We booked for a long weekend/family beach fix in October! Seabrook is just as amazing in the fall as it is in the summer- maybe even better! This is a great little beach cottage- short walk to the beach...cozy porch and living room for family/friends gathering! Check in was easy and convenient and property owner is super nice and responsive.! We will book here again!!

Hi, This is our second stay at Tom's place. The house is so relaxing and the walk to the beach is perfect. I might be biased because it reminds me of an old summer place we had with pine paneling and comfortable furniture. We remembered to bring our sheets and towels this time :-). We had a perfect beach week for a family vacation! The house was just as described, great location, clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the screened sunroom. Tom was a 5 star host; he was friendly, accommodating, provided great restaurant suggestions and communicated well. He went above and beyond. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to be back next summer!

This house was perfect for our large group! There is plenty of room to spread out, with a living room and a sun room, as well as two bedrooms upstairs and two on the main floor. Plus a nice backyard to bbq in and a great space for the kids. The beach is at the end of the street and a short walk, and you can hear the waves from the house. My only recommendation is to bring extra fans (especially ones that rotate) if you are going to have a hot week. There are a lot of window fans and smaller fans, and one big stand alone fan, but the upstairs bedrooms get really hot and there isn’t air conditioning put in (there was an a/c in a closet but we didn’t put it in for just the last night). We did bring a stand alone fan and it made a huge difference, and most of the week there was a gorgeous breeze that went through the house too. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a very nice stay at Thomas's house in Seabrook. We loved the pine paneling. The beds were very comfortable. So nice that the beach access was right at the end of the street, just a short walk. Thanks, Ray

Perfect location ! Easy 5 minute walk to beach. Beautiful sunrises! Walkable distance to Tuna Striker Perfect location for fishing. Tom was there to meet me at check in . House had everything I needed . Neighbors friendly. Will surely return in the future .

This is what I would call the perfect beach cottage!! I’ve stayed at a lot of cottages at Seabrook Beach and Tom’s cottage was one of our favorites! It had everything you could possibly need. We loved the rear sunroom, the kitchen was great for a large group, and the outdoor shower was so nice after a long beach day. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Tom's house for 4 nights. Our group was two families, each family with two smaller children (ages 2-6), so 8 people total. With 9 single beds in the 4bedrooms the house had plenty of room for sleeping arrangements! The house was immaculate when we arrived which we were very pleased about, and tom was a pleasure to deal with. We really loved the knotty pine walls and the rest of the character that the house has to offer. Makes for a very comfy feel. The back room/porch off the kitchen was a great space for the adults to relax once the kiddos were in bed. The kitchen and bathroom was very well appointed, and there were a good number of fans available to place in the windows to help cool off. The beach is only a very short walk away and the neighborhood is one of the best beach neighborhoods in the area! Overall it was a great stay and we hope to return in the future!

My adult daughter and I met at this sweet beach house to spend some time together. We loved it! So many walks on the beach and around the neighborhoods. Everyone was so friendly. We enjoyed sitting in the bright sunroom having coffee. Seabrook Beach is just beautiful. I hope we can return with the rest of our family.

The house was more than we had anticipated. It was very warm, cozy and inviting. The location was perfect and only took a few minutes to walk to the beach. The house was immaculate and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hopefully, we can do this next year during the summer months. We were all very impressed.
