Nestled in Lake Ouachita, this attractive condo for $287 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. ** Due to Covid, throw pillows, throw blankets and games have been removed. -This is a condo unit with a unit below and beside. There is potential to hear sounds from neighboring units. Please be mindful that neighbors can also hear loud noised omitting from with in the unit. This is an upstairs unit with Vaulted ceiling and deck just steps from the pool and lake. Located in Mountian Harbor resort. Enjoy numerous activities such as boating, hiking, tennis, basketball, fishing, horse back riding. Visit the Lodge or Shangri La Cafe for lunch. Marina with fishing gear and rentals available. There is a play ground for the kids. Condo has a pack n play, child cot, as well as a travel type highchair. Propane grill on deck over looking the trees. This is our vacation spot so we have pulled out all the stops in comfort and cooking as that is what we enjoy! We look forward to sharing our little slice of paradise with you! The kitchen has been renovated (2018) with SS appliances including induction range/ convection oven. All kitchen furnishing are new and great quality. You will also find an instant pot, crab leg utensils, Ninja blender and a Sous Vide immersion circulator. Any thing you want to cook with, you should be covered! (5 dishwasher pods provided, 1 roll paper towel provided, 1 trash bag provided) Master features King bed with new Hybrid mattress and luxury linens. Extra pillows and pool/lake towels in closet. 43in Smart TV. Master bath with standup shower and stocked towels under the sink. Hair dryer located in bottom drawer. (1 extra roll toilet paper provided) Wifi router is also located in master with access printed on the side. Secondary bedroom features two twin bed and one twin trundle, Smart TV and a Super Nintendo mini. Pool/lake towels and extra linens for sofa beds are stocked in the closet. Also find high chair and Pack N Play with sheet in the closet. Hall bath like wise has been updated with towels and hair dryer provided. Features tub/shower combo. (1 extra roll of toilet paper provided) Washer and Dryer located in hall. 5 washing pods and dryer sheets provided. Also you will find ironing board and iron as well as clothes drying rack. You will find a 4 seat dining table in the dining/ living area as well as three bar stools. We have really enjoyed updating the condo with inspiration form a recent trip to Santa Fe, NM. Some of the furnishing were left from the previous owner and we had fun updating them and incorporating them back into use. We hope you can relax and enjoy the space we have created as much as we do!

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was in a great location, just a short distance (we drove) to he swimmable beach on the property. It was a great place to swim around & enjoy the day. It’s very rocky so wear shoes! The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and plenty of towels, etc. The lake is so clean & refreshing.. we rented a boat & jet ski from another resort.. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay in this condo again if we go back!

This was our second stay at this property and we loved it again. Everything is so comfortable and well apportioned in this updated unit. Additionally, it is right across from the dock where we keep our boat. Some friends rented a nearby unit from the same owner and we were able to have our own space but it was convenient to be so close to our friends as well. It made for a wonderful holiday weekend!

Came for a trip with our family of four and our friends, also a family of four. The condo exceeded all of our expectations! The furniture was very comfortable (even the pull out sofa!), the kitchen amenities were fantastic (Breville coffee maker, coffee grinder, Instant Pot), the towels were soft and luxurious, the bedding was clean and good quality and all the extra touches helped us have a wonderful time. The kids loved the old school Nintendo and PlayStation, we loved the patio and the extra propane tank, high end dinnerware, and the updated and modern finishings. It was all around a great experience and we would definitely rent this condo again. The owner was very helpful and fast to respond to any questions we had. Mountain Harbor is a gorgeous area and the kids loved watching all the deer and birds. It was just excellent!

Terrific property, nicely updated and perfectly appointed! Enjoyed a day on the beautiful lake, great service from the local marina and even used the community fire pit for s’mores! 😋 I don’t usually write reviews, but will choose this unit again. 😃

Such a nice, comfortable place with all the amenities. It was quiet and very close to the marina. We rented a boat to enjoy beautiful Lake Ouachita. We saw deer in the morning while having coffee, too.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautiful, clean, and the master bed is extra comfy. My child accidentally broke a piece of furniture and the owner was beyond precious and kind to us about it. I was so thankful for her kindness and wonderful hospitality. Our experience and the owners kindness exceeded my expectations!

The condo we stayed in was great. The owners (Holder family) thought of everything! Anything we could possibly need they had it… extra toiletries, dishes etc. Most important, it was super clean…smelled so fresh, the linens were perfect and there was plenty extra. Fold out couch was comfortable which was a bonus. No complaints! Would definitely return. Oh and the lake is BEAUTIFUL. Nice boat slip as well.

We had such a great time in this beautiful and super clean unit! The owner was fantastic about communication and there were so many added touches in the unit. The only negative was someone parked in our parking spot a few times and there was no there place to park. But overall, we had a great time and would definitely book this unit again!
