The property manager met us at the property, despite it being a late night with a late flight. The photos don't do it justice, you truly have your own private, luxurious villa all to yourself.
The outdoors is surrounded by water features, complete with fish and turtles, which were the absolute favorite of my kids.
The bedrooms are all seperate to eachother. Very private, each with their own bathroom and shower. Beds were comfortable and clean. Wifi was reliable. HVAC kept things comfortable on the humid days.
The housekeeper was wonderful, she was very attentive but not intrusive. She made our meals on time and everything was delicious. Language was a bit of a barrier, but google translate helped with that.
The host, Jenny, was truly a godsend. She was attentive to all of our needs, helped organize the concierge, and even drove medication to us when we were sick towards the end of our visit.
The property was very safe, in its own gated/guarded community. Every entrant is verified.
The pool was cleaned everyday, the games room was fun. The enormous couch was amazing to just lay on and absorb the view.
This is one property we would stay at more than once. Jenny truly made us feel like family at her family home.
Transportation is a consideration here, you should have arrangements for transport or rent a car to get around.

We were in the DR for the first time to celebrate a friend's 90th birthday. Having a residence with common areas that would allow us to gather was of importance to us, and this property did not disappoint! While we loved the property, the property manager and the housekeeper/overseer were even more outstanding: responsive to our needs and wants, impeccable in their integrity, and truly kind.

We searched for a clean, safe, private home to relax in the DR & this was it! We called it a “Caribbean Compound” because we had this whole place to ourselves. Other than our housekeeper/cook, Lisandra who was Wonderful, we had this Beautiful, well- maintained “camp” to relax in private. Good thing there’s a great pool ( about 5’ deep throughout) because we ate a lot of delicious food & needed a little exercise. 😎
We shopped & went to the beach, but mostly stayed at the property. The manager, Jenny was Fantastic! Lots of energy, & available to come to the property whenever needed. Both Jenny & Lisandra were very enjoyable to meet. The concierge service was very helpful & friendly too.
This was an Excellent Oasis we would love to re-visit. Thank You, Jenny for a great stay!!

My family of 4 kids ages 1,4,7, and 10 had the best time at Villa Harmony. We felt well taken care of from Jenni with all of the communication and with the concierge service. What set this place apart from all the other houses we've stayed at is Martha, the housekeeper. She is everything that makes this house special. Her cooking was amazing and she took care of all of our needs. The children loved her as well and she loved our children. The pool was cleaned every morning and sometimes at night too. The area is safe with guards at the entrance of the neighborhood. Being so close to the airport was helpful after a long flight. The grocery store is similar to a Walmart with all different types of food available to feed our kids. Bring plenty of bug spray. We don't normally stay at a house more than once, but this villa will be the exception.

Super Professional, intelligent, gracious host. She was always available if I had questions.
I then Met Martha, she is the House Keeper here. This is a most amazing lady and the week we spent together here has forged a strong friendship. She takes the utmost care of the Home and of the Guests. She works so very hard, that at night I was sure not to Disturb her as she deserves her rest, I would encourage any future guests to please reconize this. The Villa was perfect for my needs. I spent all most everynight in the pool wathing the nights Sky. It is Located close to many amenities, and yet you can enjoy the peacful surrounding without the noise and crowds of a resort. I am coming back in the fall and this is the only place I will want to stay.

From start to finish the whole process was amazing. From the host greeting us and checking in to the very simple check out process. Thank you jenny. Now to the best part of the experience that took this place over the top. Was the maid/chef martha i cant describe how clean the propery stayed and her cooking us some of the best tasting food i have ever eaten in my life. So proffesional getting us groceries so we didnt have to leave the property. And making our meals at exact times requested. I felt like i was a millionaire which i am definitely not lol. Will definitely make a trip back to this villa. Thank you to the host and of course martha!!!!!

We loved the private back yard and enjoyed the swimming pool, but most of all the amazing service provided by Martha that not only keeps everything clean and organized, but she is an excellent cook.

This property was amazing. It has everything. Spacious bedrooms, updated bathrooms, private swimming pool by the game room. Even comes with a maid. The communication with the host was perfect. She was very responsive and attempted. This is truly a gorgeous property and we will definitely be back! Very close to everything very convenient yet very private and safe. From first message to our goodbye, Jenny was an amazing host. Very communicative and a beautiful villa once we arrived.
The Villa is as amazing as pictured. We never left! Lovely bedrooms, a massive well maintained pool, a garden with turtles and fish for my kids to feed, truly luxurious outdoor living. We played tennis and basketball, swam and subbed on the lovely outdoor furniture.
The true star of the Villa was Martha. She quietly and kindly attended to all of our needs without ever being invasive. This is a tricky balance. Martha cooked every breakfast and dinner for our family. The food was amazing and professionally prepared for an incredibly reasonable price. Our daily grocery trips to get ingredients for Martha were so fun and culturally great for our kiddos-to buy and eat new and amazing Dominican ingredients.
We really felt well taken care of by Jenny and Martha and highly recommend the Villa for anyone.

