About this house rental
Located in La Maddalena, this lovely house for $118 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The house is located in a private complex on the sea "La Maddalena Beach" 15 minutes from the center of Cagliari, 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Pula and 20 from Santa Margherita and its many beautiful and free beaches. Just 50 meters from the house (right in front) there is a large white sand beach that is cleaned every morning by special machines and there are all the services such as bars, refreshments and lifeguard service. Beach suitable also for small children. The house, completely renovated with parquet floors, is composed of: - entrance, dining area, very comfortable sofa bed with brand new orthopedic mattress and 40 inch TV; - corner washing machine and pantry; - kitchen open to the living room which includes a fridge, 5-burner stove, microwave oven and all the necessary cooking equipment (including towels and pot holders); -2 white sliding doors leading to two large double bedrooms with brand new orthopedic mattresses, both very bright and equipped with large closets; -large windowed bathroom with mosaic covering equipped with shower, bidet, cabinet, electric towel warmer. The house is air conditioned. Included free of charge: crib for children (see photo). The exterior consists of a nice and reserved garden with wooden roofing where there is a table for outdoor lunches / dinners and comfortable sofas to relax. There is also a cool veranda with outdoor shower with hot / cold water. 24 hour free and unlimited WI-FI connection. In the immediate vicinity all the necessary services: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, small shopping center with pharmacy, supermarket, hairdresser and perfumery.

Toller Strandurlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Dies ist zwar "nur ein normaler" Strand, aber zum AbkĂŒhlen und relaxen völlig ausreichend.
Die besonders schönen Buchten, z. B. Chia erreicht man in wenigen Autominuten. Da hat man richtiges Karibik-Feeling.
Die Pizzeria im Ort ist prima und sonst fÀhrt man eben in die Stadt, die man auch in 15 Minuten erreicht.
FĂŒr die Umgebung habe ich einen Stern abgezogen, da es einfach schönere Ecken auf Sardinien gibt und viele Hunde (Gebell) in der Nachbarschaft leben.
Aber die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter ist einmalig.
Ich wĂŒrde wieder dort Buchen.
Die Wohnung ist groĂ und man hat eine groĂe und toll bepflanzte Terrasse fĂŒr sich alleine (nicht einsehbar).

Der absolute Hammer Urlaub Strand keine 100m weck vom Haus, das Meeresrauschen immer im Ohr !.
Vermieter immer hilfsbereit das Haus liegt in einen privaten Abschnitt mit Restaurant Einkaufscenter und einen kleinen Tummelplatz.

Propriété adaptée aux familles
PropriĂ©tĂ© Ă proximitĂ© immĂ©diate de la plage Ă pied (certe ce n'est pas la plus belle de Sardaigne mais elle a le mĂ©rite d'ĂȘtre propre et non surpeuplĂ©e) et Ă distance trĂšs raisonnable de Cagliari et des belles plages du Sud. Ce logement est propre et bien Ă©quipĂ© et a Ă©tĂ© pensĂ© pour les familles avec jeunes enfants (douche extĂ©rieure avec eau chaude pour se rincer du sable avant d'entrer dans la maison par exemple). Il fait trĂšs chaud dans cette rĂ©gion mais la climatisation est trĂšs efficace et permet de passer des nuits paisibles. Giuseppe est adorable, trĂšs disponible et parle un français parfait ce qui facilite grandement le sĂ©jour.

Nous avons passĂ© un magnifique sĂ©jour dans lâagrĂ©able maison de BĂ©atrice et Giuseppe. Nous les remercions encore pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Concernant la maison, elle est idĂ©alement placĂ©e. Elle offre la possibilitĂ© de visiter aussi bien lâest, le sud et lâouest de la Sardaigne. Nous la recommandons vivement.

