Très bonnes vacances en famille. Adapté à tous âges

Le complexe complet

Seul bémol pour la prestation du ménage dans la chambre Le reste d l’établissement impeccable Or dans notre chambre il y a eu que deux passages en 13jrs alors que nous mettions la pancarte de ménage, tous les deux jours à cause du sable de la plage. La première fois, le sol n’avait pas été balayé et lavé La seconde fois, nous sommes allés demander nous meme pour faire le nettoyage car ça devenait bien sale depuis beaucoup de jours.

Great family vacation

Fantastic stay with the kids. The separate family buffet and pools are much quieter so much more enjoyable, yet you can access all the amenities of this huge resort. We only stayed a few nights but we really enjoyed it - all staff was kind and friendly, the food was good and the grounds were very clean.

The cocktails were just ok, it's more about quantity rather than quality I felt

Excellent stay with and lots of fun

I loved this hotel for our xmas Family holiday. We were at the Family club, perfect with our 5 and 2 years old. The room was very spacious and ideal to share with kids. Loved the detail of receiving a free sand/beach play for the kids and also a beach bag. The kids club was really good and the kids swimming pool to. Good size and fun, where parents can rest and not worry so much about security. Thé proposal of shows and activities every day was really nice and entertaining, especially Alladin show, kids movie night and Michael Jackson show.

I really enjoyed our stay, very convenient with kids. Only thing that could be better is: the quality of the Food at the buffet. A la carte restaurant where quite nice, but buffet was quite average. Also another point was that I had an unfortunate medical Emergency the first night, and it was really slow to get Help from thé staff who barely knew where their own doctor office was located. Its a Pity to have the doctor available in the hotel and not knowing where and when she is available. Very pricey doctor consultation too.

Exceptional

Hotel was beautiful!! Room was so cute. Very large king bed and 3 bunk beds. Balcony was great. Awesome family room. Very clean, housekeeping was there everyday. Robes, slippers and toys to enjoy in the room. Food was great. Had to make reservations, except for the buffet. Pirate buffet just for the kids. Also had an ice cream shop. Def kid friendly. Pool was awesome, especially the waterpark for the kids. Kids club was also great. Diff times to leave your kids for activities and pock them up later. The spa was very relaxing. Hydrotherapy was fabulous. Every night was a diff show or activity. There was a market or vendors to buy things. Great experience. Christmas vacation was awesome!!

There are signs to not feed the animals and people did so anyway. The animals became more erratic jumping on tables and taking peoples food and drinks. There should be more staff to keep watch in the eating areas and of people and kids not following the rules.

Great staff, poor cleaning

All staff particularly Enrique at Family Club front desk and Dora at Family Buffet

The room was very poorly cleaned when we arrived. There was hair in the massage tub and a stain of something that looks like blood near the wc.

it’s pretty big and nice pools and swim up bars. nice things for kids to do. my kids love the ice cream shop

the food is terrible in the buffet. the nice restaurants require reservations which is hard to get. they should give people a chance to book reservations on the first day that they arrive. the room really was outdated but for what we paid , it was exact value.

Great place for family

Great place! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Food was excellent and a lot of options to choose from! All of the restaurants we tried were great too! Our kids loved water park and ice cream shop! Ladies working there were the best! Our daughter still talks about "Minnie Mouse Ice cream" they made for her! :) We also tried SPA - loved it!

Very good

We got upgraded room with a pool access. Lovely room, very clean. I liked it as it was at the far right wing of the properly, away from all the crowds.

Food was avarage but over all good hotel for families

we’ve stayed here 3 times, once as a couple and twice with our kids. Every stay has been wonderful and exceeded our expe

Buffett food quality is average at best but about what I would expect for the very affordable price of this resort

Superb

The Kids Club is awesome! The girls who work there are simply amazing. Thank you very much, Angie, Paula, Ale, Edith, Caro for your care and all the activities, arts & crafts and plays!!! My kids asked to drop them off the Kids Club every morning.

Good

The spa was great, the daily entertainment was also nice, and the restaurants were very delicious. It's a great property for families with kids, I would definitely go back for that main reason.

I did not like that we were talked into upgrading to the platinum package the day we got there. We were not able to utilize the beach part of the platinum package because of the horrible condition of the beach. I felt like they new the condition of the beach, was full of seaweed and there was a bad smell. The room we booked was not the room we booked online. It was 2 full size beds that were extremely uncomfortable. Room service was not available 24 hours as it stated in the platinum package. The location was also farther away from cancun than we expected. To take a taxi for 8 was $240usd.

Very good

The amenities are very nice! My swim out room was very nice and spacious! There were pools everywhere and activities and shows. There are 3 Princess properties all in a row but it’s so big its not a problem! One thing I have to say is the showers need hand rails for adults and kids. It has a jacuzzi tub but I didn’t use it. It also needs more outlets or USB charging lamps. Other than that it was great! The property is well maintained. The staff was friendly.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