From the first inquiry to the host, until last minute of checking out, the host Jenny has to be the best host from all the vacation homes we have ever stayed. She answered and accommodated all our inqueries, within short period of time. When we got there and I forgot to buy cigarettes from the grocery store, she even gave me her pack and lighter. The next day, she personally delivered two packs for me, as we did not have a car to drive to the store.
The villa, is big and beautiful. It's like you have a resort all to yourself. The pool was very nice, but the days we were there were cloudy and a little chill so the water was too cold for us. However our 3 year old son enjoyed feeding the fishes and turtles, and playing at the pool table very much.
Martha was there taking care of making sure the place was nice and clean, yet she still made us feel having all the privacy. She cooked for us when we didn't feel like going out to eat, and wow, her cooking was YUMMY!! She was extremely nice. Too bad we couldn't speak Spanish to chat with her and get to know her more. However, Jenny was always one text away to make the request for us, when we need to have the delicious meal prepared.
Over all we enjoyed our short stay very much. A tip for small group like us, you should consider to rent a car, as the car service charges a good amount per trip, even for a short 10 min trip to the beach or grocery store, as it was always a private 10 people bus. Second, considering many greens and the fish ponds in ground, the mosquito situation was not as bad during the day. However, during sunset, all the mosquitos came out. Make sure bring the big spray, or stay in the room during that time. Actually, the host Jenny already told us these tips :-)

Comfortable and relaxing environment for vacation
Due to cancelled flights, we ended up booking this house the day before arriving. The owner, Jenny, was very accommodating and communicated quickly to help us arrange the booking. The property served our family of 5 very well and could easily accommodate more between the three separate bedrooms. The open layout and large lounge area were wonderful for hanging out and enjoying our time.
The best aspect of this property was the housekeeper / cook Marta. She created wonderful meals that our whole family loved. Even though we could not easily communicate as our Spanish is not proficient, she has a lovely presence and is clearly a kind and good person.
We were set up with a Concierge company that was essential to enjoying our experience. They coordinated transportation and excursions.
Thank you Jenny and Marta for a wonderful experience and time in Punta Cana.

Best vacation ever!
Jenny's villa is so beautiful! There were 6 of us, for 10 days and we were very comfortable. The setting is in paradise, the grounds are well kept, and we felt very safe. Martha, the housekeeper/cook made breakfast and dinner for us every day. She went to the grocery store with us and picked out the food, and then prepared amazing dishes! The Concierge Service that Jenny uses asked us every day if we wanted them to make dinner reservations for us and we always said, "No, we'd rather stay in the villa and eat Martha's food!" Jenny was available for anything, anytime. She is a real treasure! The location is near a grocery store, golf course, and the beach. The nights were quiet and undisturbed by anything. We love this place and cannot wait to return! Thank you Jenny and Martha!

Loved it, played tennis, played pool and swam in the pool had a great time there, they are strict on any outsiders just a heads up, but it’s a wonderful place, maid on property at all times as well, not a fan of that but she was very nice! And helpful, this place gets 5 stars love the property

A paradise retreat!
This was our first trip to the Dominican Republic and we could not have picked a better host and property! From the first inquiry I made until our last hour, Jenny was responsive and incredibly attentive to our every need.
The location seemed great for us as it wasn't far from the airport (maybe 15 mins) and very close to the supermarket, which we needed every day with our family. We felt very safe and had all we absolutely needed to enjoy hanging at the house each evening. We were a family of 7 with two couples and three adult children and everyone slept comfortably. Our three children are grown, so it wasn't ideal for them to share a bedroom, but they each had their own bed and a bathroom to share. The ensuite bedrooms are spacious with very large showers. The outdoor spaces really make the home. We had so many areas to lounge and enjoy without being on top of one another and wonderful gathering spaces in which we could all fit comfortably. The sunken outdoor lounge area was our evening spot for games and great conversation after many rounds of competition in the game room.
We loved Juanillo Beach as the service and food there was really good. We played golf a couple of days and can't say enough about Punta Espada - a sight to see! We also enjoyed a day of the fun waves at Macao. Jenny connected us with Claudia at Your Concierge service and she took the worry and hassle out of all the details for us. Claudia arranged all of our drivers as we chose this route instead of renting a large van. (We had heard too many bad stories of the rental process and it was ghastly expensive.) Our drivers were always prompt, as nice as could be and patient with us and our daily runs to the grocery. Claudia made every tee time and arranged reservations for us at the beach so all we had to do was show up and have chairs and tables waiting for us! Can't recommend her services enough.
With all of the amenities and fun, still I think we would all say Angela, the housekeeper and cook, was the BEST part of our trip! We LOVED her and her cooking was outstanding! She would give us a list of ingredients to buy and she would prepare the most amazing meals! It was lovely to wake up to coffee and a wonderful breakfast each morning and end the day with a fabulous authentic meal. She kept things spotless and maintained each day for us - such a treat.
We cannot recommend this property enough and hope to visit again very soon!

