About this condo rental
Located in Pensacola Beach, this charming condo for $681 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Beach Colony Resort East 11A is located on the 11th floor and boasts spectacular Gulf-front views from the spacious, private balcony. This three-bedroom, three-bath condominium accommodates up to ten guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a king-sized bed in one guest bedroom and two queen size beds in the additional guest bedroom, along with a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area and a rollaway. This will be your new happy place, as it has been recently upgraded throughout, including amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker, new balcony seating and a table and new living room furniture including a leather rocking/recliner chair. The carpeting has all been replaced with new LVP (pics coming). There are also new UHD televisions and Blu-ray DVD players throughout, along with DirecTV, an Xbox 360 and Netflix capabilities. Video games and movies provided. This lovely condominium has updated coastal décor featuring blues and grays. Upon entering, you will find the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer combination on your right. One guest bedroom is located near the entrance and leads to its own private bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. The additional guest bedroom, on the opposite of the first guest bedroom, also leads into its own private bath with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The Gulf-front master bedroom leads into its own private bath with a walk-in shower, large Jacuzzi tub and a double vanity. Both guest bedrooms boast gorgeous views of the surrounding area and Santa Rosa Sound. The fully-equipped kitchen includes beautiful backsplash and leads to the dining area and living room. Enjoy true paradise with a 365-square foot balcony overlooking the Gulf, complete with a dining table, couches and plenty of room to have your morning coffee, watch the dolphins or take in the stunning sunset views in the evening. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. Soak up the sun by taking advantage of beach chairs, boogie boards, along with beach toys, for your use throughout your stay. We also own unit 12B #1539118 Beach Colony Resort is located on the serene beaches of Navarre Beach, offering an array of amenities including fitness facilities, outdoor charcoal grills with a picnic area, a clay tennis court and a shuffleboard court. It boasts an Olympic size pool along with free private covered parking. There is a beach boardwalk with ramps on both ends, perfect for wagons and beach carts. Beach Colony Resort is a short walk to the pier and several restaurants. For those unfamiliar with Navarre Beach I recommend you view the web cam. Google for it as VRBO won't let put in a link. Enjoy the wonderful culture and cuisine of the local area in Navarre Beach. This quiet and peaceful area is truly a hidden jewel of the Gulf Coast. Beach Colony Resort is a short walk away from the Navarre Beach Pier and the Navarre Beach Science Station. To appease your adventurous side, venture over to the Navarre Beach Gulf Snorkel Reef and get an up-close glimpse at marine life. Just over the Navarre bridge, you will find a wide variety of local restaurants. Take in the local scenery of the area with the bike rentals available or simply dip your toes in the water and relax.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very well equipped - coffee pots, large InstantPot (this came in very handy), many extra blankets & pillows, games, and ample chairs to take down to the beach.
One thing to mention - if you want to watch sunrise and/or sunset from the balcony, this is not your rental. To the east is a building blocking the sunrise. And the position in the building makes a western view for sunset impossible. You must go down to the boardwalk to see either. This is not a big deal and access is easy.

The condo was great, having 2 chairs & umbrella with the beach service was a steal. The closet-loaded with beach items-was amazing.

We had a wonderful time and this condo was perfect for our family with 6 adults and one infant. The pool is great and easy access to the beach. One elevator is being replaced so out of order and the working elevator went down for a bit on our first night which was a little stressful but our host and the maintenance dept were very responsive and the problem was fixed by the time we got up the next morning. We would definitely come back!

We have stayed at the Colony East for over 10 years at different rentals. First time at this one and we were not disappointed. Condo was very clean and functional.The only negative was the selector knob on the dryer didn't work so it always dried hot. The Colony maintenance did a very good job of keeping the inside and outside areas clean and functional making for an enjoyable stay.

We love this area and this was a gorgeous property to stay in. The views were beautiful no matter where you were in the condo. The property is very well maintained, and the grounds were kept up well. We loved the big pool each day after going to the beach. The trash chute made taking out the trash very easily!
We had a couple of minor issues, the pull out sofa frame needs some repair as well as the rollaway bed frame.
The icemaker did not work as well as it should have.
Scott was incredible with responding back quickly with questions. We would definitely rent from him again!

