is a charming old craftsman style house located right in the edge of the TCU campus. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.
Two large bedrooms and a couch offer plenty of room for four and the couch could work for the fifth in a pinch. Plenty of coffee, kitchen utensils and cooking equipment. The bathroom is clean and airy with the same big ceilings as the rest of the house. The shower and vanity are a little low for a 6’1” guy but everything worked fine.
This house does sit directly on University Drive. It is a busy street and there is some traffic noise. It was not a problem for us but light sleepers should be aware.
We ended needing to stay an extra night. Sharon was very responsive and made adding a night a breeze. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our college student.

House was clean with lots of character. Sharon was easy to reach and responded quickly to my questions. We had to leave a day early because our son was sick and she was very understanding of the situation.
