Situated in Brookhaven, this attractive house for $107 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Bright, delightful 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 3. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet minutes from the hustle and bustle including shopping, restaurants, parks and highways. You can easily head in all directions around town from this highly desirable Atlanta suburb of Brookhaven. Apartment is brand new and immaculate, and feels like a high end hotel yet with the comforts of home. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout with open floor plan. Enjoy the lovely kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Sip coffee and/or cook a meal – kitchen is yours to command. It’s open to living room area with large screen TV. Couch folds out to sleep 1. Large bathroom has beautiful tiled floor and huge custom shower! Separate bedroom comes with queen bed and a closet the size of a small room! It has room to store plenty of luggage – don’t worry about overpacking. Unit sleeps 3 total and is attached to a home yet completely private. There’s a separate entrance and plenty of street parking. Enjoy all the comforts of home in a lovely, serene setting with plenty of urban options just minutes away.

My stay was overall was ok. It wasn’t the best cleaned place. Some of the towels weren’t clean.there is a washer and dryer so we were able to wash them. There is good AC and the set up is nice but There were old food stuck in the sink upon arrival and there’s on 1 tv and the coffee maker doesn’t work. It’s ok for a college kid but it’s not what I expected . It’s not the worst but it was just ok.

First the good: communication, check-in and location were great. Everything worked. Closet had plenty of hangers. Seperation from the main house occupants was good - couldn't hear anyone. Tight quarters but certainly enough room for the two of us. Semi bad: not a thorough job of cleaning. Refrigerator definitely could have used more cleaning. We really tried to use just one shelf or bin for food. We found only one kitchen towel so we improvised with bathroom towel. Moved a dresser to get to an outlet and found quite a layer of dust and dirt behind and under it. Bathroom toilet could have had a better job of cleaning. No fresh hand soaps or soap dispensers, we had to buy some. Worst news: the mattress was horrible! I felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. My feet were higher than my rump. It seemed as if there was a crater in the mattress on my side. If I attempted to sleep on my stomach as I sometimes like to do, I would have probably thrown out my back. This certainly was a deal breaker for me to give a good recommendation. I wish I had a better report.

Great place to stay
Received a text confirmation from John after booking and a welcome text the day before my arrival with instructions and information. I asked some questions via text and they were answered quickly. The place is as pictured, the only surprise was the stairs leading up. Very clean and mostly quiet in a good neighborhood. The kitchen is supplied with the basics and the grocery store within walking distance was a nice bonus. I’d definitely stay here again.

This was a quick 3-day business strip. The home is located about 20 minutes outside downtown Atlanta. All amenities were in the home and the owner was very easy to communicate with. This will be my go-to rental when we are back in Atlanta.
