It was a very pretty place as in photo. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the entire house. I needed to sweep the floor as soon as I got there. There was no spare toilet tissue in the bathrooms upstairs. No boxes of tissues any. Small items missing were hair dryers, non slip bath mat for the tub which is a safety hazard. The wifi password was nicely listed but perhaps add the wifi for the house. Many pop up and no way to know which is the unit’s. If I’m required to pay a cleaning fee I expect a clean place when I arrive.

This is an affordable fabulous home away from home condo. Clean, cool, comfortable, and totally stocked. The well stocked kitchen includes pots, pans, and casserole dishes you might need for cooking and baking, both kinds of coffee makers with the fixings, and even has some condiments. They provide extra sheets, towels, pillows, blankets, soap, shampoo, paper products, and cleaning supplies. They new deck with ceiling fan and gas grill overlooks a beautiful wooded area. The lake is nearby. There is also a community pool. The master bedroom is downstairs and includes another deck. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a blast! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. It was very clean with a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Centrally located to the crystal mines north of Hot Springs and the ones near Mt. Ida. Lots of other things to do for the whole family, including horseback riding, botanical garden, fishing, hiking, spa, nice restaurant at the Lodge nearby. Be sure to check out the cinnamon rolls at Burl's Smokehouse on the way to Hot Springs.

The property was surrounded by peaceful woods and so close to the lake. The property is clean and very well stocked. It was close to all we wanted to do. It was a pleasure to come back from a day of adventure and relax!

This cabin was awesome! It was decorated with comfortable furniture and peaceful artwork. I can see wanting to live there. It is nestled in a mountain forest adjoining Lake Ouachita. It was a wonderful week!

We stayed 3 nights with 2 other couples. Nice to have separate rooms and bathrooms for each pair. Everything was upgraded and handy. We rented a slip down at the marina and spent some perfect days out picnicking in some island coves. Ate at the MH restaurant, Shangri la, and Diamonte Mex in Mt. Ida. Great times with great people.

This was our first visit to Lake Ouachita and we had a great time! The condo was very nice and exactly what we needed. Everything was just how it was described and the property manager was very helpful and always prompt in answering questions etc....we would definitely stay here again!

We use to own a condo on mountain harbor and have stayed at many others since selling ours. This was one of our favorites. The third bedroom made it so spacious. It’s walking distance to our favorite pool and very close to a less busy boat ramp. Our only complaint was that the a/c had been turned off prior to our arrival and it took ours to cool the condo down but we contacted the manager who told the owner and they sent a hvac company out the next day to make sure it was working properly and it cooled great the rest of the week. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was very peaceful and serene and looks very new and fresh. The views of the forest from the decks really gives this place a magical quality. The kitchen was well equipped, And the beds were very comfortable. I could definitely see us repeating this trip! Excellent memories.
