Paradise Beach House has all the style and deluxe amenities you could hope for. The home offers high-end kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and an island that seats four, which is a perfect location for catching up with family and friends as you create the perfect meal. The kitchen opens up to the dining area and the living room so everyone can be close by. There are three elegant king master bedrooms, a queen bedroom and one room with two twin beds. All the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms! The den offers a bunk bed with a trundle, a favorite with the younger kids. It is the perfect room for the kids to have their own space to play games or watch their own TV. Enjoy living in style with the beautiful high-end décor' and top of the line finishes. The home has 8 TVs, speakers throughout the home that can be controlled by the Sonos app including around the pool and outdoor area. The backyard is a secluded oasis with a wonderful lounge area with where you can soak up the sun or just curl up on with a good book. Cool off in the spectacular pool by day and relax in the hot tub at night. There's two large outdoor tables for plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy outdoor grilling by the pool. There's beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys and a beach trolley to make the short stroll to the beach even easier. Plus there's an outdoor shower making it easy to rinse off after coming back from the beach before getting into the pool. Situated right in the center of Anna Maria Island, it's a great location for exploring the island by bike or on the free island trolley that stops close by. The shops and restaurants in the City of Anna Maria are a five minute drive to the north end, while quaint Bridge Street and its pier are just a little further to the south. More locally, Holmes Beach offers a choice of sixteen restaurants, a marina and the main shopping center on the island (Publix supermarket, drug stores, beach accessories etc. are all a few minutes' walk away). The beach stretches for miles in each directions. Feel the powdery sand between your toes and enjoy the warm Gulf waters. Very close to the public beach with restaurants and shops to explore. This property has a maximum of 4 parking spaces. If you have any questions, would like additional information or interested in Take the free trolley to Bean Point, or down to historic Bridge Street. Eat at restaurants like Beach Bistro, Chateau Anna Maria, grab burger's at Skinny's, or watch the sunset at the Sandbar. Go parasailing, take a sunset cruise or paddleboard on the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf of Mexico. We might be only 7 miles long but Anna Maria has everything you could possibly need for your perfect beach vacation. Traveling with a little one? All our homes come with pack & plays and highchairs. Need more? There are several great rental places that have everything from baby gates to golfcarts, and they will drop them right off at your vacation property for you. No need to pack beach towels we provide those for you. Remember we are laid back and on Island time - Flip-flops and shorts are ok for breakfast, lunch and dinner no need to overpack you will most likely be in your cutest bathing suit or bikini anyways. No need to pay the crazy high fees to check all those bags! With Publix, CVS, and Walgreens right on the island you can grab any sunscreen, hair product anything needed, why haul it all with you? “You are vacationing in a residential area. We were not at all happy with the condition of the home. One of the toilets would not stop running unless you used the shut-off valve. Some of the bedrooms were sparsely furnished. One of the bedrooms had a king sized bed that took up most of the room. There were some rooms with no place to put your clothes.you had to strick them on a shelf in the closets. Some of the rooms did not even have a chair to sit on. One of the TV screens had problems.
The furniture was uncomfortable. In genereal the place looked like a 40-50 year old building that was in need of lots of TLC. There were several small things that we took care of ourselves. We have rented on Anna Marie Island three times in the past. Two of those rentals were from your agency. Both of them have had similar conditions.
This is our last stay on Anna Marie, although the prices are higher, the homes are more well maintained.

Photos did the property no Justice! Our expectations were exceeded staying here. Such a short walk to the beach and to local shops! We had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again during our next trip to Anna Maria!

Great for families with teens
We were a party of 2 families with 4 teens combined. Great! Enough space to spread out. Close enough to “stuff” for them to walk and get what they wanted/ needed. Publix was basically around the corner. Beach was close but took some effort to get to cross walk. House had pretty much everything needed to play at the beach! Great choice for us!

Great house with accommodating layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. The beach is s short walk away! Close to grocery store as well. Pool is pretty large compared to others in the surrounding area.

We really enjoyed this property! The pool was kinda cool but we had the hot tub that the kids used a lot! Close to the beach and a nice quite street. They didn’t inform us that they had a pac-n-play so we rented and brought 1and they also had a highchair that we weren’t informed about so we had rented that also. All in all we loved the house!

Family Vacation
This was our first visit to Holmes Beach. We had a relaxing and fun filled vacation. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. My grandsons really had fun in the pool. The proximity to the beach was great and the fact that there were toys and boogie boards for the boys made the beach more enjoyable. There was plenty of room in the house for all of us since we are a multi-generational group.

First property mgmt was good and as responsive as they could be, but we did have to be the squeaky wheel. As for the property, overall a good house but needs some definite improvements on the interior.
Great - outside area is awesome! Pool, hot tub, ping pong, table are definite upside to this property. Bedrooms were nice with lots of king beds and on suite baths for each room.
Good - location is good. Near a lot of amenities. Nearest access is a large public beach which was very crowded during out stay. So you had to walk a while to get to a good spot.
Bad - All the appliances need replaced. Only 1 fridge for that size house is a stretch and the fridge is on it's last leg. Ice maker never worked. Dying fan and a broken shelf further limiting storage space. Easy fix would be to add a fridge to pantry/closet right off kitchen. All the burner knob numbers are rubbed off so it was a guessing game for the temperatures of the burners. Need another set of utensils for number of people staying at the house. There is limited seating inside (which is fine as long as weather is good), but the dining room chairs are falling apart. A couple bedrooms had little to no drawers so difficult to unpack leaving you to live out of the suitcase.

Perfect for a Multi Family Vacation
So many things to love about this property. The number of bathrooms, the pool/deck area, the central location is walking distance to Publix, CVS and the beach with the most beautiful sand and sunsets. Emma was quick to respond to our questions leading up to our stay. We can't wait to go back!

We were 3 sibling couples and had a wonderful time. The house is well equipped with the exception of silverware. The bedrooms downstairs have no dressers and all closets contain a lot of owners personal items. We spent most all of our time at the pool, eating outside and playing games. Could not have asked for a better outdoor space!

Fantastic
This house is wonderful! It is very big and spacious! The neighborhood is great and very close to the beach!!! So much room to spread out. Check in very easy! Our only complaint was the hot tub did not wok for 4 days. We tried and tried to get it fixed but it just wouldn’t heat up. This was disappointing since it was a little chillier that week. BUT all in all was wonderful!

This house was amazing! Had everything you needed for the beach; towels, chairs, toys, umbrella, wagon. The pool was the best part for the kids. Close to grocery store and other shops! We had three different families with us and the bathrooms for each bedroom was great! Highly recommend this house!