Best Villa in Bávaro
My Family and I just got back from an amazing vacation from the DR in one of the most amazing villa.I can't begin to list how beautiful this Villa is and how wonderful there staff and attentive the home owner was.Our stay in Villa Harmony will be an unfergatable one. The pictures are exactly what the property looks like. Angela the housekeeper was very organized and always making sure we where comftorble just like at home.she is also a great cook by the way!and the owner was just so informative and such a sweetheart.I almost would not like no one to find this gem. But if u ever decide to stay in a local great location Villa then this would be it!

Wonderful host and housekeeper, beautiful property
While this was not our best vacation due to illness (two of us brought cold/flu from the States), we all agreed that the property is lovely and that Angela (housekeeper) is fantastic. Rooms are spacious and the open living area is so relaxing -it really does feel like your own private resort. Although there is a cement factory nearby we were never bothered by noise. We had Angela cook breakfast and dinner for us daily and it was truly special. She went out of her way to conform to the tastes of some of our picky eaters while still providing us with delicious Dominican food -her tostones and avocado salad are a real standout. She also accompanied my husband to the grocery store to help select items for the menu and cooked eggs to each person's personal taste for breakfast. Jenny (owner) is also a gem. She responded to multiple messages prior to arrival and did our initial grocery run to stock the kitchen before we arrived. While there she checked in on us daily and helped arrange for massages at the property (highly recommended, whether you prefer Swedish or deep tissue!) in addition to recommendations on beaches, restaurants, and where to buy fresh fish for dinner. As beautiful as the property is, Jenny and Angela are the people who put this place over the top.
I agree with other reviewers who recommend renting a car at some point during your stay -while Simon's car service was prompt, taxis in the area are expensive and roads around Punta Cana are well maintained. Make sure you rent with a reputable company (Hertz, etc) and get a receipt at time of rental. We did book a few excursions with tour companies (we enjoyed the semi-private catamaran tour in Bavaro through Hispaniola and scuba diving near Soana island); about half were already familiar with the location of the house.

****PARADISE IN PUNTA CANA****
My name is Derrick, and I had the pleasure of renting this "HUGE" Caribbean style villa for my birthday. (the weekend of March 4th) I have been to the Dominican Republic over 10 times and I can honestly say, this was my best trip! Jenny (Owner) was very, very nice and made sure we had a memorable time from start to finish. The house was like our own "private" resort and is laid out perfectly. Over 7000 sq feet with enough room to play "hide n seek" and never be found. Ha! Very comfortable rooms with separate bathrooms, huge pool, basketball court, tennis court, game room, and comfortable lounge areas all over the property.
Jenny made arrangements with our very liable Car Service (Simon) & our own personal Chef (Angela). We got to explore the town and get a fantastic taste of Dominican Style Cooking on a daily basis. The best part of all, it was all well within our last minute budget. The combination of privacy, relaxation, & superb customer service was definitely worth the trip. My friends and I are already looking for dates to go back this summer!
If I can sum my review up in two words, I would say..................SIMPLY AMMAZING!!! (SMILE)

Excellent property with great access to Bavaro/Punta Cana
We recently completed our trip to Punta Cana where we stayed at this property for a little over a week. We found the property to be very accommodating, comfortable, and well-maintained. Jenny was a very responsive host at any time I tried to contact her. She welcomed us on the first day and was available via mobile the remainder of the trip. Angela lived on premise and she kept the home in great shape. We utilized her for several meals over the course of the week and I appreciated the good Dominican fare.
The location was very convenient to reach the Bavaro or Punta Cana areas. It sits in a little residential enclave of about 3 houses and we felt very secure as their were guards posted at the gates at all times. It sits between a local attraction and some commercial/industry but with the exception of some helicopter traffic (expect 2-3 fly-overs per day (never at night)) it was quiet and we felt we were in our own little world.
We utilized a driver (Simon) for the trip but I would recommend getting a car if you will be here a week. I would use Simon for first couple of days to get familiar with area but as I said it is very conveniently located so once you get the hang of it you should have no problem with your own car. Simon provided excellent rates and was always responsive and at our disposal. He provides a care-free option for transportation. He even made a special trip to the store when one of our guests had a night of travelers tummy and we needed some Gatorade to help with liquids.
I would suggest making your way to Bavaro, we enjoyed Omno as it was on the beach so we could go walking after a few drinks, Huracan Cafe was also very good for this. Juanillo Beach is nice but quite windy, Macao Beach was gorgeous and very sandy which was nice. We did a trip to Saona which was fun for a "booze cruise" trip but it was very crowded. If you don't want to be bunched with a lot of ppl, avoid this excursion. We did a day trip to Samana by air and that was certainly the highlight of the trip. I would definitely recommend this journey.
Overall, it was a very good trip and this property was a welcome destination and the end of each day. We spent many a night at the big table playing cards and talking the night away. Our pool and ping-pong tournaments were equally intense.

