proche du métro très spacieux et moderne
il manque du sel, de l’huile, du café . cuisine très belle mais pqs assez de vaisselle. télé ne fonctionne pas, uniquement Netflix et YouTube. des spots du salon clignotent

- le numéro de l'appartement adressé le matin même du séjour soit lundi 1er avril

- "tout digital" OK mais aucune notice concernant l'électroménager ( chauffage, plaque à induction, TV en italien ou espagnol) ?

Small bathroom, problems with drainage in the lavatory, broken chair, some lights were not functional.

Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. Buena calefacción y apartamento muy completo, con todo lo necesario para vivir incluso por unas semanas.
No me enviaron el código de acceso al apartamento y estuve unas horas en la calle lloviendo esperando que me gestionaran el acceso.

Echt zo goed als ALLES was stuk in het appartement: bedbank zakte in elkaar, afstandsbediening kon na 1 uur pas zachter, verwarming stond te loeien op 23 graden kregen we ook al stond hij op 16 niet kouder (ramen open gedurende de dag), geen deksel op de prullenbak, alle verf beschadigd op de muren, gordijnen te smal, deurklink los op de wc, kraan los waardoor hij bijna viel, chiffon weg (pas op je ringen e.d.), wc beschadigd, grote naden in het kitwerk, 3 stoelen want 1 stoel had geen zetel meer.... Contact opgenomen met bedrijf, nul respons!

location is good, but that's about it the apartment is dirty, and no toiletries are offered
I received the wrong codes, for all the 3 doors. Had to wait outside in the rain for 45 minutes to get into the building until someone managed to get me the correct codes, the toilet seat looked like it was used by an animal, and all the walls had stains, I do not recommend.

Not really, there were least facilities available moreover I was not even to allowed to check in before 4, I was standing outside for almost 1.5 hrs, requested staff if at least I can enter the compound rather standing in cold weather, they didn’t allow, I felt it was very rude,
I travel across the globe haven’t faced such issues ever, moreover there was moisture across the washroom, and looked really bad,
The induction didn’t worked, tv didn’t worked, what else, no toiletries, washbasin choked,
There were few other issues but not as big what I have mentioned above.

When we experienced a problem, smartflats were quick to respond.
Tidy and clean flat.
Limited kitchen utensils and crockery.
Very long and complex code to get in. 2 doors, internal and external. Code box not easy to find initially, signage poor.
Worst thing was we actually got locked out of the flat as our code ceased to work on one occasion. Nothing to do with us. Could not actually speak to a human being, all via app. Annoying.

Nos tuvieron tres días sin luz.
El dueño no contestaba y Booking paso del tema.
Llámanos para decírselo y que nos reubicarán y pasaron del tema.
No entiendo cómo Booking ,permite que esté tipo de apartamento se anuncié en su ppa y no hagan nada al respecto para solucionarlo.
Sin luz , era cómo estar en una cueva.
Sin agua caliente, sin poder cocinar , ni siquiera poder cargar un móvil.
Nos sentimos impotentes,indignados y estafados.
Por el dueño que no dió la cara y Booking por no dar ningún tipo de solución.
La mayo decepción , en todas mis estancia.
Tanto por el dueño , cómo por Booking.
Lamentable...

Nothing. Zero isn’t a rating option.
The apartment was without electricity from 7:30pm the night of check in. The company continually told us to kindly wait. No solution was provided. We had no power, no heating and it was snowing. We were forced to find alternative accomodation, which incurred more out of pocket expenses for us, after 17 hours with no electricity and heating. The company sent a message stating they would be unable to fix the ‘issue’ as it was Sunday after hours of being told to kindly wait. A text was sent the night before we were due to check out of the property saying the problem couldn’t be fixed during our stay. We had booked for 3 nights. No electricity is a little more than small issue. The company has not provided us with a refund. We are still told to kindly wait for a reply. This is also a common issue in the apartment as I found multiple photos online of the apartment and comments that the power would go out and would not be fixed. The advertised service was not provided, in any way.
Furthermore, broken furniture, dirty linen and bedding. Poorly cleaned.
Not one advertised service was provided. Electricity is a basic requirement in a rented apartment.

Garage (payant) en-dessous de l’immeuble, appartement moderne avec salle de bain et toilette séparées.
Pas très propre, salle de bain n’avait pas été bien nettoyé, sous les lits c’était crasseux, frigo sentait très mauvais. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec les codes pour entrer à l’arrivée, mais ça a été résolu en environs 15 minutes. On avait réservé pour quatre avec canapé-lit et nous avons dû mettre toute la literie et le convertir en canapé-lit. Dans la cuisine il n’y avait pas quatre de chaque couvert, bol etc. Il y a eu un problème avec la toilette style fuite et le mur n’a pas été réparé. Pas une très bonne isolation sonore (des voisins, le quartier est très calme), rien de très très grave mais quand même

el departamento está bien ubicado, y es amplio.
La descripción decía dos baños y era un sólo, pero dividido en dos (ducha por un lado e inodoro por otro). Las bachas y la bañera del baño estaban tapadas, sucias, hicimos varios reclamos dado que no se podían usar y no obtuvimos respuesta. (El reclamo lo hicimos el primer día, estuvimos 4 (cuatro) noches y nunca nos respondieron, con lo cual nunca lo solucionaron. Por suerte nos pudimos bañar en otro departamento, pero la verdad no fue cómodo. Nos habían informado que podíamos dejar las valijas en otro lugar, hasta la hora del check in, y cuando llegamos, ese lugar estaba cerrado. No tienen un teléfono o mail de contacto. Llegamos a las 12.00hs el check in era a las 16hs, queríamos explicar que estábamos con una niña enferma si podíamos ingresar antes y no hay medios para comunicarse. Seria bueno que tengan algún anfitrión o empleado con el cual te puedas comunicar. (mail, WhatsApp, etc, etc)

The property is completely unreachable! THEY DON'T PROVIDE AN INVOICE even though I asked numerous times! To get the entrance code, I had to contact booking.com customer service! They ignore all the messages I sent for my invoice! This is UNACCEPTABLE! I WANT MY INVOICE!!!!

I was charges 150€ for as a security deposit and they just kept the money. I have made various attempts to contact the property and no one would help me. This is ridiculous. DO NOT BOOK!!

Comfortable and quiet. Location was good
Service. No one is responsible after you checked in. There’s wasn’t any toiletries. Even we phoned but no response. Hall way was so smelly.

Very good position for my necessities. Restaurants nearby. Supermarket was very close.
Garbage management was quite difficult: it was impossible to find the garbage bins in the structure, plus the doors closed and a code was needed to open them again. Please leave better instructions for guests.
