About this house rental

Nestled in South Venice, this lovely house for $414 per night is a great option for your next trip. This custom home is situated on the water overlooking beautiful Lemon Bay only minutes walk over to Manasota Beach. There is a great outlook onto a little island where you can bring in small boats. This home features a long rectangular pool. The pool area is very private and has large patio table and chairs for out door dining as well as comfortable sun beds to relax by the pool. Pool can be electrically heated for an extra charge. At the moment due to hurricane Ian, this home no longer has a pool cage, a 4 ft. safety fence is installed. Through the impressive pillared entry there is a very large open plan living room fully furnished with sliding glass doors leading to the pool area. This home also has a formal dining area. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with all the modern appliances and there is a casual breakfast area with table and chairs overlooking the pool through sliding glass doors. The master bedroom is large and beautifully furnished and also overlooks the pool. It has walk in closets and a large en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower and tub. On the other side of the house are three guest bedrooms one of which has its own en-suite bathroom, with walk in shower. There is a third full bathroom in the hall for the other two rooms to share. Also for your comfort the home has a washer and dryer and double car garage. A very nice vacation Home. High speed internet and unlimited long distance calling within U.S. and Canada included.
