This is an amazing place to people watch and enjoy the festivities on cubs game days. The residence was completely renovated in 2018. This residence includes new designer linens and towels. Beds and mattresses are new as is all furniture, floor coverings and accessories. Kitchen is all new with high end appliances, perfect for private dining or entertaining. Only the registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at anytime. We do not permit additional day time or night time visitors. If you plan on having visitors, they need to be included in the number of guests you indicate at the time you make your booking. For example, if you have 4 guest staying overnight, but will have 2 day visitors, you must book for 6 guests. 2.