Beautiful place to stay. Contacted the owner about a broken wrist band needed to get in the pool. We didn’t get to the condo until late Saturday night so I sent a text on Sunday morning which I didn’t expect a reply until Monday. The property owner replied back within 30 minutes and the problem was resolved. I will definitely use this property owner again. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay.

We loved staying here! The location was great. Our weather was kind of a bummer but we made the best of it. The property itself was comfortable for my husband and I, our two kids and mother in law. The beds were a little harder than we’d like but it was only for a week. Laundry was nice to have on site. We’d stay here again.

Enjoyed staying at this lovely condo right on the beach. There were no surprises with the reservation and the description of the condo was spot on. Our group consisted of mixed ages from 26 - 63... and everyone was pleased with the accommodations including comfortable beds. Highlight is the very LARGE balcony beach view. Great location, and Navarre seriously has one of the most beautiful beaches ever. Plenty of good restaurants. Take time to drive to Fort Pickens - lots of history!

The weather was cold and windy, but our location was perfect. It gave us the ability to access the beach for short periods of time. The condo was clean, roomy and supplied with everything we needed. There was a large table that we used for group games, an Xbox was used by some and the deck provided an awesome view. We would absolutely stay here again

The condo was very clean with great furniture set up in the living room and balcony for lounging after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked with every kind of kitchen utensil or pan you could need, and all were in great condition. There was only one kitchen towel, so a few extra would have been nice. All of the bathrooms had plenty of thick, fluffy towels, which was a nice change from previous condos I’ve stayed in. We had an issue early in our stay with the remote for the living room TV missing, but Scott was quick to respond and bring one over. There were only a couple of hangers in each closet, so if you need more, you might bring some of your own (we ran to Walmart and bought some). My only disappointment with this unit is that with the location, we could see neither the sunrise nor the sunset from the balcony due to obstruction from an adjoining building on the left and other balconies on the right — however, this is no fault of the owner’s and there was nothing he could do about it. If those views aren’t important to you, I recommend this condo without hesitation. Thanks for a great stay, Scott!

Although the beach and pool were fantastic , the actual condo and building were not. The condo had a beautiful view and the size and layout was perfect for our family. The balcony was very large and provided such a pretty view with sufficient seating and dining table. However, other than these qualities the condo and the East Tower fell quite short for a stay that should have been stress-free.
The condo itself was dated, wasn’t very clean in some areas and the screen door kept coming off the track. One time it fell on my granddaughter. It gave us no choice but to keep it off the track, therefore we couldn’t keep the slider open to listen to the gulf breezes for fear of letting flies, bees or birds in. We didn’t call the host because quite honestly we didn’t want to deal with maintenance on our vacation.
The very most important thing is the elevator! Our condo was in the East Tower.
This complex is 19 stories high. One elevator was broken, therefore the one remaining was extremely slow and malfunctioned often. My grandson and I got stuck twice on the 13th floor. When the doors finally opened we walked down the 13 floors. This happened twice and it was frightening. I am a senior citizen and had to walk up 11 flights of stairs a couple of times. Many people in the complex could never do that . It is dangerous and a safety issue!!! I hope that someone doesn’t need EMS for any reason!!
I just can’t believe the host had no idea of this problem because we spoke to a full time resident and he said the elevator has been a problem for years. A disclaimer of some sort should have been presented before renting!
If the elevator issues didn’t exist, the other issues above could have been ignored.
The place has so much potential with its size, layout and awesome view. It’s unfortunate that a review of this nature had to be written.

Big walk-in closet in master worked well again for our three year old grandson‘s “bachelor pad” with his little sister in a “pack & play” in the bedroom closer to parents. Having two chairs and umbrella reserved always on the beach is a big help. We discovered the pleasant drive down to Pensacola Beach for those restaurants - Try Redfish Bluefish. Also try the Slippery Mermaid if you love sushi - it’s five minutes from the condo. It was a hit for us again. We will be back :-). Scott is a great host!

We were very pleased with the check in process and amenities. The view from the balcony was incredible allowing for views of both the sunrise and sunset. An added bonus was being able to walk to the pier and to eating establishments. Scott was a wonderful host and we would certainly return!

Lovely views, very roomy property with huge walk in closet in the master. Easy check in and Scott always responded to my questions. We didn’t bother going to the owners closet, because it was on a different floor, so can’t speak to what was available there.
