Nestled in Harwich, this attractive house for $545 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom two-story Cape is private, quiet, and overlooks a lovely cranberry bog. Living room, dining room table and kitchen are in one large open space. Bedrooms upstairs include a king bed in the master with adjacent bathroom and a bedroom with bunkbeds across the hall. The downstairs bedroom contains a queen bed. The finished basement is a family room/bedroom with a full bed. A twin cot is also available. Easy to get to, the house is conveniently located South of Route 28, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. On the deck, you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, a sun-drenched tanning mid-day, or an evening cocktail, all with nothing but nature as backdrop. Walk down the short path leading to a lovely walk around a peaceful cranberry bog complete with two ponds. Choose among several nearby beaches and ponds to swim, sunbathe, sail, windsurf or walk - all within a mile or two. Beautiful Ridgevale Beach is 1 mile from the house! The Cape Cod Bike Trail is within walking (or bike riding) distance. Chatham Center, just five minutes away by car, is known for its great shops, weekly band concerts in the gazebo, a movie theater, and a selection of restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining. The Chatham A's play baseball at Veteran's Field which is also near town. A large fenced in yard is perfect for kids or pups!

I enjoyed my stay the house and yard was great for us and my dog along with the surrounding area. Chatham is perfectly situated to enjoy the great things the cape offers.

The house is at the end of a quiet street in a locket neighborhood. The fenced in yard and deck complete with gas fire pit was perfect for cooler evenings. There was plenty of room for our 3 teen sons to spread out, and the basement room was probably their favorite area with the sectional couch, tv, and gym equipment. We even saw a doe walking through the woods just beyond the back fence. Beth was great with communication, and we hope to be back again next year.

The property is in a nice residential neighborhood within a short ride to the bike trail. Two local beaches are nearby and easy to drive to. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck with our coffee in the morning and our cocktails in the afternoon. The owners were very responsive and friendly.

We have stayed in the Chatham area for the past three summers and finally found the perfect house that has it all. We had a wonderful time and Beth was super communicative with any questions that came up prior to booking and during. It's a beautiful home - has all of the amenities. We especially loved the walk to Ridgevale beach that we would have never of found without the guest book instruction. We can't wait to stay again!

Great House
This Chatham house is nice and private with a great fenced-in yard for your dog or kids. The outdoor space is great with lots of comfy deck furniture, table fire pit and grill. Outdoor shower on deck is perfect for rinsing the sand and salt off. House was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space for all. The downstairs was nice to have for our adults kids to hang - for their own space. Beth is great to communicate with and thought of everything her renter's will need. You can walk your dog through the neighborhood where everyone was friendly or towards the cranberry bog. We drove to Ridgevale beach for sunsets. Chartered a private seal watching tour with Blue Claw, went to P-Town for a day and Chatham, Eastham and Wellfleet. Beth's house is a great location to easily hit other areas of the Cape. I Highly recommend her house!

Great stay
We had a fantastic time at this quiet home. It was a perfect size for our group and was in a central location to the beaches and restaurants we planned to visit in Chatham. There were plenty of amenities, had a fenced in yard for the dog, and the deck and firepit were perfect for lounging after a busy day.

Quiet neighborhood close to tow
This house was a great size for our family of 4, a quick few minutes drive to Main St and the local beaches. The fenced in yard was great for our doggie and keeping our young children in one area while outside. The remodeled bathrooms were beautiful and bed comfortable. The couple times I messaged the owner, Beth was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

The location as the last property before the bogs was totally private. The fenced yard made it possible for us to relax with our spaniel free, except on long walks in the bogs. I was recovering from surgery and was totally comfortable inside and out on the deck. The kitchen was very well equipped and we used the grill, too.

Perfect family vacation
Great location! Lovely home that had more space than expected. Kitchen was very well equipped. Large fenced yard was so wonderful for our kids and dog. We came prepared for mosquitoes (late August) but there were none! Beds were very comfy. One of the highlights was our evening walks with our kids and pup to Ridgevale Beach to watch the sunset. This house checked all our boxes of must-haves: fenced yard, outdoor shower, fire pit, king size bed, bunk bed, location, location, location! We didn’t want to leave!

Fantastic location in the heart of Chatham
Beth’s property was in the perfect location (in general, but especially during these times) on a quiet dead end just a couple turns off the main drag, route 28. We felt very comfortable being outside of the home riding our bikes or taking walks after dinner, knowing it was a quiet and tranquil neighborhood. The property abuts a cranberry bog so there were some cars entering and exiting throughout our stay but nothing to be a real disturbance. It actually made the trip even better because Beth leaves instructions on how to use a little path/shortcut you can ride or walk on to get to Ridgevale beach! We definitely took advantage of that and were so happy we got to have our fix of the best fish and chips around - the Ridgevale beach concession stand!! It sounds crazy but trust me it’s worth it! My family has been coming to Chatham for over 30 years and we were so happy to have found this listing. Beth supplies the house with everything you need to grill, boil lobster or even keep the little ones entertained either in the comfort of the home or at the beach with games galore and plenty of beach necessities. Even as adults we had so much fun in the basement with all of the games. The fire pit on the deck was an awesome touch and the TVs throughout the house were modern and easy to use. The only thing I could add that I don’t think the listing conveys itself is that the house is even more charming in person! As soon as we walked in we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the lighting and furniture is throughout and that the photos on the site don’t do it justice! We would fully recommend Beth’s property to any family of all ages looking for a perfect spot on the Cape.

The home was close to downtown Chatham as well as all beaches, restaurants, groceries, and local sights. What a difference having a comfortable home vs a hotel room. There is room for everyone to relax as well as a lighted deck with grill, for the family dinner. . Beth the owner made it easy. Great time.

Beth's place was a great find for us - central location yet quiet spot, dog friendly, fenced in yard, good layout of spaces. The kitchen was totally equipped with everything you would need for cooking anything in this kitchen! We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great Location & Cape Charm
This house was clean, well stocked and plenty big for our family and pup. Linens and towels were included which added to convenience. Our kids loved the basement basketball hoop! The deck was great for morning coffee. Having a fenced in yard bordered by the cranberry bog was great for kids and pup’s safety. The location is fantastic as we were able to walk to Ridgevale Beach and all other Chatham sites were a quick drive. The cons were bedroom and bathroom doors were tough to open (they stick in the doorways) and the backyard could use a good raking. Beth was a courteous owner and quickly responded when I contacted her with a question. Overall, I would recommend this house, especially if you need a pet and kid friendly rental!
