- o apartamento que me colocaram não é o mesmo da foto (o que não é justo). a foto publicada no booking não é do mesmo apartamento. - a louça estava bem mal lavada - a limpeza da cozinha deixou a desejar, mas ao me reportar ao gerente, este me deu a atenção devida - logo cedo o barulho dos carros na avenida destrói qualquer pretenção de descanso - há vazamento de corrente de vento nas janelas, o que faz com que o apartamento passe a noite e o dia inteiro com barulho de vento encanado bem alto

Falta utensilios para fazer café na cozinha, isso é essencial.

Excellent all around

The place is very nice, clean and organised. We got an apartment with direct see view, it was amazing! The staff was friendly and professional. We had a problem with one of the windows. We contacted staff and they were quick on providing a workaround.

The shower was not heating up properly. It kept switching from hot to warm. It was not a big issue given the air temperature was over 25º C.

This apt was located in a very privileged area in front of the beach

It was a very hot apartment, with leakage issues in the master bathroom. The apartment didn’t have a broom, mop, bathroom rugs, kitchen lacked some utensils like coffee maker or coffee filter, kitchen towels, blender etc. The manager of this apt was very responsive and solved the leaking issues in a timely manner. The support Staff Marcelo and William were outstanding! They were extremely nice and friendly. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. I give them 5 starts! It would be really helpful if the apt had these items that are easy to find like bathroom rugs , a broom and mop because it’s hard to keep the flooring clean since we were at the beach a lot. Even though the apt had these small inconveniences I would say that it was a good value for the money.
