Imóvel bem localizado. A limpeza é boa. Não possui TV no quarto. A garagem é de difícil acesso. Sofá desconfortável. Cadeiras para jantar são pequenas e estreitas.

O imóvel compõe um espaço físico muito bom, confortável porém tenho uma restrição em relação a uma mesa de vidro que está colocanda na passagem que sai da cozinha para a sala onde sem querer pode provocar um acidente.

El departamento es impecable, estã muy bien equipado, la vista es la que se muestra en las fotos, internet anda muy bien, y Marcelo Nunes es un excelente anfitriõn: responde los llamados, es muy gentil y atiende eficazmente los requerimientos que se le hacen. O apartamento é muito bom, pequeno mas bem aconchegante. É assim como descrito no anúncio, a decoração, localização( em frente da praia, mas a melhor parte da praia de Boa Viagem com restaurantes e bares fica a uns 2km de distância - com um acesso fácil ) e a vista, muito bom mesmo. Fiquei por um mês no apartamento, satisfeito. O apartamento é completo, com cozinha e utensílios, ar-condicionado(somente no quarto , a sala do imóvel fica um pouco quente quase o dia inteiro e não tem ventilador), computador e internet na sala e tv. É completo. O prédio tem uma piscina na cobertura, com churrasqueira, banheiros e uma área, assim como descrito. Fiz uma transferência para o proprietário de 50% do valor da estadia antecipadamente, foi seguro e confiável, deu tudo certo. No momento do check-in fiz o pagamento do restante do valor e o caução, que foi devolvido no check-out. A estadia foi ótima, recomendo.

Fiquei satisfeitíssima com os dias que fiquei hospedada no imóvel e confesso que superou as minhas expectativas: excelente localização, decoração aconchegante e de muito bom gosto, mobílias e utensílios novos e uma vista maravilhosa para o mar...aliás, duas: do quarto e da sala. Sem falar na pessoa que é o Marcelo: educado, atencioso, informado e com um astral maravilhoso! O apartamento é ótimo, confortável e aconchegante. Está em perfeitas condições e conforme descrito no site, com todos os itens listados. A vista é linda e a localização a melhor possível na cidade. Ao redor há restaurantes, botecos, academia, supermercados, shoppings e a bela praia de Boa Viagem. É perfeito para quem não está de carro. É a segunda vez que me hospedo num apartamento do proprietário e sempre fui recebido com toda a atenção e suporte. É confiável e nos deixa sempre muito à vontade. Indico para todos que queiram ou precisam passar uma temporada no Recife, seja à negócio ou à turismo. O custo-benefício é muito superior à rede hoteleira da cidade que é muito cara e com infraestrutura de qualidade não muito boa.

El inmueble se encuentra en óptimas condiciones tal como se puede apreciar en las imágenes. Es confortable y muy cálido, con una hermosa vista. Quem deseja aproveitar as cobiçadas praias do Nordeste com aconchego e praticidade, este apartamento é uma excelente opção. Ele está conforme as fotos apresentadas, situa-se num ponto estratégico de Recife, de onde se pode facillmente fazer passeios fantásticos pela cidade e pelas maravilhosas praias pernambucanas, com belíssima vista para a mar e boa infraestrutura. O imóvel certamente proporcionará, assim como nos proporcionou, dias de lazer e descanso que serão eternamente lembrados. Isso sem falar na solicitude e nos préstimos do proprietário Marcelo, que nos recepcionou e orientou muito bem, indo muito, mas muito além do seu dever. Obrigado, Marcelo. Está super indicado.

Quando chegamos aqui no domingo a noite, Marcelo estava nos esperando e parecia que já nos conheciamos, nos sentimos realmente em casa! Recomendamos para quem quiser vir conhecer a maravilhosa capital de pernambuco, o flat é muito bom, bem localizado, o bairro é gastronômico, as melhores opções de restaurantes e barzinhos estão no Pina! Tenho a dizer que em um ano fui duas vezes neste flat, de tão bem que me sinto lá. Desta vez o encontrei mais carinhosamente decorado, está ótimo, sem falar do Marcelo, pessoa especial, agradável, amiga, encantadora. Tive uma ótima surpresa ao entrar no apartamento. Ele é exatamente como o descrito além de limpo e cheiroso. A vista do quarto é excelente, realmente é um ótimo negócio se hospedar nele. O Marcelo é bastante atencioso e me passou toda a segurança para alugar um imóvel pela internet. Essa foi a minha primeira experiência e não tenho do que reclamar. Eu certamente recomendo aos amigos e na próxima visita a Recife ficarei no apartamento novamente. Obrigada, Marcelo!

When you find a wonderful property to stay in you will normally find the same in the owner....and I did!! My first visit to Recife allowed me to staying in Marcelo's one bedroom condominium which is centrally located and provides a wonderful view of the ocean as pictured in his highlights of the apartment. Because I lacked the Portuguese language (and he the English language), he meet me at the airport and brought along his iPad to assist with translation. Also, he was kind enough to drive me to the aprtment. The apartment was as described and found it to be the perfect fit for one person or a couple. However, make sure you bring along a towel or two because his previous customers supply thier own. The creature comforts that I have at home were found in his apartment. Wi-Fi, computer system provided, entertainment system and cable television network. But, English and Americans need to visit his property more often because I was without CNN or the BBC for my entire stay. The cable system provided only Portuguese or Spanish speaking channels. However, he stated that he would consider CNN or BBC if more English or American customers visit. The apartment is well equipped with cooking utensils, air conditioning and a nice bathroom. Beside the aprtment features, Marcelo provided me with a very good friend who has worked in English speaking countires who assisted me in many situation when I needed to speak with someone for advise or direction. He, also, was a great guy... I hope to return again this year and you can rest assure that I will reach out to him for housing during that stay too.