Saubere gemĂŒtliche Wohnung
Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern im UntergeschoĂ des Hauses der Vermieter. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr nah aber leider in der Nahsaison nicht gerĂ€umt. Mit Mietwagen, welches man gut abstellen kann, erreicht man schöne StrĂ€nde. Die Wohnung ist nicht mehr so ganz frisch renoviert aber völlig ok, genug Platz fĂŒr 4 Leute. Die Sitzgelegenheit drauĂen gefiel uns gut.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, war sehr sauber und hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, in der
man problemlos selbst kochen kann (Gasherd, Mikrowelle fĂŒr Grill) Der Strand ist nur 2 Minuten Fussweg entfernt, parken kann man unmittelbar vor der TĂŒr. Die Fewo hat einen eigene
Terrasse / Minigarten, auf der man abends wunderbar essen kann. Alles in allem haben wir dort sehr schöne Tage verbracht.
Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit.
Ein kleines Einkaufszentrum /Spar-Supermarkt, Apotheke) sind mit dem Auto ca. 4 Minuten entfernt, zu Fuss.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage zu Stadt und Meer
Wir, Mama und 2 Kinder, haben eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - eine SpĂŒlmaschine hĂ€tte manches erleichtert, stellt aber keine wirkliche EinschrĂ€nkung dar, da man das ja vorher weiĂ. Auf der Terrasse kann man gemĂŒtlich sitzen und essen, und es ist ebenso gemĂŒtlich und idyllisch (vor allem sehr ruhig).
Die Lage insgesamt ist unter strategischen Aspekten gut - man ist in knapp 20 Minuten in Cagliari und in eben derselben Zeit in Pula, das vor allem abends immer einen Aufenthalt wert ist. In Pula und Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne StrÀnde.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft und Menschenfreundlichkeit von Signore Guiseppe, der mit seiner Frau in demselben Haus wohnt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und wenn es uns noch einmal nach SĂŒdsardinien verschlĂ€gt, werden wir wieder hier anfragen.

After receiving no contact from.owner only a request for 2nd payment did I then find out he wanted me to leave a sunstantial safety deposit. I also had to pay an additional price for bed linen and towels and they charge you extra for electricity!! The air con in the bedroom did not work. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet stopped flushing and as we.only stayed 3 nights out of 7 It was already failing as it wouldn't fill after flushing. It was So bad we stayed elsewhere for most of our week. There is also no cooker, so we only had 5 ring gas burner and microwave.
Couldn't even make toast. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. beach is ok but the owner advised us not to go in the water as not clean!! All in all a really upsetting and horrible experience. We stayed at much nicer and cheaper b&b during our stay and had a much nicer time. Would never recommend.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir waren eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und es war wirklich schön. Der Flughafen ist nicht weit, wunderschöne StrĂ€nde ab 20 Minuten Entfernung und das Hinterland lohnt sich auch sehr. Giuseppe war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir wĂŒrden wieder hinfahren.

Lâaspetto che piĂč di tutti mi fa ritornare in Sardegna Ăš lâaccoglienza e il piacere di staccare la spina dal âmalessereâ sociale che si respira in altre regioni del nord Italia.
Per chi non conosce ancora questa fantastica regione deve assolutamente passare di qui.
Il ritmo meno frenetico, caratteristico delle isole nel mondo puĂČ darti tanto e anche qui nella zona cagliaritana Ăš evidente.
Giuseppe, il proprietario della casa, rappresenta bene tutto questo Ăš quindi promuovo positivamente il soggiorno da lui.

séjour parfait chez Giuseppe!!!!
Nous avons passé une semaine chez Giuseppe avec nos 3 enfants et nous y avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Chose importante Giuseppe parle parfaitement le français ce qui facilite grandement les choses. Sa femme est un amour. L'appartement est trÚs fonctionnel, confortable et il n'y manque rien. Il est idéalement situé: a 12 km de Cagliari, proche de toutes les choses à voir dans le sud (Pula, Nora, saline de conti vecchi, la cÎte magnifique du sud avec ses plages paradisiaques etc...). Giuseppe est trÚs disponible et vraiment super sympa. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Wonderful stay
We came here for 9 days in May and had a great time! The location is good, just a short drive to Calgari and a short walk to the beach. Giuseppe was so friendly and helpful- from being there to show us the villa on arrival to helping us when we had any questions while we were staying there. He found us a taxi number and even went to the shop for us when we couldn't find something in the town! It's a lovely accommodation; clean, tidy and a good size for a family. It also has a cot if you have young children and parking outside. The only real downside is it doesn't have a kettle! But there is a hob so if you need to boil water you still can- it just takes a little longer! Overall a brilliant villa and I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Holiday in Sardinia
The property and location were just right for us.
The hosts were very helpful and friendly, easy to get hold of, and nothing was to much trouble.
Will definately be staying again, and we didn't need to hire a car, we used buses to get around!
Just 20 minutes into Cagliaria on the 129 bus, and 35 minutes to Pula.

We visited Sardinia in July 2017. In beautiful apartment Juseppe and Beartice we felt ourselves at home. It was really comfortable, nice and cozy there, and the sea was just behind our windows. Our kind and hospitable hosts, wonderful weather and warm sea made our holiday unforgettable.
