Check-in was extremely smooth. They answered all the questions I had right away, and they were very welcoming and kind. The facilities were clean, and I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. The community events they offered, although I didn't attend, are an added bonus!
Besides the beds being nowhere near as comfortable as a hotel bed... it's the hostel experience that you're expecting and hoping for. Everyone seemed to understand the assignment - this is a place for people to come together and experience the city in the most authentic way.
