Located in Punta Cana, this lovely condo for $340 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our condominium is in the heart of the Town. At only 20 min. driving from Punta Cana Airport. Please also see our other Listings and Reviews for HA# 392113 In one of the most exclusive and luxurious beachfront condo complex inside the town, very secure gated complex. Our unit is only approx 25 meters from the white sand beach!! Our Unit has a very well space of 180mt2 / 1,900 ft2. Our beach is pretty long.. .you can walk either way for HOURS!! We have our own (complex) private shade pergola with chaise lounges, Restaurant, and bar service available at the Beach area. Within less than 15 minutes walking from our beach you can find plenty of restaurants and bars located on the beach shore. In front of the Condo complex entrance within less than 15 min walking you may find: Bakery, Sports Bar, Grocery stores, Pharmacy, Restaurants, and Spa. Important: This is a family condominium - for security reasons no parties are allowed. and guests cannot invite other extra guests into the complex or condo.

I'm a travel agent and usually stay at all-inclusives when I travel but this time wanted a different experience. I brought my daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren to the Dominican Republic for a week over Thanksgiving and wanted my grandkids to have a more cultural experience than you can get in an all-inclusive. Everyone had a blast. The location of the condo is perfect for walking and there are plenty of good restaurants and a supermarket within steps of the entrance. Ilia and her team were outstanding to work with and made everything seamless. The condo is spotless. Our driver(s) were on time and easy to access through What's App. The level of service equalled that you receive at an all inclusive. Thanks so much for a wonderful week in paradise. The kids are already asking to come back!

My family had a great time during our stay. House was very nice. Mary and Ana were great. Food delicious. House always clean and tidy. Location amazing store and resturants walkable. Security on property made us feel safe. Condo steps from the beach. My family of 5 will be back. Thanks for a great stay.

My family and I stayed in Ilia’s condo for one week. It is very clean and spacious. It is located in a safe area. Ilia is very helpful and will help with anything we needed. We loved meeting Mary who came one day to cook for us. She let me learn from her and help with the meal. As a Spanish teacher, I am so thankful to be able to talk with the local people and learn more about the Dominican culture. We had so much fun at the same time. I will definitely stay here again someday. 😊

This property is beautiful! Everything thing looks better than the pictures. So modern and comfortable. There are literally 4 bathrooms one for each room. It was 3 of us and we each had a king size bed. However the beds can be doubles if needed. We were able to cook breakfast if we wanted or go walking for food right outside the gate. We were right in the heart of things and close to other area attractions via uber or private taxi with Pedro or Willi. Ilia was always available with answers to our questions. You have quick access to the beach and the pool. I definitely recommend this home for booking.

Unit was well equipped provably the only thing missing was a kettle. Lia was a great contact person very organized and Mary did a great job cleaning and was very pleasant. Pedro the driver was always on time and pleasant. Great location with only a short walk to excellent restaurants and grocery store. Mike

We returned to this great condo after our first experience in 2022. This time we extended our stay from 10 days to 14 days. This is a great find if you’re looking for a relaxing environment. The condo complex has a large green space to compliment the roominess of the condo itself. Clean, tasteful decorating with a fabulous view of the ocean. Thanks, Ilia!

Family Vacation of 5 adults, teenager & 2 year old grandchild. First time traveling out of the U.S. with entire family so was a bit nervous but needn't be. Full review: - How can you beat a 4BR/4Bath condo on the beach!! Everyone/couple had their own bedroom & bathroom (maids quarters were perfect for single son). No extra charge for pack 'n play for grandson to sleep in. - Condo is very spacious, up-to-date & clean. Furniture is leather so you are assured it is clean:) Washer & dryer in unit!! - Mary, housekeeper is so sweet! - Ilia responded quickly to questions and provided great info before we arrived. - Pedro, Ilia's recommended driver is great! Took us to buy groceries also. - Grounds of complex are very well kept and spacious. - Clientele in complex seemed older. Didn't see a lot of other kids/families but all were friendly. - Pools are clean, well kept and front pool is very convenient to condo. Liked the back pool as well (had more chairs available and kiddie pool is more shallow). - TOC, the restaurant & bar right on the beach at the complex is perfect & super convenient!! Great staff, food, drinks & atmosphere!! Could bring drinks to pool or on the beach but didn't have to buy from them, could bring your own. - Beach is powder sand and lots of beach chairs available. Water had more floating weeds than expected but not bad and beach is cleaned up daily. - Felt very safe at all times especially on the beach side even at night. Complex has security around all of the time. - Short walking distance to bars, restaurants, & shops on the beach and behind the complex plus a small super market - everything super convenient. Locals that we encountered were super nice. - Dollar accepted everywhere but bring small bills. They don't always have correct change. Great trip, wonderful memories!! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks at this property. The location is absolutely perfect! Just steps away from the beach and only a few blocks away are lots of restaurants, markets and a fresh fruit and vegetable stand right outside the entrance. This property is exactly as the photos show. Mary the housekeeper, does a very good job however she speaks no English, only Spanish. So communication can be a bit difficult. However, The Host is a mere phone call away and always available to translate. I highly recommend this place on your next visit to Punta Cana. I know that we will go back to this place on our next visit!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is lovely, with a very nice view of the ocean, very spacious, updated, secure, and clean. The complex has a beautiful pool that is very close to the unit, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, activities, etc. Ilia was excellent, keeping me updated of everything, answering every question I had, asking if I needed anything, she had all the information we needed, from taxi to restaurants, to activities, to cooking, and even made our covid test appointment. Maria the house keeper was awesome, very friendly, polite, attentive, and helpful. Without any doubt, I would stay there next time I have a chance to return.

Great location if you want to be next to the beach with great ocean views. Unit is as described in the listing. Property owner, Ilia, is great to work with including helping with getting our COVID-19 tests and taxi service. Property is very secure. Tok Beach Bar was great for drinks, food, and hospitality.

Amazing unit on top of the beach. Very spacious for a large group and even the 4th bedroom was quite usable. There is an amazing restaurant/bar on the beach that had the best food. Can't wait to go back.

Stayed for a week, apt very spacious, 6 adults and had plenty of room we each had our own bedroom with private bath, lots of restaurants in the area. Mari was very pleasant and was there when we needed her. The only negative was the living and dinning room seats were very uncomfortable, kind of hard, beds were comfortable. Great balcony with beach view. Had to pay for air conditioning but not too expensive, we did have the air on most of the time. Beach close by. Will definetely stay there again. Had a great time.

Condo is more spacious than the pictures show. We had 3 couples and two toddlers and never felt crowded. The balcony is a large additional room. Close to pools and beach. We got all our groceries at the mini-market at the entrance to the complex and ate dinner at local restaurants. Nice breeze so we only used the bedroom air conditioner at night (it’s a little noisy with security guards talking, roosters, dogs, people walking the side street). There was seaweed but it was raked off the beach every day.

We had a great time at playa turquesa. The condo was perfect. Ilia was a gem to work with and Mary was a sweetheart. Location was great and the beach and pools were fabulous. We can’t wait to go back. I honestly can’t think of one thing that I would change!!!!