Incredible place, you won't have to leave the house
Extremely easy to give this feed away. The house is incredibly beautiful and equipped exactly as described. Excellent area to relax and have a good time. Jenny (the host) is super accesible, sweet and welcoming. The housemaid Angela, is a sweatheart as well and an excellent cooker. The villa is huge and amazingly comfortable!! The pool and game place are in excellent conditions as well, making this house the perfect place for a fun get-away! For me and my friends it will be a go-to every time we hit Punta Cana! We had a delightful experience in this property. HIGH RECOMMENDED!!

Great place if you want to have your own privacy instead of an all inclusive resort. From the start, Jenny, the owner arranged transportation to pick us up from the airport to overall villa accommodation, I would recommend to all who wish to be away from the crowded resort experience. Place was kept clean by Angela, the maid. Driver was phenomenal who took us everywhere we needed to go. Couldn't ask for more. Hope to visit again soon!

We Didn't want to leave ... Great location and Angela the chef was amazing. Alphonso really has a great property here and made sure we had everything we needed. Master room has one bed the others have 2 and 3. There are security guards during day and night. Can't wait to go back. Two thumbs up

FANTASTIC!!!
We were greeted by Alfonso and his wife and everything from start to finish exceeded every expectation!! Our meals were prepared by Angela were amazing. We never ate out, and it was hard to leave the villa at any time. I am still trying to figure out how I can take Angela home....!! We played golf, and loved coming back to the peaceful villa. I have absolutely no complaints other than I should have stayed longer. One of our favorite activities was playing ping-pong and loved the seasoned table. I am already planning on a return trip. Thanks for your hospitality, kindness and making us feel at home. My mother says it was the best trip she has ever been on....That is saying something!!

Words can't describe how wonderful this property is. We have used home away in many place and Alfonso's property is now one of my favorites. I can't say enough about Angela the house keeper who made our trip one that we will not forget. From the time we got off of the airplane we were impressed with the accommodations. Angela had breakfast and dinner for us daily, our personal driver was always on time and Alfonso even sent s gentleman named Hugo to the house to plan our week. 1st class treatment.Thank you Alfonso and we hope to return soon.

Better than the pictures!!
Where do I start? My family, including a 12-year-old girl and 87-year-old grandmother, arrived after midnight on a Saturday, and Alfonso and the housekeeper, Angela, met us to give us a tour despite the late hour. The villa is breathtaking at night and was like stepping into paradise after a long trip! That set the tone for the rest of the week, which was perfect.
The pictures of the villa do not really convey how big and beautiful it is. It was truly like having our own private resort. All three bedrooms are enormous and have their own, enormous bathrooms with enormous walk-in showers. Everything is made of stone, so it's like being in a castle. The bedrooms connect to the most beautiful covered outdoor living area I've ever seen - plush sofas everywhere, with seating for probably 50. On the other side of the outdoor living area is the kitchen and Angela's space. The kitchen is very nice, but we didn't use it much because Angela was so awesome (see below). There is another, separate building that's a large game and TV room..
The grounds are amazing - huge beautiful spotless pool, private tennis court (with lights!), half basketball court, still more lounge seating, and stunning landscaping.
Angela was the most gracious housekeeper. Not only did she take care of the bedrooms but she cooked meals for us as well (we bought the food). She was available to answer any questions and even accompanied me to the grocery store the first time when I couldn't find it on my own.
Alfonso was a terrific host. He answered all our questions and was extremely responsive leading up to the trip. After meeting us the first night, he checked in to make sure we were settled, and arranged for a tour operator to come to the house and book activities for us. I can't think of anything more a host could possibly do!
The house is very easy to find. It's located next to Manati Park, just off the primary north-south highway north of Punta Cana (Boulevard Turisitico del Este). The villa is inside a small gated community next to an industrial area, so you hear some construction sounds during the day at times, but it was in no way a problem.
